Everything was great. Our only complaint was that the towels/linens were pretty ratty. I think they need to provide new ones

We booked this house for our family of 7 for our first visit to Hilton Head. The house was exactly as described and pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked and the grill on the patio was a perfect addition. There were some boogie boards for the beach and we received a credit to rent bikes or beach equipment if needed. The pool outback was perfect for the kids to hop in after a long day venturing around the island. We loved Hilton Head and would rent this home again in the future!

We rented 8 units total, and it was amazing. We’ve been staying at Surf Court for over 40 years, and it’s still the best little secret on the island. It’s clean, private, and across the street from the beach. We love it!!

The condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The 5 minute walk to the beach was easy and the pool was large and about 15 steps from the condo.

We love this area and have rented Unit 83 and loved our beach vacation for the past 3 years. It is clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The patio has a grill and very nice seating. Plenty of restaurants are within walking distance or biking. The beds are comfortable and the rental company is very friendly and helpful. The beautiful pool is a few steps from your condo and the beach is a very short walk.

Our rental was very nice. this was our second time staying at 83 Surf Court and our third time at Surf Court the first time was at 32 Surf Court. 83 is a very nice condo and it had the room that we needed for six people and one kid. The only thing that was disappointing was that we did not have a pool for three days and we were only staying for a week. Our grandson was very sad he loved swimming in the pool. Otherwise it was a very nice stay clean and comfortable. Very easy access to the beach and bike paths, shopping and quiet area.

The home was in a great location to the beach, Coligny plaza, bike rental, and sea pines. The bunk bed room would be perfect for kids if two families came together as it has full beds and then also has two single beds. Each bedroom had a tv and box fans which is huge for those needing them to sleep with. The condo rental came with a credit to rent beach gear. We got 4 chairs, beach wagon, umbrella and anchors. We never needed the umbrella but the wagon and chairs were great, delivered and waiting for us when we got there. We rented bikes from Island life which was a street away-our kids loved them. Plenty of bath towels. Fridge has a water dispenser and ice maker too. Beds have foam cushion on top too and we’re so comfy! Great time, location and price!

Beautiful home situated between the beach, restaurants, and shops. Although only footsteps from convenience the rental’s grounds are serene. The home has a well equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area, the indoor and outdoor gathering spaces are comfortable and have plenty of seating. Bathrooms are updated and spacious on all three floors. Bedrooms are also spacious, comfortable, and have relaxing views of palms, the courtyard, and skies. The decor throughout is beautiful with a fun twist. We very much enjoyed our time and highly recommend this vacation space to others.

Our family that includes 3 kids under 10 had a great time. Spacious and the location was great. Minutes from the beach, pool, biking, shopping, horses, and restaurants. One of the best vacations!

Family of 6 plus mother in law- plenty of room for everyone! Property maintained wonderfully. Walkable to beach and Coligny Plaza. Rental included 5 bikes for the week at virtually no charge! Kitchen well stocked (we love to cook). Beds were very comfortable and complex was very quiet. Pool was relatively warm and so much fun for my kids! Previous renters left us boogie boards to use which was so considerate! The only constructive thing I would ask is to add additional lighting on the upper floor stairs, including landing as it is hard to see in the dark. Otherwise, perfect stay and we would definitely love to return. Thank you for sharing this beautiful townhome.

This is the third year renting this unit through Seashore Vacations. We come here for a month during the winter and love both the Coligny area and this unit. Anytime we have had issues or problems, Seashore Vacations has been prompt to rectify them.

Pros-Location, Pool area, Free Bike rental plus the villa was tastefully decorated.

Cons-Dirty throw rugs, visible dirt under furniture, Service area had garbage thrown everywhere, a leak came down from 2nd floor bathroom through dining area ceiling, 3rd floor bedroom is like a sauna and made sleeping miserable. Lack of cooking pans and pots.

After calling the company in regards to the leak, I was a bit disappointed with the response and that they didn't offer to bring a bucket or rags to clean it up because none existed in the villa. How about offer something for our inconvenience but nope nothing was done or offered. We used a Pot from the kitchen and watched it for over 3 days leak water.

Could be a really nice place with proper cleaning and obvious repairs and 3rd floor needs its own AC unit.

Thank you for your taking the time to post a review! We are very sorry that you were disappointed and had some issues with the property. September is towards the tail end of our busy season and many of the properties are in need of a thorough "Deep Clean" to address the the type of cleaning issues you mentioned (dirt under furniture, carpet stains, dusty baseboards, etc.). In October & November of 2023 the owner completely renovated both the 2nd and 3rd floor bathrooms, had the dining room ceiling repaired from the prior leak, painted the entire condo, performed a "Deep Clean" and purchased new patio furniture. New photos have been taken for the web site and the unit is in great shape. We hope you will consider returning to this wonderful property sometime in the not too distant future.

