Check in was extremely easy with lock code on the door. General cleanliness was okay but the bathroom had hair all over the floor. Management was responsive and sent housekeeping right over but the damage was already done. Ocean One, however, was a great place to stay with beautiful views, a great pool and easy access to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location is amazing, with a stunning view of the beach right from the balcony. It was such a treat to be just steps away from the sand, making our beach days so convenient. Additionally, it was an easy walk or bike ride to the nearby Coligny shops and restaurants, which added to the overall enjoyment of our trip.

The property management was very helpful and made renting bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas incredibly convenient—everything was delivered right to the condo.

While the condo itself is slightly run down, it was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fantastic location, beautiful beach views, and excellent service more than made up for the minor wear and tear. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Location was great and the town & beach were so easy to get to. They were doing construction on the building which we weren't aware of but that wasn't the annoying part, our unit didn't have beach towels which was odd for a rental on the beach. We also didn't have any trash bags or enough toilet paper which we went out bought. We would love to go back to Hilton Head but we'd probably stay at a different location.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the beach chairs provided by the owner. Tiki Bar is next door with live music. We were able to walk next door and rent bikes.

Wonderful rental experience. Coligny is our favorite location for family stays and this unit did not disappoint. Although dated compared to other units we've stayed in, this unit is functional, clean and includes the perfect view. We will definitely return and stay here again.

Our rental at Ocean One was fabulous. It was so clean. There was an abundance of kitchen items to cook with. The oceanfront balcony was my favorite spot. It was very spacious, with updated furniture. We loved that our unit was close to the elevator and the ground floor entrance to the pool and the beach. The staff at Sea Turtle were so very friendly. We definitely will rent this unit from them in the future. Chi

Ocean One property is amazing. The view is amazing. The walk to the beach is literally 3minutes. There’s a new couch and it’s clean and very spacious. Every night we would sit in the patio and listen to the live music next door. And it’s a short walk to coligny plaza for shopping. As well as several grocery stores within a 10min drive. This place is great. Sea turtle getaways makes checking in and out easy-peasy as well. Definitely pick this place, you won’t regret it!

Great location. Great stay. Place was very clean & had everything we needed for our family of 6. Only complaint is no keyless entry at the unit. Nobody wants to waste time driving 10-15 mins out of the way to pick up & drop off keys.

location was awesome. We loved sitting on our balcony and listening to the live music from the Tiki Hut a few doors down. We walked to Coligny Circle often. Condo was spacious and clean. nice pool.

This room was fully equipped with all the necessities. Great location! Great view!
Great security. It could use a little updating.
I do have to take a second to brag on Sea Turtle getaways employee, Selena. She was awesome! Every time I reach out prior to the vacay with questions she responded immediately. We even left our fire stick remote control in the room and she mailed it back at no charge to us. I couldn’t be more pleased!

This was a last minute booking for us as we got switched to this unit. The view was outstanding. The unit needs updates. The sofa is beyond disgusting! The unit was not very clean. Because we were staying for an extended period of time, I did a lot of cleaning. I just had a general impression of uncleanliness. The bed linens had stains on them. We choose this unit because of the view and you can't do better than the view. It was generally quiet and the staff and residents were friendly. Just needs a good deep cleaning and updates.

This condo was in a great location with beautiful views of the ocean. It's so close we could resist visiting the beach at least once every day. The condo was clean (approved by husband who wiped everything down with anti-bacterial cleaner). The condo has some wear and tear, could definitely use some new mattresses in the 2nd bedroom. Some of these are expected on a rental. Overall, was a nice place to call home for a week.

Prior to getting to Hilton Head thought it was the best agency we have ever worked with. Once on Hilton Head I really felt like they didn’t want people in the office. Poor answers given over the phone, not sure what I was supposed to do. Still not sure why I was called about items left by previous tenants if I was just supposed to leave them in drawer. Also, unsure of how well inspectors inspect if a whole drawer of items were left in bedroom.

Wonderful location!! Ocean front and a block from Coligny Plaza. The grounds were immaculate, with constant daily matainance. Condo was spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

We have been staying Ocean One for 9yrs always 407. The condo has great updates. It’s always clean. The pool is awesome and well taken care of. The whole property is beautiful. Staff and security is always very friendly and professional.

