My family and I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this condo! Very comfortable, clean and equipped unit with peaceful surroundings but still close to the Evian pool and pickleball/tennis courts.

From the time we booked yhe condo til the morning we left our experience with the rental company was above par. Checking in was flawless and checking out was tge same. We had a little problem that get immediately took care of. KUDOS TO ALL YA ALL.

Easy fit - just like living at home! Well maintained, nicely decorated. Spacious, cozy living areas. Kitchen is well-equipped / quality appliances. Nice bathrooms. Convenient location, access to shopping, restaurants. Would rent again!

We warmly thank you for renting your charming house to us. We truly felt at home. The decor and comfort are very appreciated. The kitchen is very well equipped and very functional, we lack nothing for cooking. We hope to return next year if the economic and political situation allows us. The home was perfect! We had such a lovely week staying here. We had everything we needed during the week and the home was beautiful! It was super clean, beautifully decorated and so cozy! We will definitely be returning to this property. Thank you for a great week!

We had a wonderful stay at Evian 287! It is a very short walk to the pool and golf course. It is also an easy walk to the beach with the wagon provided! The condo is very well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the bathrooms spacious. The layout was very open and family friendly. It offered ample parking for two cars and is a quiet end unit. It is convenient to all that HHI has to offer as far as restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. We would highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

Condo was nice - fully equipped with all our needs. In Shipyard, within walking distance to tennis, golf and pool. Neat and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Would stay there again.

Evian 287 was a fantastic rental. Everything was clean and updated, exactly as described and pictured. The beach parking was a nice surprise as well. We have stayed all over Sea Pines and Shipyard for 20 years and this is definitely one of the top 2 we’ve stayed in! Hope to return next year!

Evian 287 exceeds expectations in every way. It is cozy, comfortable and updated. The kitchen has everything we need to cook meals and the appliances are updated. The bedrooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. Our favorite spot is the family room. There is plenty of room (seating) to watch a movie or play a board game together. We love how Evian is beautifully maintained and we used the tennis courts each morning. The bike ride to the beach is lovely and short (almost a mile). We really enjoyed our time there!

Rental was very nice, very clean, exactly how the pictures showed it. The only thing we would change would be add ceiling fans in bedrooms/dining area. The living room/kitchen was a bit hot at times. Overall the rental was great. We would definitely go back to this rental.

Lovely well appointed super clean two bedroom condo with more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen was Well furnished so making basic meals was simple. The pool is available to renters. Watching the alligators in the lagoons was great past time.

LOVE this condo! It was a very relaxing week. The beach is close. Watching the critters from the wonderful deck(deer, squirrels, gators, turtles) is an added benefit. Condo had everything we needed and beautifully decorated.
