This charming two-story home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths is located just one house away from the beach in the Sea Pines Resort. The main floor features an updated kitchen with a center island and breakfast bar, a dining room, a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV and vaulted ceiling, and a screened-in porch. The first bedroom includes a queen and a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a shower. The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed, a double bed, and a twin bed and shares a hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

On the second floor, the master bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a shower. The fourth bedroom is also on the second floor and is furnished with a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. This family-friendly home can accommodate up to 11 people and offers free Wi-Fi. Smoking is not allowed.

Exterior features include a private pool, a screened-in porch, and a spacious deck with an outdoor dining table. Guests can access the beach via the adjacent beach path just steps away. South Beach Marina Village is within walking distance, where guests can enjoy various activities such as a dolphin cruise, fishing charter, jet ski rental, or dine at popular eateries such as Salty Dog Cafe, the Wreck of the Salty Dog, Lands End Tavern, or Jake's Pizza. The private pool measures 12' x 20' and can be heated for an additional fee.

Great location
Great for our large family. Perfect location. Home was nice. Could probably use some upgrades; freezer, dryer, etc. The property management company was ok. Took a while to get someone out for an issue-but the woman who came out was great. When you call no one answers, they text you back. Prefer to use VRBO but the owners took it off. However, we Would rent this home again.

Fantastic Place! Location location location
Our family had a wonderful time at gadwall 3. Its about a minute walk to the beach, pool is excellent, well equipped kitchen, and everything was very clean. We had one very minor household issue and it was addressed within an hour. We can’t wait to go back!

Family Time on Gadwall
We had a lovely stay at 3 Gadwall. Great house and location to beach is fantastic. Room for time together playing games, enjoying each other as well as room for quite time and rest.

Great Family Stay Steps from Beach
House was clean. Front door code worked on first try. Parking spaces were convenient. Pre-visit emails to property mgmt. were returned immediately with great service. Very limited view of bay. Paved pathway to beach - maybe 50 yards to see water. Another 20 to beach. Very convenient walk to Salty Dog area; 15 minute drive to go anywhere else. Would stay again.

Guests of Gadwall 3 can walk to the beach in less than 1 minute.  The house is right on the beach path!
