Surf Court 67

It had a great location, was clean, however, the air conditioning made the unit was uneven in cooling. The downstairs had to be kept super cool to have some cooling upstairs.

We just stayed at this villa for the third year in a row. What keeps us coming back is the location: it's just a short 5 minute walk across the street to the beach and also to Coligny Plaza for easy shopping, dining and entertainment. We were a bit disappointed this year due to visibly dirty comforters, trash cans and food spills on the walls in the kitchen, however. It's also clear that the carpets and sofas have not been cleaned well in recent years. The tile floors were also quite dirty upon arrival. This property could truly be amazing with a little more care and attention to cleaning standards. Hope to stay again soon!

Lovely place! Great location for the beach and Coligny Plaza. Needs instructions for TV and sliding door needs repair - took two of us to open and close. We had a great stay!!

The condo at Surf Court was well maintained and the location was ideal to go back and forth to the beach. Would recommend this property and would stay again!
It' close to Coligny Park as well as stores and restaurants in the Coligny Plaza!

Very clean and comfortable! Nice walking distance to the beach. And also very close to Coligny and Piggly Wiggly. It was a very nice shopping/dining area. One issue was the patio door was very very hard to open to sit on the balcony or go down to the pool.

Have rented from Seashore for many years. We're not able to vacation a few years due to covid. Had a great time as always. Had an issue with A/C and it was taken care of while we were at the beach. They were very responsive and great to work with. Seashore are great people to work with.

The place was very nice! There are only a couple things I could recommend. The king bed was very high for a short person. A step stool would have been helpful. The washer was very deep and I had a hard time getting the clothes out of the bottom. Again, I could have used a step stool. LOL It would be nice to have a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. These are just minor. I plan on renting this place again!!!!

Great location. This is the second time we stayed in Surf Court 67. I have a few issues this year with the Condo it was pretty dirty: example master bath had stains all over the walls and bed sheets were not clean either, Lot’s of sand on the floor. Kitchen had one dish towel and one paper towel not a big deal I bought 6 dish towels for the unit. It seems like everything needs to be tightened, door handles upstairs, shower glass door handle and shower handle, toilet paper dispenser downstairs bathroom is falling off. Great place just needs someone to do a walk through and fix all these little things and do a deep cleaning of the unit. Thanks

Condo located at mid to end of building, not to far from public beach access which is across the street. Only pool access we could find is through your room. We didn’t have a foot shower or garden hose to wash off sand before entering pool or your condo. If you make friends with a neighbor they may let you use theirs. Condo had a recent basic remodel, however the master shower is lacking any shelves or hooks to hang or hold stuff. Also there wasn’t any hooks to hang up towels or swimsuits. The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked great. The area was quiet and convenient to the beach and Coligny. With a few minor changes we would rent this condo again.

Very nice location. Lots of updates with the kitchen very nice. The only issues I had were back sliding door needs work very noisy and all upstairs doors need work including shower valve and shower door needs tightened. Sorry one more thing master bedroom the base is too wide on the king size bed, I hit my knee several times on the corner and the bed is too high. The bed is very comfortable though. Thanks

This beautiful Family Friendly Villa has easy access to the beach and an easy walk to shopping, and the new children's play park. Can't beat the location. We would book this villa again.

This is our second time using Seashore Vacations and staying at the Surf Court Condos. We absolutely loved Surf Court 67. The entire condo was very clean, had comfortable furniture, a great kitchen and bathrooms as well as all the accessories we needed for a fantastic weeks stay. The beach is only a two minute walk across the street and Surf Court 67 is located close to Coligny plaza which offers tons of restaurants and shopping options. Great condo and great location, will definitely stay here again! ��

Good location and price. Wasn’t as clean as I prefer. Under the pull out couch, lots of trash, needed to be vacuumed. Under a dresser upstairs was more trash. There was a lot of dust/dirt on the ceiling in the kitchen and the cabinets by the microwave. And something stuck to the wall by the dishwasher which looked like a giant booger, not kidding. I expected it to be cleaner than that especially for the charge of cleaning fee to rent it. Other than the lack of cleanliness, nice place.

We will reach out to our cleaners and make sure they are paying close attention to this unit and remind our inspector to check underneath all of the furniture for trash and pay close attention to the cleanliness of the unit. Condo was great- many updates throughout. Layout was perfect- with open floor plan. Beds were SO comfortable. Quick walk to beach or Coligny for shopping and restaurants. Only negative is kitchen is missing some necessary items (very limited utensils, no can opener, spatula etc). Would also be nice to have TVs with Netflix etc.

We live the location. The condo was clean and up to date.
Our only issue was a small that would come and go throughout the stay. It wasn’t the worst but no idea where it can from. We noticed it in both bathrooms.

We had an incredible vacation! This property is very nicely remodeled and updated! It’s right across the street from the beach, just a couple minute walk! Very clean condo and an easy bike ride to local shops, Coligny Park, grocery stores, and more! We will be back for sure :)!!

This rental was a dream. Modern kitchen, bathrooms, furniture and flooring were beautiful. The location is close to everything you need. Bike rides to Coligny, short walk to the beach and a lovely courtyard and pool area.
