The Greens 108 is 2 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom spacious updated townhouse. I King in the bedroom, two twins in guest bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room. It is located in the front section of The Greens (closest to the beach) with a wonderful Golf View and easy beach access. The tennis center and golf clubhouse are nearby and bike paths go right up to the entrance. The large back-deck is great for outdoor dining and provides a great view of the golf course, but close enough to the beach for breezes. The Greens condominiums are within Shipyard Plantation, a private residential and resort community. This unit is a 5 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean, across the street from the Sonesta Resort and the Van Der Meer Tennis Academy. Guests staying at The Greens 108 enjoy dining and entertainment venues offered by the Sonesta. The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play. Conveniently located on the South end of Hilton Head (the Island's most popular area) right outside the south gate finds you near Pope Avenue and Coligny Plaza, with colorful shops, restaurants and entertainment.

A very nice place to stay
Property was extremely well managed -- Heidi from the office was quick to respond to an issue about the microwave and even came over on a Saturday night to bring one that worked. Heidi was excellent. The following day workers replaced it and all was well. Property is right across from the Sonesta resort and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very well situated. Golf course is a 1 minute drive from the condo. Publix Market and Fresh Market are a 5 minute drive at most. This place was a ten-is
Directly across the street from VandeMeer tennis, short walk to the beach, around the corner from the Shipyard golf club and the back porch overlooks the 6th green on the Galleon course of Shipyard. The Green’s is an older complex but the bathrooms and kitchen counter of this unit has been updated. Beds are comfortable.Kitchen is well stocked with dishes. Wonderful home in The Greens
We have been staying in various villas in The Greens since 1994, and the convenient location to beach, tennis and everything on the south end of the island can't be beat. Great location!

Great location in Shipyard Plantation
Perfect location in Shipyard. Walking distance to beach or quick bike ride. Unit was clean and everything in working order but it needs updates. It is an older unit so Understandably flourescent lighting and outlets were hit and miss. Living room furniture could stand to be replaced for more comfortable chairs and sofa as well as mattress in master needs to be replaced. Great Location
The property was in a perfect location, about a 5 minute walk to the beach. With two toddlers, it took a little longer to walk, but it was still manageable. A wagon or beach cart definitely helps! The house itself was great and very welcoming. My one main complaint is the size of the bathroom for the twin bedroom. It was a challenge trying to give the kids a bath because the door barely has enough room to open. We had to open the door, squeeze in beside the toilet, and then shut the door in order to reach the tub. Also, only one washcloth was provided for each guest, which was inconvenient. The property is accessed with a door code, which could have easily been emailed prior to our arrival, rather than having to physically go check in at the management office. Thankfully the office is not that far in distance, but traffic does make it take longer, which wastes unnecessary time. As for the check-in process, we require guests to check in at the office due so we can give physical check-in packages to our guests. Most of our properties require parking passes and we feel it is more secure to have the guests pick up the required documents from our office and provide a welcoming atmosphere so guest are able to put a face with who they are dealing with when talking on the phone or through email.Hilton Head Rentals staff

Repeat customer to The Greens 108
This was my fourth time in The Greens 108 and fifth time in The Greens. The location is perfect - very close to tennis, the beach, and the Sonesta. Nice central location to bicycle into Palmetto Dunes or Sea Pines via the beach. Very convenient to bicycle to dozens of restaurants. Recently updated with vinyl flooring on first floor and new carpet on the second. The layout is great with two bedrooms upstairs and living and dining downstairs. Fully equipped kitchen. It has always been perfect for me to come and bring my nephew and we each have our own private space. Would be great for families too. My favorite restaurants to bicycle to are Kenny B's, Local Pie, Big Bamboo Cafe, Alexanders in Palmetto Dunes (early bird special), and Holy Tequila.Anonymous from Greenville - Posted: 1/29/2021

Perfect getaway in Hilton Head
We loved the proximity to the beach and the accessibility to all other parts of the island for exploration.
The space itself was very home-y and would strongly recommend.
Some cooking basics (spices, oil, etc) would be a fantastic addition for out of state guests.

Summer stay at 108 The Green
We enjoyed the condo especially the location so near the beach. The sleeping accommodations clean and comfortable and layout were open and allowed us to be together or separate. We enjoyed the large TV and access to DVD; also games and books were available to enjoy. View to golf course was very nice. Golf course and pro shop very close and had dining. Near Coligny Plaza offering entertainment, shops, bike rental, and restaurants. I would recommend this condo to my friends. Nice place to stay
We stayed for 3 nights. There was plenty of room for us (2 adults, 3 kids) as we added an air mattress in the kids bedroom instead of using the pullout couch. The furniture in the family room isn't very comfortable and the house had no information on check-out or local information (a binder with everything would be nice). But the kitchen had everything we needed (minus salt and pepper - bring your own!). There are no beach chairs available so we rented the ones on the beach. Great location nice layout well equipped. Carpeting is dirty and smells musty. Steam cleaning with the steam clearer provided in unit would not have taken care if dirty and stained carpet.
