Fantastic ocean view, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Small but well laid out space with everything you need: well equipped kitchen and bath.

The view was ok, can't really see to much of the beach. It deffenintly could use a good cleaning. The underneath of the bed sounded like it was going to fall out the worst was the shower, it came out so strong my mom that takes eliquis could hardly stand it. No were to hang anything in the condo. We are coming back next year but staying in a different condo, much clearer and updated very nice. Really like the convenience of where Breakers is located. Friendly guard man.

Breaker 139 was pretty, set up nice, had everything we needed. The unit was very clean and smelled clean. Shower was a good size, hot water and great pressure. The bed was very comfortable. The view off the balcony was amazing. Sitting out at night listening to the water rolling in on the beach was so relaxing. Breakers was quiet, relaxing. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. Everything was a 5 minute walk. We are planning our next trip already.

The Good: This is located beachfront right next to Coligny. Can’t ask for better. The general condition is average. It was clean but unit is showing the age of the entire property. The bad: The bed was hard and not very comfortable. Also the water pressure from the shower was very high. Overall, rent this for the location and you’ll be satisfied.

I've been a customer of Seashore Vacations since the late 1990s and have always had a great experience. My latest was also great!

Breakers 139, with one bedroom, kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and bath, was a perfect home base for my girlfriend and me.

The unit was exactly as described on the website. The ocean view and access are amazing! The unit is tasefully and simply decorated, and though the website states it's been remodeled, I don't believe it was very recent, as some of the finishes and furniture show signs of wear and water damage.There is only on closet, in the hall, and it is half-filled by the water heater. A dresser is the only other clothing storage provided. A wardrobe with drawers in lieu of the dresser would be better.

The exterior of the building is well-maintained. The parking lot access is a little hard to find at first, and the lot itself is small and tight.

But all these are minor quibbles. We had a great time and a comfortable stay and highly recommend Seashore Vacations and Breakers 139!

Great experience overall. The only negative was the door lock needs replaced. It does not always stay closed. You need to be very cautious when leaving g and locking up. No other issues.

Love the location of the Breakers Condos, the deer that would visit each night, having security guards on site, and the parking is always convenient.

The room itself was not our favorite of the ones we have used in the past. It was clean-ish. the vents were black with mold, there was an old plunger and toilet brush in the bathroom and comforter on the bed does not appear to ever get washed. The sheets on the bed had black hairs on them but we bring our own linen. The sofa could use a refresh as well.

In the bathroom the light over the sink would not always work and the shower had so much pressure it would hurt if the stream touched sensitive areas. the paint was peeling in the bathroom as well in spots.

The kitchen was ok but appliances were not as up to date as past rooms we used. The counter tops are not stone like we had though and seem to be peeling up some close to the sink.

Will stay in the Breakers again, but will look for a different room.

Really enjoyed being able to text with representatives and they always responded quickly. I would give the property 5 stars but the room a 2 out of 5 compared to other rooms on the property we have stayed at.

Location of property was good and very bad. Close to Coligny Plaza, but on the public beach.
Unit #139 was not special at all, old cheap furniture, tiny appliances, uncomfortable bed and was dirty.
The grounds were well maintained, pool area was nice , walk to beach was average for HHI.
Parking was a hassle, not enough spots or too many cars? not sure.
I don't think we would go back, but if we did we would choose a different unit and maybe go at a less popular time of year.

We had an amazing stay at 139 Breakers on Hilton Head Island. The location can’t be beat—right on the ocean and directly across from Coligny Plaza, so everything from restaurants to shopping is just a short walk away. It made our trip incredibly convenient and stress-free. Will book again.

We've stayed at Breakers several times. These one-bedroom units are perfectly located. They're right on the beach and across the street from Coligny Plaza. This particular unit is oceanfront with a fantastic view. We'd definitely stay here again.

