This renovated 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath villa in the Waterway Building is perfect for couples seeking a relaxing beach vacation. With tranquil lagoon views and just steps away from the beach, Island Club 123 offers new furnishings, updated kitchen, coastal decor, and an open concept living area with a private balcony.

This second-floor walkup villa (No-Elevator) features one level, with the Master bedroom furnished with a King bed, 32" flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a glass shower. The living room includes a large 55" smart TV, a sleep sofa, and another private balcony for sipping coffee or relaxing with a book.

Island Club Resort is a gated community, offering access to a swimming pool, kiddie pool with bubblers and water sprayers, hot tub, tennis courts, and a fitness room. You can also use the grilling area or play some cornhole for outdoor entertainment.

Beach access is easy to reach, by following the sidewalk to the front of the Atlantis Building, then onto the Atlantis 1 Beach Path. Additionally, the Island Club Resort is conveniently located to all the amenities that Hilton Head Island offers, including fine dining, live family entertainment, shopping, theater, golf, and watersport activities.

Island Club 123 has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Please note that the property requires a parking pass and accommodates only one vehicle. Smoking and vaping are not allowed, and pets are not permitted. The villa sleeps four and offers free Wi-Fi.

Review of 123 Island Club

Pros: clean, roomy, decent location, nice furniture, guard on Sunday (11/19) - Darrin - was excellent and helpful!
Cons: squeaky/whiney intermittent noise above both bathrooms was very annoying. Exhaust vent of clothes dryer was unattached when we checked in. Wrong early check in code was given to us (original worked after I finally tried it). Took hours to get a return call when we left messages.

Great vacation spot

This is our second stay at Island Club and the first in this unit. It was a perfect set-up and location for the 2 of us. We only cooked breakfast and the kitchen was fine for that minimal prep. The bed was very comfortable and the master bath was a nice size. The shower didn’t work on arrival day, but I called the next morning and someone came out to fix it. We like to walk, so the location was perfect for us. If you have difficulty walking or take a lot to the beach, it may be too far for you- it is about as far as you can get from the gym and beach, but it was fine for us. The deck has chairs and a nice view of the lagoon. We would definitely book here again.

Answer:

Island Club 123 is located on the 2nd floor and does not have access to an elevator. The views from the balcony are AMAZING and the inside of this property is equally impressive.