This was our first time to Hilton Head, and we could not have had a more positive experience! The condo was absolutely perfect -- cozy and comfortable, and the view was simply impeccable. Ocean One is definitely in a perfect location since you are within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops at Coligny Plaza. We are already planning our next trip back there and will definitely want to stay in this same unit. You will not be disappointed!

The apartment was lovely and spacious, perfect for us and our two two young children. Steps from the beach and pool and so close to the coligny shopping center. A great experience from start to finish!

The view was fabulous. We would eat most of our meals on the outdoor patio and listen to the bands from next door. The property is extremely convenient to restaurants, shopping, and Coligny plaza. The carts were very helpful for luggage and groceries. The beach is clean and wide and the ocean water was refreshing. Outdoor pool is in great location and well kept but we wished it opened before 10am.

We love this condo. It sets high enough to get a great unobstructed view of the beach. Location is great as well. It is a short walk to Coligny Plaza with a good selection of shops, restaurants and a grocery store.

Overall, the place was clean with a fantastic straight on view of the ocean and beach. Very close to shopping and restaurants. A Tiki Bar is located next to the condo unit so from this unit we could enjoy all the live music while sitting on the deck.

The condo had a musty smell upon entering the unit, but I found where the furnace filters were located and noticed the last time it was changed was 3 months ago. Smell got much better once I changed the filter. The living room furniture was a bit dated/dirty looking. Second bedroom has two single beds, so a bit small for our teenagers but would be perfect for the little ones. Kitchen had all the amenities needed for cooking meals. Closet has beach chairs and sand toys for the kids.

Customer service was friendly; Check-in was easy and quick; the condo was clean and well stocked. The bathrooms in the condo were small, but adequate, everything else was spot on. Pool and ocean view made the balcony a favorite spot especially at night when we got the benefit of the band playing at the Tiki-Hut! Fireworks could be seen every night through the 4th, which was a nice treat. Pool needs to be cleaned more often and they need more umbrella tables considering the temperatures. I would stay here again and would recommend it to a friend.

We had a wonderful week at HHI, staying in 407 at Ocean One. My goal was to sit on a balcony overlooking the ocean, and this unit was perfect for that. It's easy walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The unit is large and well-laid out. I wouldn't have changed anything.

Enjoyed our stay at Ocean One only one week after Hurricane Mathew hit the island. The weather was mid 80's and sunny all week. Everything was cleaned up and love the view from forth floor

We had rented this unit before with our daughter and enjoyed our stay. This year we shared our experience with another couple who are lifetime friends. They had not been to Hilton Head since 1998. They were amazed at all the changes leading up to the Island. This was the first time they were right on the ocean. Everything about our vacation experience was great.

Great location. clean and updated condo. Looks like new carpet and some new furniture. Ample and easy parking, plenty of luggage dollies, elevator worked pretty well. Pool was crowded, great beach with chair rentals and lifeguards nearby.

The place was great but the live band at the hotel next door was terrible and really loud until really late at night. That was disappointing since you really couldn't sit outside with them playing.

Meeting up with friends from France this was the perfect seaside getaway. The sea and pool view, ocean breeze, and sunrise were perfect on the deck. Most everything we wanted to do we could walk to, usually along the beach. The condo was clean comfortable and well appointed.

The condo is oceanfront and has an excellent view of the pool as well! It is very well maintained and we had no issues during our stay. It is close to great restaurants and the very popular Coligny is an easy walk. We have stayed in this condo twice and have been extremely satisfied both times! I highly recommend Ocean One 407!

Excellent in spite of July heat. I owned a time share at Marriott Grande Ocean here for over 10 years. I sold it when it became too complicated and difficult to book my desired time or villa. An excellent choice as I found this condo with same ocean view as the two are within quarter mile on same road. Price very reasonable. My daughter and family came with me and had a good experience likewise.
I would recommend a recycle bin as I felt guilty dumping all into a garbage chute. Also ceiling fans would be great. Otherwise perfect.
