Surf Court 7

We enjoyed our stay at surf court for our family vacation. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Short walk to the beach and nearby shops. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Surf Court 7 was very clean. We had a comfortable stay in this unit. The unit could use a couple of new skillets, especially a large one.

No reflection on this unit, but Surf Court needs to improve the odor in each of the units. Having stayed at various different units, the odor is always present. Once home we needed to air out our luggage, and rewash all of our clothes to remove the lingering odor.

Beautiful condo, very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Master bed comfortable( a must for me) pillows could definitely be updated( few more softer ones would be nice) . Only concern, if you are older, or have young children, this condo could be problem. Very steep stairs to get in condo, then very steep stairs to get to upper bedrooms. Definitely would not want to do it with young children. Perfect for just husband and myself who are in good shape. Perfect location for walking and biking to everything!

Surf Court 7 was very comfortable. The unit and its contents were extremely clean! We had everything we needed for a enjoyable week. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Nice rental! It is on the second floor with steep steps to get in the front door, and a spiral staircase to get in the back door. It would be helpful to have more lighting out front. Space was well equipped, clean. Beds were comfortable. Hot water ran out very quickly. There were 3 of us in the condo and there was no hot water after one shower. Close walk to beach and coligny.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Clean, quiet complex. Bed in master was hard. Full beds seemed fine. Steps going into the unit were steep. I would stay again.

I enjoyed staying at 7 surf court. It was clean, updated, and right across the street from the beach. I did have to go out and buy a sharp knife because there weren’t any but that was no big deal. I’d definitely book here again.

It was a different experience for sure staying during uncertain times with the Covid-19 on the rise. We spent most of the week inside and practiced social distancing. The accommodations were nice and comfortable.

The unit was good. Biggest issue was a lingering odor - our guess is that smokers have stayed in this unit or the owners are smokers. We used lots of fabreeze, but couldn't get the odor to go away.

The condo is just across the road from the beach, thus cheaper than on the other side of the road, a very short walk. Rental company office is maybe 1/2 mile away, we picked up key after hours. Condo is spacious, an older building but updated a few years ago. Lpcation was nice and quiet.Kitchen is well stocked. The only negative was the bathroom mat in the second bedroom was mouldy. We would book this property again

I loved the location. The dog barking next door is what I can't stand at all hours of the night. I could not understand this. When the rental company stated. No animals.

I loved the location of the rental. It was walking distance to Coligny Plaza and a short walk to the beach.

We stayed here for a family vacation, there was a slight problem with the a/c however the staff was very courteous and attentive to our needs and the problem was fixed in a very timely manner. The rest or stay and vacation there was fabulous. We will definatly be renting though this company again!!

Everything was wonderful for the exception of sheets and linens of which some had hair clippings on them. We washed them...then all was great! Although the cleanliness of the condo was about average, I would recommend this unit to rent as the linen problem was probably an isolated issue. The location was great!!!! The pool was very nice, clean, and enjoyable.

We have used Surf Court a couple of times each year for several years. We like the location and the properties are always clean. Seashore Vacations people are very efficient and cordial. I have recommended them several times.
