Nice trip
I have been vacationing in Shipyard on Hilton Head my entire life and found this unit to be great! The experience was easy and low impact with the manager. To be honest, I have yet to find a rental there that I would go out of my way to rent again until this trip. I look forward to renting this unit again.

What a TREAT!
From the time of making the reservation all the way up to the last day - not only were the accommodations amazing but the people who helped us along the way could not have been better! Thank you for an all-around wonderful experience in AND a beautiful place to stay! We look forward to returning!

Average rental, good customer service
The home was in below average condition, the complex and location were as advertised. The internet and TV did not work at all, which was very problematic. The rental company worked with us cooperatively.

An Oasis in August
We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, charming, bright, inspirational and afforded a beautiful view. The condo was at least 1/2 of our joy. I loved coming back to the villa and cooling down after beach activities and walking. We enjoyed the egrets, herons, lizards and turtles. Everybody was helpful and friendly. I have been vising Hilton Head since 1958 and it is always fun to visit beaches, historic sites and Harbour Town.

Hilton Head Stay
This property is in a terrific location and has great access to the beach. The pool is nice and there is plenty of parking.
The unit itself needs a new carpet. Housekeeping didn't do a very good job cleaning. There were stains on our sheets and quilts, dirty bathroom rugs, and food crumbs in drawers and stuck on plates.
The kitchen was well supplied with basic necessities and that made it easy to cook occasionally.
However, when I called to address a few issues the reply was prompt and very polite.
The front desk is fabulous and could not have been more helpful when we needed to get bikes or have a question answered.

Good Memories
Delightful, beautiful Memorial day weekend with my family. I travel weekly for work. Instead of going home I flew to Savannah and took an uber to HHI.
I was so happy to come back to Shipyard and to this property. It was clean, spacious and right on the green. The views and location were ideal. We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed family time, the comforts of home, great food and the beautiful beach. We can't wait to come back!

Excellent!
Overall a wonderful stay! Spacious and clean. The location was perfect for us with our 4 little kids. Easy access to the beach and pool. We will definitely be going back next year
