Love this place it is close to everything. Scott at the guard gate is so nice and friendly. Never have to get in your car once you park it. Restaurants and live music is in walking distance. Beach is beautiful.

Overall, good experience with the Unit #110 even though the balcony sliding door doesn't lock which gave me a pause should someone want to boost another person up to the balcony to gain entry and the ice maker doesn't work. The outside screen to the bedroom window was partially out of the frame but the window was secure. A maintenance person come walking into the unit without knocking and allowing me to let him in which could have turned ugly considering I carry a firearm this wouldn't have went well, for him.

Overall the unit was clean, well stocked and enjoyable, the security team was fantastic. I enjoyed doing business with Seashore Vacations, Cissy who helped me through the process.

I would stay in Unit 110, if the lock gets installed on the balcony sliding door.

Excellent!! Condo was clean and very nicely decorated. Beautiful view, wonderful pool, and just a walk to the beach. So nice to be right next to Coligny and all the great eateries. Perfect getaway during the winter season for us Northerners. Will not disappoint! BTW... if you have any problems Seashore is outstanding with their help and service.

Location was great, was able to walk to coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, live music,and grocery store. Beautiful view of dunes and beach. Nice pool and gate code secured beach access. Couch and bed were uncomfortable, 1st floor living means hearing every step of the people above us, woke us up in the middle of the night when they would go to bathroom. Could hear toilet flushing and their sliding glass door open/close, which they did often. Did not use stove, oven, or laundry machines. At the end of our stay it took us a few minutes to get the dishwasher started (was requested we start with any dishes used before we left by property owners) th latch was very loose and had to really mess with it to work properly and start the machine. We love the property, would stay again and recommend. However not this unit or a 1st floor condo.

The location was great and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. As well, a very short walk to a nice, but crowded beach. The condo was nice but the sofa needs cleaning. There is a large place on the wall in living room where touch up paint is needed. The linens were dirty and had not been washed. The filter in the furnace was very dirty. The bathroom vent had not been cleaned inca very long time. Again, a nice place but with a little attention to detail would be excellent.

The location was great, across the street from Coligny Square with shops and restaurants, but the condo could use some updates. There were dirty marks on the couch, paint scrapes on the wall, and the sliding door to the deck was corroded. When we called property management someone did come over and get the door to open.

Nice place, great area for walking to beach,shops and restaurants. I would have loved to have a small bottle of shampoo when we arrived.They had other small amenities like dishwasher detergent but we came in on the red eye from Arizona so we were practically up all night and all I wanted to do was take a shower but there was no shampoo, so I had to run to the super market and purchase some. Just a small bottle would have been nice to refresh.

Sheets and towels very worn, icemaker didn't work, slider didn't lock and very hard to close, no lamps on master night stands, no vacuum or decent broom for sand, deck very old and splintered. Ceramic needs covered with LVP. Dumb to put cooktop next to sink. Dirty couch. Proximity to beach, Coligny Square and the pool were pluses . Not terribly clean when we got there

Rented this property for a week - ocean view was great - pool and access to the beach were easy - this is a beach rental - dated - issues with hot water heater and dishwasher - had maintenance in for hot water heater but just hand washed few dishes we had for breakfast - best used as sleeping headquaters and breakfast in room accomodations

Our rental was very small and uncomfortable. The bedding was old and did not smell or feel good. There was no closet to hang clothes. A wall cabinet hung high beside the bed had a rod in it for hanging things if you could reach it with a chair. Our patio door was broken and maintenance had to come and remove the broken lock. The patio wood was cracked and rotted in several places and did not look safe. We went about out outings and events but the condo was uncomforable and disappointing.

This is a great location to park your car and not have to drive your entire stay, Everything is within walking distance. Good beach views and easy walk to the beach. The unit itself could use a lot of TLC. It was dated, needed a fresh paint job, could use new tile or lvp throughout. It was missing doors to laundry and door hardware to master. The rear sliding door didn’t lock. The porch deck boards were loose and needed to be secured or really just replaced. The kitchen is small, but functional. The front door is missing a door sweep so there’s a big gap at the bottom, but surprisingly we didn’t see any bugs during our stay. The furniture looks older. The mattress needs to be replaced, you will end up in the middle close to your partner. So, if your looking for room to stretch out this isn’t the right bed and bring your own pillows. This is not a 5 star place, so have the right expectations when you walk in and stay there just for the convenience and location.

