All the living rooms open onto a balcony and some offer grand views of the Atlantic. Privacy walls separate each unit from its neighbors on either side. 

The Breakers is comprised of nine buildings with parking available underneath. Two of the buildings face the ocean, with direct unobstructed views of the Atlantic horizon. Five more buildings encircle the swimming pool deck, and have poolside and more distant ocean views. Two additional two buildings are located behind one of the oceanfront buildings, and have landscape views.
