This property is amazing . Steps from the beach . You can see and hear the ocean from the back deck. Lots of great amenities, pool, etc. Property is updated and clean and quiet . We are ready to rebook!

Everything about this property worked for us. The location could not be more perfect. Proximity to the pool and beach is awesome. It had ecerything we needed. The rental agency was very kind and helpful. All and all a perfect vacation. We will be back for sure.

403 Captains Walk was the perfect location on Hilton Head Island. This first floor unit afforded us a wonderful ocean view, and easy beach access as well as close proximity to the pool. We had a great time, and will book this unit again.

If I could I would write a poem to the Beauty and pleasantness of Hilton Head Island and Palmetto Dunes. I do hope the landscapers, arborists, maintenance workers, and property staff are apprecited for hard work they do and the gem THEY help preserve and maintain. Please keep up the good work!!!

First floor made access to the beach perfect. Chairs and boogie boards didn’t have to be dragged through the complex. The area right outside our back door was perfect for picture taking. The place was clean. First experience and it was awesome

We all enjoyed our stay. The home was nicely decorated and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and enjoyed having my coffee on the patio and listening to the ocean!

The property is 100% as advertised and photographed. Very spacious and comfortable for four. Access to the beach is a few steps away; wake up and fall asleep to ocean views. HH outfitters is near by for bike rentals. Great week and close to everything the island has to offer. Side note - extremely well stocked kitchen.

This condo is very nice - the owners have done a fantastic job with updating it with a nice kitchen and furnishings. The location is wonderful - just steps to the beach, and being able to have coffee on the private patio while listening to the waves is a great way to start the day. I would very much look forward to staying here again.

The two specific reasons we stayed at this particular unit was the fact that there was a private balcony access to the pool/beach without having to go through the front of the building and walk around. Plus the view was perfect to see the ocean, hear the constant sound of the waves. Both of best worlds. We loved spending time on the back porch, eating our meals, playing backgammon, and just enjoying the view, breeze and sounds of the ocean. You could rent a higher unit for a bigger view, but the easy access was what sold me. You can’t go wrong in this unit. We brought our bikes and rode all over the place. Very bike friendly. Five stars all day!!

My husband, daughter and son-in-law very much enjoyed this villa. It was exactly as pictured, very clean and spacious. The first floor walkout was very convenient and literally steps from the walkover to the beach. The view was what I would call a muted ocean view with beautiful palm trees and vegetation softly embracing the ocean. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.

This was my 5th trip to Hilton Head and by far the best property we've stayed in. Fully updated, close to the ocean, and the view from the patio/deck is unmatched; all you can see is the dunes and the ocean. We'll be looking to stay here next time we come back!

Nothing better than having the first floor with children. Condo was SO clean we were hesitant because of carpet but this condo exceeded our expectations. We had a great week and would stay here again.

Overall the property was as advertised, very clean, excellent views and enjoyed watching the sunrise on our patio each morning, and the entire Palmetto Dunes resort area was also excellent. The only item folks should be aware of is that you need a pass to get into Palmetto Dunes. The check-in instructions indicated a 4-6pm check in time and we planned to arrive at about 5:30 pm. However, traffic going into the island on a Saturday at this time caused us to not arrive until 6:45pm. It all worked out fine as the security guard told us where to get it. However, if we had arrived later, they would have been closed and we would have been out of luck just for that night, not able to get the pass or to our condo until the following day. We didn't see this in the check in instructions, but maybe just missed it. Overall a great stay. The property was very clean and had all the bedding/kitchen supplies you need. Great notes within the house as well by the owners that were helpful and made the stay that much more enjoyable. We had an issue with the dishwasher and contacted the property management company and they were fantastic and got someone out to look at it that evening. We had no other issues at all. We highly recommend this property and will be back in the future.
