Cancellation Policy
We cannot make any changes to your reservation unless we receive it in writing or verified email. If guest cancels by the end of business on the date reservation made, no cancellation fee.
After calendar day of booking- Guests forfeits 10% of the contracted price.
60 days to 31 days from arrival- Guests forfeits 50% of the contracted price.
30 days or less from arrival- Guest forfeits 100% of the contracted price.
Refunds are not issued for early check out or no shows.
Storms- We strongly encourage all guests with a reservation between June 1- November 30 to purchase trip insurance. There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations, interruptions, or early departure due to weather related incidents.
In the event of a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane or any named or numbered storm the company cancellation applies. If the guest has purchased travel insurance, any claim will be between guest and third-party policy holder. Hilton Head Rentals is not the policy provider. Once purchased Travel insurance is non-refundable.
Cancellation due to governmental orders, local ordinances, laws, rules, or regulations restricting or prohibiting rentals- Reservations will abide by any order, ordinance, law, or regulation restricting or prohibiting short term rentals. This includes any orders issues by the Governor of the state of South Carolina and/or ordinances adopted by the town of Hilton Head Island. There are no refunds in the event of any such order, ordinance, law, rule, or regulation.
