The location is great and the condo is cute. The photographs on line are clearly from an earlier time. The condition of the condo is not quite what is pictured. One of the drawers in the kitchen is difficult to pull out - clearly needs to be repaired. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Look no further, this is your place to stay! BEST LOCATION! We rode bikes to sea pines beach club, Harbortown (2-3 mins away), as well as Sea Pines village (breakfast with mimosas, dinner, bike rentals, and coffee shop!). Everything you need is here, including a pool, tennis court and pickle ball court. We look forward to coming back and staying here. We will forever cherish the memories we made with our children especially with our dog who took her last pilgrimage here thanks to 2407 Lighthouse Tennis. THANK YOU!

We spent two months (December 2022 – January 2023) at Lighthouse Tennis villas. The villa was very beautiful, comfortable and spacious for two guests and a cat for two months. The wall to wall windows of the dining and living room gave us a great view of the pond from anywhere in the villa. Our cat was mesmerized with everything he could see. We would see alligators, turtles, herons, anhingas and egrets almost every day. The unit is on the second floor and has a beautiful cathedral ceiling (?). This is not there in the first floor units.
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cutlery. All the appliances worked perfectly without a hitch. The two king sized beds were spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets.
The management company was very professional and helpful. We had several logistical issues with the periodic maintenance in the unit due to our cat. They were very understanding and helped schedule the maintenance so our cat was safe. All key codes and passes were sent to us before our arrival so we could move in directly when we arrived. We interacted with Selena, Crane and Dakota and they were super helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location. Wish the pool had been open. Love the bike paths. House clean& nice. We thought there should be better �� lighting in bedrooms for reading. Also need more towel hooks for wet towels. We had trouble with the TV and DVD player. Woman explained instructions for TV and she had to purchase a new DVD for us, which was very nice of her to buy and install it for us. So, on our 4 th night there we could have arch the 2 movies we brought with us.

LOVED this property! So cute and homey! Great location so we could bike everywhere! The management company thought of everything and got us all the information (and car passes) we needed, well in advance. I would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

We loved the location of this unit (1 mile from Harbour Town and 1 mile from the Beach Club). It was nicely updated and perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed, the balcony outside was relaxing, and the pool was just steps away. We’ll definitely be back again.

Location is ideal-the condominium complex quiet and relaxing
The unit was missing a lot of basic necessities- no bedding for pull out couch- when we opened it found months of dust and sand. No iron or ironing board, no hair dryer. The kitchen lacked CLEAN cooking pans- rusted- I would send a picture if able to. Dust found all over- it’s almost as it was cleaned for just the eyes view. The shower drain had hair and soap from last guests. I have been coming to HHI for 8 years and this was not something I have experienced before. Bedding came for the pull out but did not use as previously found it dirty and a hair dryer was delivered. All in all not thrilled with cleanliness.

2407 Lighthouse Tennis was a wonderful place to stay in Sea Pines! You are in walking distance to Harbour Town and Giuseppe’s Pizza/Shopping Center. We rented bikes and loved biking on the trials and to the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning. The staff of Sea Turtles Getaway was accommodating and made arriving and departure so easy! We look forward to returning one day. Make sure you visit the Salty Dog, Shelter Cove on Tuesdays for Shannon Tanner, fireworks and Hilton Head Social Bakery. Greg Russell is a must in Harbour Town and of course the Lighthouse. Holy Tequila was a great new restaurant! Grateful for a week of rest and relaxation!

We loved the location; a walk to Harbourtown for coffe or dinner and the Sea Pines Club for lunch or the Sea Pines Beach Club.
On rainy days, it was cozy and the sun brought out the entertaining wildlife !

Didn't realize property was up 3 flights of stairs which was a drawback. Would have liked to have checked in a little earlier than 4pm. No extra trash bags. Overall, property was great. We did see some dust upon arrival in the living room, but everything else seemed to be spotless....Great Location in Sea Pines, convenient to everything.....Had a great time!

Lighthouse tennis villas was great! Unit was well laid out and furnished. Loved the location between the each and Harbourtown. Convenient bike ride to all the fun things in sea pines. Loved watching the gator inbyhe pond behind the villa from the safety of the deck. Pool was Never crowded and tennis courts were easily accessible.

Stayed in the Lighthouse Tennis Villas for extended time - enjoyed the convenience of the location, found the unit well equipped, loved the lagoon out back where we could watch the gator sunning herself every day. Would highly recommend

Nice stay. Condo was clean and tv had good selection.
Hard to find on GPS for some reason...but finally found it. Upper level without elevator, but we were able to do lots of stairs with luggage, thankfully!

We had a fantastic time at this villa. It was very clean and so comfortable for us and the location was great; close to everything but also private enough to relax and do our own thing. The complex is well taken care of and is very quiet like we hoped for. All in all this villa was everything we expected and more and would definitely return the next time we go to HH.

Recently we stayed at this vacation villa in Sea Pines and loved it. The decor was perfect and we could tell it had been recently updated. More importantly, it was clean. The kitchen was fully stocked which is important to us because we like to eat in. We did have some trouble with the Keurig working properly. However, Sea Turtles Getaways was quick in solving this problem by actually bringing another one from their office over immediately.

As for the location, we have stayed in this complex before and love the pool area and how close it is to both Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Center.

The only cons for us: Even though we knew it had two king beds, we would prefer the guest room to have two twins just because we have two children. And, a hairdryer would have been nice. I am use to most places having one and did not bring mine. However, it is the beach, so not a big deal.

Overall, I would definitely rent this villa again. I would also suggest using Sea Turtle Getaways. They were so easy to work with.

Terrific location easy walking to shops and dinning both Harbor Town and Plantation Golf. Villa was in great shape, a little on the small, side but good enough for two. More than that it would be crowded. Wonderful balcony facing west for sunset views through the tree tops.

We booked our vacation a few weeks before and had a great experience with Sea Turtle in booking. The condo was exactly as it said in the listing. Both bedrooms had king sized beds. The master bath was quite large and the bath attached to the 2nd bedroom was not quite as large and just enough for what we needed. The condo was very clean, well maintained. The highlight of this condo was the location. It's directly beside (2 minute walk) to the Sea Pines shopping center with an amazing breakfast restaurant, coffee shop and bike rentals. The beach is an easy 10 minute bike ride away and the Beach Club definitely got an upgrade. WE were able to rent all the beach supplies we needed by renting an umbrella and chairs when we needed it and that gave us drink/food service to the beach club. Beach Club had great food and was having some service issues but otherwise great location, amazing view. We missed having a grille and realize this is because this condo is on the 3rd floor and unable to have a grill. The pool sidewalks were getting serviced while we were there so that was a slight inconvenience but our kids loved the pool.
