Evian Shipyard | Hilton Head Island, SC

The Shipyard Resort is accessible from two separate gates on Hilton Head - one off of Hwy 278 and the other off of Pope Avenue making it very convenient for visitors. Evian Villas are located in an interior section of the resort, with a beautiful entrance just off the community's central traffic circle there is a private lagoon in the center of this complex. Villas at Evian are configured as flats or townhouses, and have two or three bedrooms in two-story pastel stucco buildings with French Quarter ambience. Doorways, windows and many of the patios and upper-story decks are shaded by striped canvas awnings. Parking in front of these villas is curbside. 

The area is ringed by the fairways of the Brigantine Course and inter-connected lagoons, which offers Evian solitude in a beautifully-landscaped setting. The community has a large swimming pool and its own tennis courts. There is a private lagoon in the center of this complex. 

The Shipyard Resort has three 9-hole golf courses that are challenging for all skill levels. The greens are well manicured and the tight fairways force golfers to hit two good golf shots to par each hole. The Van der Meer tennis facility is located nearby at the Shipyard Racquet Club and the Sonesta Resort (formerly The Crowne Plaza) is just a mile down the road. With endless bicycle and nature trails throughout the community and the Atlantic Ocean just a few short steps away, the Evian condos are a great place for families and friends to gather for a fun vacation.