Was a nice place. Minimal extra sheets. Hard to reach places like behind and under beds, behind furniture and stuff was absolutely gross. Looked like a black lab has lived in there for weeks. Just not really clean. Shower had mold and smelled as such. I mean overall the place is nice. I would absolutely stay here again. Just feel it can definitely be cleaner. Reached out to the vacation rental company for a few things. They were super nice and helpful.

Thank you for your feedback. The owner of #83 has addressed these issues and more. In October & November of 2023 the 2nd and 3rd floor bathrooms were both completely remodeled. The 2nd floor bath had been a source of the smell due to a leak which the remodel took care of. Dining room ceiling has also been repaired. The unit was freshly painted throughout and then a thorough "Deep Clean" was performed. The owner also added new patio furniture and also purchased a new dryer. The unit looks fantastic and I hope you will consider returning in 2024.

It has a lower level entrance - so no concrete stairs. It's creatively decorated to provide the "getaway at the beach" feel. Lots of room for guests. Comfortable beds. Enough seating for our group. Spacious. Great amenities.

Surf Court 83 is in a fantastic location. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk(I timed it multiple times ��), and Coligny Plaza is also very walkable. The condo itself is very nicely decorated in all rooms in a beach theme. Beds were super comfy. This unit is three floors, with the main bedroom on the third floor. The stairs are rather steep leading to the 3rd, so the unit might be a challenge for people with physical limitations. The unit was very clean upon arrival, with the exception of the main bath floor rugs(which are white, so easy to identify if they are dirty). I washed then immediately, and they came clean, but unfortunately the dryer was not working(promptly rectified by the management company). The outdoor patio is one of the nicest in this development, but one piece of the outdoor sectional was rusted through and had to be removed(again by the prompt management company)for safety reasons. The unit came equipped with three very nice Tommy Bahama backpack style beach chairs which was truly convenient. One last note is that the main en suite had an overly long shower curtain suspended from
a second rod(placed higher than the built in rod, that still more than hit the floor of the shower, which was kind of sloppy. That bathroom shower should be updated.

The 2nd & 3rd floor bathrooms have been fully remodeled, the unit has been painted and deep cleaned, the dryer has been replaced, and the patio furniture has been replaced. The property was on a great location, across the street and walking distance from the beach. It was clean and nice on the inside and had everything we needed. We cooked every night and we weren’t missing anything. It also had a pool only a few steps away. The location of the property is next to Coligny square where good restaurants are. It’s also close to playgrounds for kids Highly recommend staying there. We loved it!

We had a wonderful experience at Surf Court! The condo was amazing! We loved how spacious the rooms were and the kitchen and living room were perfect size for our family! The pool was right outside of our patio and the beach was just across the street! The rental company is very helpful and does a great job! This condo is central to everything we wanted to do! Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping! We would definitely go back! Miss the beach already! :)

We have stayed at Surf Court before, so we knew what we were getting into as far as location. Unit 83 was awesome, plenty of room for 3 couples and 2 kids. The only thing I think it needs is an updated beach wagon (this one is rusted out) and approx. 4 new beach chairs, (only 4 were usable, others rusted out). The owners of 81 were in town and awesome to be around, the owners of 82 (not so much, but they are not there all the time!) I would recommend surf court 83 to anyone.

We visited as a family of 5 (3 teens and 2 adults) over the Christmas holidays. The rental was very clean, check-in was seamless, and communications with Seashore Vacations was fantastic. We were multiple families gathering for a reunion and all stayed in different units. The units are right across from a beautiful beach (beach supplies available in unit), near bike rentals, and convenient to grocery stores. There was plenty of room for gathering the families together in this unit with lots of plates, silverware, cooking, and serving supplies. There are grills and outdoor seating as well. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable in all rooms. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Hilton Head. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Stayed at this Condo for a week. It’s a really nice condo, you have all the supplies that you need. Really beautiful and quiet location. The walk at the beach was 5 minutes. I would love to comeback again.

This Villa was more than accommodating for my sister-in-law and our combined five kids! The unit was decorated beautifully and was so spacious. There were things provided that we never expected which made us feel right at home! The grounds we’re beautiful and the pool was so inviting. We were convenient to the beach and a short walk to Coligny! Loved every minute of this vacation!

We stayed at this location with two very tall teenage boys. The beds were so comfortable and we had enough space for six of us to live very comfortably. The decor was also so cute - it is obvious someone spent a lot of time thinking about how to make the unit feel like a seaside location. I would stay here again for sure.
