2023 Winter Respite in Fairwood Villas

As usual our stay was excellent. Sea Turtles service is the best and all other assessment parameters were up to the same standard. Nothing fancy but everything was more than adequate for our enjoyment and comfort. We’ve booked the unit for next year.

Being Lazy on Lawton again

We spent January through March being lazy on Lawton drive in Hilton Head again this year. It was delightful again. The reasons for this conclusion are many but here's the principal ones that count.
1. the Villa (i prefer that term over condo) was very comfortable. It was well furnished, clean, well appointed and laid out, the bed was very comfortable, the HVAC worked magnificently, and the surrounds are beautiful to look at.
2. The Villa management company was quickly responsive to all the requests we made of them to help us deal with questions and a few problems. an example - we needed help to get the TV operationsl. They came to our rescue in less than 1-hr. This was the same performance for all aother requests during our stay.
3. the Villa is located in a great spot on the Island. It is about 1.4 mile from the beach. it has easy access to Greenwood Circle and Coligny Circle shope.