Great view, unit was comfortable, bed, sofa and deck furniture. Very nice kitchen. Would rent again IF deck is repaired, old floor boards were cracked and unhinged in areas, not secure. Nice new appliances, but dishwasher was not connected, nor was clothes washer. Coffee machine was not functioning but was quicly replaced by Seashore vacation company. The unit also needs to be repainted, walss and doir were quite dirty and scuffed.

The view was not nearly as good as the picture as the dunes have grown quite a bit since then. The washer didn't work then the dishwasher didn't work. We wound up moving after 2 days to another condo at the complex the management company graciously offered us.

I want to begin saying that the property management company was great. We called a day in and stated that the condo was still dirty. They said to go enjoy our day and that a cleaning crew would be back to clean. After they cleaned, we enjoyed our vacation much better. In the beginning, the floors were sticky/still sandy, hair in the bathtub, and bar soap residue on the tub ledge, and cups/bowls still dirty in the cabinet. We do understand that that some sand will find a way into the condo with being in direct view of the ocean.

Again, we do not believe this reflected in any way toward the property management group. I wanted to address some other concerns that pertains to the owners. The couch needs to be updated. It is very uncomfortable, has divots, and somewhat stained. Also, when laying on the bed, your body gravitates toward the middle of the bed.

The sheets were very clean, countertops and refrigerator was clean. It was just those big issues that were a red flag to us.

While we rented this at the last minute, we are used to certain things at Breakers. Here’s a few good and not so good. The bedding and couch were uncomfortable
Dishwasher was a problem and porch furniture not as shown.
The setup of the bedroom was better than most and the bathroom vanity was
larger and useful.

We had a wonderful stay at The Breakers. The location is perfect for walking to Coligny and restaurants and shopping. The condo is nicely appointed. My only recommendation is that the only put some different patio furniture out. The plastic Adirondack chairs prevent you from having an ocean view when you’re out there due to sitting so low. We would definitely stay here again!

Good unit could use a new bed and couch. Also would recommend checking refrigerator very loud. But loved our stay and how close to ocean. Look forward to more stays at breakers units.

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean. Being on the first floor was nice. Only having to travel up one flight of stairs.
The only thing i would change in the condo, is adding a fan in the bedroom. And having bar height stools on the patio since the table is bar height and when sitting in the low chairs you were looking at the railing.

Overall we enjoyed and would stay here again!

Vacation property was at a great location. Room was very clean. Having a washer and dryer was a plus! Upstairs neighbors were very noisy and you could hear every step - that would be the only negative to this property. Otherwise good stay.

When I booked the villa I thought I was getting a little studio... turn out to be a full villa with a fantastic view of the ocean. My villa came with private bedroom, bath, full kitchen, living room, small dinning area and private balcony where I sat out and had my morning coffee while watching the waves roll in. Villa was well furnished and clean. Going back again in the Fall. Great Company to work with and a Great location!

Perfect oceanfront condo! Beautiful view, just steps away from the pool and beach. Condo was updated, very clean and accommodating. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. My only complaint is that there was no oven, only a 2 burner cooktop and no WiFi available.

Breakers 110 was a newly renovated unit with nice, updated decor. The unit is a bit small but perfect for a couple or a couple with a child that doesn't mind sleeping on a pull-out sofa...after all, you won't be in the condo that often! To our surprise there was no closet in the bedroom. There is a cabinet unit around the bed that provides space to store clothes etc. But not much room to store suitcases that don't fit under the bed...pack light. One cabinet has a hanging bar but cabinet is only long enough for shirts. I would suggest they add a few wall hooks to allow space to hang dresses or longer tops, etc. The unit has a great oceanfront view and is convenient, walking distance to Coligny Plaza and other area restaurants and shops, including a Piggly Wiggly grocery store. Be sure to walk to Steamer Seafood for lunch or dinner! The unit was very clean and the property manager provided great service...we locked ourselves out one day and they were quick to come unlock the unit for us. The onsite security guard is very friendly and always directed us to parking spaces near our unit. It is nice to have covered parking to keep your car cool and avoid the birds and other elements. The pool is a bit small and was very crowded during our stay but the beach was excellent and so easy to access so we never went to the pool. Overall we had a great trip and will be back! Some other favorite restaurants we enjoyed: Skullcreek Boathouse and Hudson's on the River, and Plantation Cafe and Watusi for breakfast. Grab a frozen drink for the beach at the Frosty Frog and hit the Big Bamboo for live music at night.
