Tennismaster condominiums are within the gated community of Shipyard, a private residential and resort community. The complex is close to the Atlantic Ocean, and the Van der Meer Tennis Center. Guests staying at Tennismaster 204 can easily walk to dining and entertainment venues offered by the Sonesta Resort. King in master bedroom, queen in second bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination of 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play. Just beyond the Shipyard gate on Pope Avenue, vacationers can find a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages at Coligny Plaza in North Forest Beach as well as the new Low Country Celebration Park.

Place was great. Excellent location. Was there for a month. Only recommendation I would give is leave a few cleaning supplies so things could be wiped down

Making Memories

We really enjoyed our stay. Seashore Vacation Rental has always treated us right.

GREAT PLACE

We really enjoyed our stay at 204 Tennismaster. The townhouse was nice, comfortable & clean & we could walk right out the back door to the pool. Look forward to coming back one day.

March 2024 Vacation

3 week vacation on HHI in this unit and on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this unit a 7. The dinnerware is tired and needs to be replaced. The pots and pans are not in good shape and some were unuseable. There were also items that are needed in a kitchen that were not supplied and we had to purchase them. We were unable to use the back patio due to the renovations being done next door which was going on the entire time we were there.

Great Condo-Super Property Manager

We loved it !

We rented this unit as one of three that our group of 15 booked to celebrate my mom‘s 80th birthday. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We have stayed in Shipyard in the past but Tennismaster is now my favourite! Everything leading up to our arrival was handled professionally and flawlessly. We definitely will be using this unit again in the future. Thank you for making this special time so perfect for us!

Wonderful stay

We truly enjoyed our week long stay for a family vacation. The location was fantastic- incredibly easy and convenient access to the pool area and a short, 10 minute walk to the beach. The rental was updated, fairly well maintained, spacious & overall had everything we needed. One recommendation would be some patio furniture for at least one of the decks off the bedrooms but, not having that was not a deal breaker.

We have vacationed in Hilton Head several times in different areas along the island and Shipyard is one of our favorite spots. It is incredibly beautiful, well maintained, extremely quiet and private, so much wild life and a great area for biking.

Also, our booking through Seashore Vacations was seamless and their staff had great communication. We can not wait for our next stay!

This is a fantastic unit, clean, close proximity to the beach and pool. I have booked it for next year and the management company was incredible.

Excellent accomodation

This unit was very comfortable and clean. It was a very large unit with 2 1/2 baths and two bedrooms. Very well equipped kitchen, nice terrace with comfortable chairs, right next to communiy pool. The only issue was the very dirty bbq. I would rent this unit again. Close to beach and shipyard pathways.
