Love HHI

This rental was very close to the pool, the beach was actually closer than described, walk is not terrible about 20 min walk however there is a free shuttle service that is excellent! Location is perfect, we have stayed in shipyard many years, rental was very spacious and clean. 10/10 recommend and will be back!

Quiet and quaint with a beautiful golf course view

Nice stay, affordable , distance from beach added more steps to my Apple Watch! Community pool very close and sparkling clean

Clean , BUT

Nice view , was very clean . But very outdated in many ways. Need better things for the kitchen , no cups were found, most electrical outlets were scary to use . Just needs a good update and would highly recommend.

Horrible Unit, Wonderful Property Management Office

Waterford C-5 was absolutely the worst rental unit I have ever experienced! There was little heat downstairs, pots and pans were unusable, coffee pot was broken, and inside the kitchen cupboards was extremely dirty. When the SV office was contacted they supplied new pots/pans and coffee maker and offered to move us to a different location....they were wonderful!

Review of Shipyard condo C5 Waterford

We had a great time and enjoyed our week. The condo is very nice and extremely convenient for entering and exiting the gate onto 278. The only negatives were there were only two working chairs for the outside deck and the two chairs in the living room were very small making them uncomfortable.

Great Location!!!!

We had a great time, the accommodations were very good. The Falcon or Hawk sitting on the back porch on Saturday morning was a nice treat.

Previous stays in Shipyard properties were all very good so arriving at a this one was a huge let down. It smelled musty but none of the doors could be left open to freshen the place because the screens were all torn. We loved Waterford's location but unless this unit were seriously upgraded we would not choose this unit again.

Nice condo in shipyard

We have always had a good experience in dealing with Seashore vacations. The condo is well maintained and is in a good location. The parking is a little funky where you have to walk through the pine needles to get to the sidewalk, but that is a small issue.

Great Week,

weather was fantastic, golf was good. Last year in the same unit we had some mechanical issues but the mamagement company stepped up and took care of them and we had a great time using this unit this year.The location is easy in and out of Shipyard and close to all the places we like to go. Overall it was a nice restful and stress free week. We will be back!
