Guests of 1842 Beachside Tennis can watch for dolphins and shrimp boats from the Beachfront Living Room with Flat Screen TV. A Private Balcony offers ample seating and an outdoor table which can seat 6 for al fresco dining. The villa offers a fully equipped Kitchen and the Dining Room comfortably seats 6. Additionally their is a full size Laundry Room.

Enjoy the views from the beachfront Master Suite which is furnished with a King bed and 32" flat screen TV. The en suite Master Bath features double sinks and walk-in glass shower plus guests have private access to the oceanfront balcony from their bedroom.

The beachfront Guest Bedroom features 2 Queen beds, a 26" flat screen TV and Private Bath with Tub/Shower combo and Double Sinks. Occupants of the Guest bedroom also have access to the Private Balcony.

Exterior amenities include a Beachfront Pool with spacious decking, Poolside Grilling Area and manicured grounds. There is also a private Beach Path from the Pool which leads you directly to the Beach!

The Beachside Tennis Villas are just a short walk to the South Beach Marina Village; home of the ever popular Salty Dog Cafe. Guests of 1842 Beachside Tennis can also rent a bike and explore the miles of bike paths that wind their way throughout the Sea Pines Resort. Jump on the free Trolley (seasonal) and spend the day at the Sea Pines Beach Club or take a relaxing stroll around the Harbour Town Marina and climb to the top of the Candy Striped Lighthouse.