Location couldn't get any better. Restaurants and shoppes are all within walking distance. Everything was convenient. This is my third time at The Breakers, however, the second time in this condo. My only suggestion would be is there is only one bathroom and literally only one mirror. It made getting ready in shifts to go out. Also, new mattress would be helpful too. Other then that it really is a nice place to stay. Also Seashore is really easy to work with

It Started out a little rocky as the oven caught on fire, but the staff was quick to come and check and take care of issue. This location is great close to everything and perfect for a couple. Condo was clean and well maintained with an easy walk to beach and on site pool. Coligny Plaza is just steps away so no need for car if you don't have one.

We had a fun time. Mostly covered parking spots, beds and sofa were comfy, sheets and blankets nice, was clean and able to cook in kitchen, kids played vr in living area, we could walk barefoot to beach. Was convenient to restaurants and grocery, we would do it again.

The condo was really nice and super convenient not only to the pool and beach, but to the plaza across the street. We never had to drive anywhere the entire week! We couldn't get the cable to work on the main TV, but then who really wants to watch TV while your at the beach! It was perfect for two people and we would definitely look to rent this unit again in the future.

We spent 12 days in Breakers Unit 139 this past March. The property is a oceanfront condo with the most spectacular view. This is what sold the rental for us. The unit itself is very small. The kitchen was stocked well enough to get by and the washer dryer unit was a godsend. There is only a couch and dining table with 4 chairs inside along with end tables. I really missed not having a comfy chair to sit in. The balcony was furnished with 2 bar height chairs but a shorter table which was not very convenient. A few items that are inexpensive but helpful would be coat racks/hooks on wall to hang items and a full length mirror. There is not much storage in the bedroom, we lived out of suitcases. The unit was clean and very manageable for the time we were there.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous view! Loved my time here. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants & bike trails. My only complaint was the wifi. AWFUL!!Very spotty and unreliable.(Not good for doing my business remotely.) Seashore Vacations was fabulous to work with--made it easy & stress-free!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The ocean view was awesome! The proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants was second to none! The condominium was tastefully decorated. The washer and dryer in the unit was invaluable. We would book another stay at this property!

This was the second time we rented at The Breakers and we liked this unit even better. Super clean, updated furnishings and great view of the ocean. Last year the condo we stayed in was very humid but this one was not...it was just perfect. The weather was pristine and made the stay that much better! Highly recommend working with Seashore Vacations...it was so easy!

The condo was right up against the dunes and facing the ocean. A wonderful little deck for morning coffee while watching the waves roll in.

The interior could use some TLC. Older bedding linens and worn & stained carpets in the bedroom. Small areas of peeling or cracked paint.

Very convenient location with immediate access to the beach as well as shopping & dining.

The interior of Breakers 139 has had a full remodel as of 2022! New beds, new flooring, fresh paint, and many other improvements have been done.

We spent 4 days here for a quick getaway and it worked out very well. The condo was small but clean and was close enough to the beach to hear the waves! The AC worked great, and I liked that there were 2 ceiling fans, too. We did have two small problems (no hair dryer, and toaster didn't work) but the rental company was easy to get hold of and very responsive. Within a few hours, they had delivered the two (brand new) items to our condo. Thank you!
We also liked that we could park right near our unit, and we could walk to restaurants and shopping if we wanted to. And if we were driving somewhere, it was easy to get out on the main roads and find our way back.
As another reviewer mentioned, this condo unit could use a little "TLC", as in a fresh coat of paint, and more than the one chair out on the deck. P.S. The refrigerator leaked a little water onto the top shelf so we couldn't keep food there.

Great location. Walk to shops, restaurants and grocery store. Park your car when you arrive and move it when you leave. But the best feature is the view from the balcony. Nice size, private deck to sit and watch the ocean and the shrimp boats come and go. The only reason for the 4 stars is there was only one chair on the balcony. It would have been nice to have 2 Charis and a table. The ice maker wasn't working and neither was the toaster, but not a problem for us. We had a beach chair in the car for the balcony and we could walk to get ice and the oven worked Vey clean and quiet condo We would definitely stay here again

The area was magnificent. Beach and pool access right outside our door. Shopping across the street, great restaurants. The rental was a little old but clean. We were extremely happy with the rental and the location.
