We did email about a couple of things but this will not keep us away from renting again.. we love this villa and hopefully rent again next year.. .

Surf Court has been our "go to" for many years. Location is great, the pool and grounds are excellently kept clean. The units are very spacious, and walk to the beach is very convenient. Unit 74 was nice. Overall the decor could use an upgrade to feel a bit less tired. The third floor is HOT! Blinds would be a great addition, or even better new windows and AC unit. The kitchen was well stocked with all things needed to cook a meal.

Loved the Condo. We will use it again but it does have some issues. The 3rd floor needs its own air conditioner. We ran 3 fans and it was still warm. Downstairs was freezing and 3rd floor was almost hot. We luckily are not hot natured people and did ok.
The owners cabinets had been opened and could not be shut.
3rd floor bathroom drawers will almost fall out on the floor. Seems something might be broken and needs repair. The vacuum in condo need to be replaced. We cleaned it out but it made a big mess if you used it.

After reading your review, our team inspected the items you mentioned. The owner's cabinet has since been properly secured. We'll also be checking the vacuum after our current guest departs, as no other guests have reported an issue with it, but we'll replace it if needed. The bathroom vanity drawers on the upper floor are something we've been monitoring, and we agree they are reaching the point where replacement is the best long-term solution. Regarding the third floor temperature, this is unfortunately a characteristic of all of the two and three story Surf Court villas during the hottest summer months. We provide fans and recommend closing the first-floor vents to help direct more cool air upstairs, but the third floor can still be noticeably warmer than the lower levels. We appreciate you mentioning it, as it provides helpful feedback for the owner as they consider future improvements. We're happy to hear you enjoyed your stay overall and look forward to welcoming you back to Hilton Head!

Great place to stay, near the beach shopping and pickleball, stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. The second floor has one bathroom that the two bedrooms have to share. The 3rd floor has a master with a master bathroom. Comfortable place.

We had the most memorable week! Our rental was ideal! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The kitchen was very well equipped. The den was very comfortable and was the perfect setting for watching tv, playing games and family discussions. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were quite comfortable. The location of our unit was ideal! Very short walk to beach, pool and Coligny. This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and hopefully not our last! Seashore Vacations is a great company and very professional and accommodating.

The condo has plenty of seating in den which has been an issue in the past with 6 people. All beds were very comfy. First floor so literally steps from the pool. Nice grassy area for kids to run around. Not far from beach as the access is directly across from the complex. Condo was on a good and quiet location. The only issue was the top floor is the master and it was warmer than the rest of the unit. Not sure if there is a way to draw the cooler air up from the other floors since they had to be kept cooler to ensure enough air at the top. Also warning the stairs are really narrow and there are lots of them. Overall loved our unit and there were no problems at all.

Loved the two week stay with only one issue. None of the televisions were smart and we had no ability to watch Netflix or YouTube Premium. Relatives staying in Surf Court 32 did have a smart TV?

My family and I spent our Thanksgiving holiday here! Loved every aspect of it! The condo was very clean. We had everything we needed. Great location! Short walk to the beach. The host was very responsive! Would definitely stay here again.

7 of us stayed at this property during Thanksgiving week. Everything was just as advertised. The property management company could not have been easier to work with. Location is great. Close to the beach and shops. We had everything we needed for a great time. Highly recommend.

We had a great time. The place was clean. The drawers in the primary bathroom were broken, but there was still plenty of storage. The 3rd floor bedroom stairs cool with the shades drawn and fans on. Close to the beach, and coligny, quiet. Love the courtyard and pool. Wish there was a vacuum cleaner. Kitchen floor was dirty when we arrived.

It was everything my family needed after a year of the Coronavirus! The beds had wonderful mattresses and linens so we all had restful nights. The pool was right outside our patio door and the property management company was friendly and very professional. We actually got into the villa a little early because it was ready ahead of the scheduled time. Restaurants on the island were plentiful but the kitchen was well stocked so we did prepare several dinners at the villa. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your lovely home!

Walking distance to Coligny Plaza shopping, Great area to ride bikes, Enclosed gated pool area and beautifully maintained courtyard. Unit was totally updated, clean and had everything we needed. We’ve be staying at Surf Court for almost 40 years now and never been disappointed. The property management is awesome.

Spacious townhome. Well stocked and furnished. Nice to have the 3rd floor as it separated the bedrooms. Short 5 minute walk to beach - you can't even park closer. Easy walk to Coligny shopping area

My mom and I took 4 teenagers here for winter break. We had a great time! Shirt walk to beach, well equipped kitchen, close walk to coffee shop, Coligny, beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay at this unit again. Note the pictures have two bedrooms with twins and only one of them is a twin the other is a queen.

