I’ve stayed in Island club units for a number of years when I travel to Hilton Head. I love the access to the beach and privacy. This unit was exceptionally clean. I spilled water on the floor and wiped it up and there was no dirt whatsoever like in other units I’ve stayed in.
I would definitely go back. The only recommendation I would make is to indicate you have coffee makers. I brought my own because I didn’t know you had two! Secure the headboard in the room with double beds. Outside of this, it was a great place to stay. It had a covered porch and a phenomenal view of the ocean. I give it an A+.

We LOVE this resort! Perfect property for kids. Great family pool. Easy beach access with the best mat for rolling carts to beach. Fun playground, game area! This condo was wonderful as well. Only problem was an ice maker issue that I’ve sent to the property management company. Only recommendation would be better mattresses. The beach towels and chairs from the property management company were GREAT touches! We are extremely pleased and will be back!

Overall our condo was comfortable and we had five adults in our condo. The only thing we weren’t too happy with was our ice maker was broken. We had to keep buying bags of ice for our cooler. I did call a couple of times to get it fixed. Overall a good experience.

I picked this particular property based on the ocean view and it did not disappoint!! I stayed at Island Club last year and really enjoyed the overall property, so I booked there again. The walk to the beach is short and the pool is accommodating for all ages. Other than the view, I appreciated the cleanliness of the unit. The kitchen had a good assortment of things that one might need while in vacation. However, a previous review stated there was a Keurig, but we never saw it. My husband and I do not drink the same coffee, so we went out every morning which was a small disappointment. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit too firm for me, but my husband did not mind it. The master bedroom ran warmer than the rest of the condo and this was a bit of an issue at night. If I turned down the air too low, my dad became cold in the other room. Furniture in living room could use cleaned and sat a bit too low for my 74 year old father. I called the rental company to inquire about the beach towels that came with the property and he apologized and brought them within an hour. All in all, this was a great trip to Hilton Head! I love the location and the view!! We will return!! We tried a new restaurant called Nectar and we loved the freshness of the food!

We have stayed at Island Club several times and have never been disappointed. The view was wonderful from our balcony as always. We had a bit of nasty weather this year due to hurricane Helene, but only for a day. The condo was wonderful, clean, and had everything we needed. We'll be back again for sure!

Been to the Island Club many times, we love the beach access and amenities with little ones! This unit is perfect, it's clean and updated with a beautiful view. One of the toilets was not working upon arrival. I called Beach Properties after hours and no one answered but then I received a text and was able to arrange for a plumber to come make the fix within a hour or two. Seamless and easy! No other issues whatsoever.

We had a great first trip to Hilton Head and would stay here again. Very convenient location to stores and restaurants. I am very picky about how clean the places we stay are, but this one was immaculate. We also had a wonderful view of the beach/ocean and always had a nice breeze on the porch.

Unit 3401 was incredibly clean. The decor was very nice and overall up to date. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. we appreciated the 2 coffee makers - Keurig and drip/regular.
Beds were a little hard but fine. 2nd bedroom had a queen and twin which was great. I did not catch that in the original description.
View from balcony was really nice.
The only two things I would point out is that it is a little loud. You can hear people shutting their doors and other units and other regular noises. If you’re a light sleeper, I would bring a sound machine or fan. Is the balcony had a high top table and two chairs that were fairly comfortable, but the other two chairs were plastic and not comfortable. The owner could definitely upgrade and replace an ad to regular comfortable chairs or that balcony.
The property amenities were nice. We use the tennis courts. And the pool.
If you are interested in tennis or pickle ball, I would definitely call to make reservations for classes or lessons A week or two prior to your arrival.
Overall, I would definitely rent this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay at Island Club 3401. Beautifully furnished and the location can’t be beat. The balcony is perfect to enjoy breakfast on as well as drinks during sunset. Perfect location on HHI and the beach was spectacular. We will certainly plan another trip!

This was our first trip to HHI and the unit was just as pictured and described. Location is absolutely awesome, steps away from the beach ( morning sunrises, balcony overlooking the waves). It was just spectacular. I was very pleasantly surprised by cleanliness of the rental. Our family does a fair share of traveling and this listing was exactly what I wanted and delivered above and beyond. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable and it just felt very inviting and homey. We brought out bikes and I felt very comfortable leaving then locked in the outside bike racks provided by the resort. Pool was very nice and my son and my husband took advantage of the gym on site. I would definitely recommend this rental and I could not have asked for anything better.