We had a very nice stay at Surf Court Unit 74. We have stayed in several units in the Surf Court complex. The complex is conveniently located. Unit 74 is very clean and fully stocked. We highly recommend this unit. The people at Seashore Vacations are always a pleasure to deal with.

We had a great experience at Surf Court 74. The home was comfortable and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids to stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the full size washer and dryer in the unit were perfect. We loved having the pool right outside the back patio and the walk to the beach was super easy and a lot shorter than we expected.

One thing to note is that there are no bathtubs in the unit - just two showers. It was no big deal but if we had known we would have planned ahead and packed a little tub for the baby!

It was hard to get the top level comfortable without freezing out the bottom level since there is only one A/C unit for all three levels - so pack a sweatshirt for hanging out in the living room.

All in all we would definitely stay here again.

This unit recently sold and the new owners have supplied the condo with a small tub that can be used for bathing infants along with some other decorative items. The tub is stored in one of the closets inside the condo. FYI.

Rental unit was spotless and newly updated throughout. Plenty of room for all 7 of us to sit and have a meal or watch tv. Large spacious rooms with great ceiling fans. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space. Pool is right off the back patio and beach across the street with easy access. Garbage and recycling are right out the kitchen door in an enclosed private space. Loved being able to walk to Coligny Plaza and all it has to offer!

I hope this review makes it back to the owners of the villa. We vacationed in HH every summer in the late 70’s through the early 90’s. My cousins, siblings, and I were just kids. It was my family and my mom’s sister’s family. These are some of the best memories of my life. Body surfing in the ocean, digging with our feet for sand dollars, building sandcastles, riding my bike on the path to the general store for candy, flipping off the diving board, playing capture the flag in the courtyard . . . Just to name a few. 28 years later, we all came back again, but this time we brought our own kids and my mom’s other sister and her family. We rented 10 villas for all 42 of us. It was heartwarming, watching all of our kids experience what we experienced so long ago. Thank you for a once in a lifetime vacation and sharing your gorgeous home with us. Our unit was absolutely beautiful, perfectly located right by the pool. It was bright and spacious, so comfortable and cozy. Thank you to both Seashore Vacatioms and the owners for giving us a week of magic.

The property was exactly as described and well equipped for our stay. We ate most meals in the condo and had everything we needed for preparing them. The beds were comfortable and the rooms all had plenty of storage. If you've never stayed in a 3 story unit before, be prepared for how warm the top level gets. There is a ceiling fan that helped regulate the temperature a little bit but it still stayed pretty warm up there even while the lowest level was quite chilly. It certainly wouldn't be a deal-breaker and we would definitely stay here again. It's just something to be aware of. Overall, this was a great unit and we thoroughly enjoyed it for the week!

Beautiful Condo! It was decorated very nicely and had updated bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen could have had a few extra items as we are a cooking family, but overall the condo was wonderful!

Last minute getaway weekend turned into a wonderful time with close family. This unit was immaculate and well appointed. The location is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. This is a quiet complex with a nice pool. Would recommend renting this unit for families and couples.

We loved this beach home! 2 adults and 4 small kids and we had plenty of room. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 stars is because the kitchen was lacking a few things we normally find in vacation rentals (salt & pepper, cooking spray oil, more than one roll of paper towel, etc...). But this is no reason to not rent this place. It's a beautiful home in a perfect location. Walking or biking to Coligny plaza every day was great!

We rented this condo for a 4 night stay with our adult children (4 of us). It was perfect for us and would have easily slept many more people. The condo was completely updated with all new fixtures. The beach was about a 5 - 10 minute walk. The complex pool was a nice substitute. FYI, I had read some previous reviews that indicated there were beach supplies but this was not the case. The location was great, near so many restaurants and stores.

This townhouse was in a great location, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Easy drive to many golf courses in the area. It was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It was missing a blow dryer, but this was provided promptly.

This was our first time to HHI and what a treat it was. From the time we arrived on the island to our destination we could tell we were going to have a great family vacation.
The staff at Seashore Vacations was so helpful in choosing the right condo for our needs and provided great follow-up with e-mails to provide easy check in and keeping us updated.
The condo had been recently renovated and the owners did a fabulous job with the décor and provided a clean, relaxing and up to date condo. My husband usually does not give a rating of 5 but he gave this condo a 6. Location was great. One block from beach, two blocks from Coligny. Also, the owners provided a handy notebook with their favorite restaurants listed and we ate at several of those restaurants. Well done!
HHI is beautiful everywhere you look.

We stayed at Surf Court 74 in July 2015. The property was recently renovated and in great condition. The location (just across the street from the beach and near Coligny Plaza) was ideal for our vacation. The rental company (Seashore Vacations Inc) was very professional and easy to deal with.
