Surf Court 66

convenient location
The property we rented was very convenient to shopping, dining, and the beach. It was quite adequately furnished and overall was clean but not updated. DUSTY

Clean and comfortable
It was fine for the 4 of us. The only thing I would update is the decor and bedroom set in the master bedroom. It just seems to be dated but it didn't affect our stay. Unit was just like the pictures - no surprises there. GREAT view from the small balcony. Everything worked. GREAT location!! Living room furniture could use some updating. Beds were comfortable. NOT Clean
Very musty smell when we walked in. Had to air out, and turned AC on 75 and it stayed on 78 all day. That night it started working properly and worked fine for the rest of the stay.
First look it looked clean and ready to use. We couldn’t use the ceiling fans because they were so dirty and when you touched the top of furniture, like the night stands in the bedrooms, they were filthy.
The bathroom tiles had mold/mildew stains in the grout.
The downstairs was nicely updated, floors were great and had nice appliances.
Pool area closes at 8pm so there was no place to sit outside in the evening, balcony too small.

Great location, near beach and shops and very comfy and quiet. Pool is not heated so beware if going when the weather is not at the warmest. Would suggest that some basic kitchen items be provided such as salt/pepper and maybe coffee filters for the coffeepot. Great Family Gathering
We had a great time and the condo was perfect. We met our sister and brother-in-law from Atlanta and spent three nights and had a great time together. Since we were there in February the condo area was very quiet so this was nice. Even though it rained one day it did not stop of from having fun. We went to Bluffton, SC and toured Palmetto Bluff. Our only complaint was that because the owners had their bikes in the storage space we did not have any room to put our bikes. We had to leave them in the back of our truck and this was a little hassle. The condo coffee pot uses cone shape filters so if you rent this condo remember to bring this type. Family Wedding
We were down for a family wedding and Surf Court came highly recommended. Our condo was clean but defiantly dated in its décor and facilities, such as toilet, shower, etc. Also this condo smelled like stale smoke, which at one point gave one of us a horrible headache and we were told it was a smoke free facility and there were signs everywhere. We had trouble with the lock and the dryer but the management company fixed this quickly. The other complaint was the people smoking at the pool it really ruins the whole experience we had small children and had to leave the pool because of a man smoking cigars and the smell was unbearable. Possibly the pool area could be smoke free, there are so many other rules at the pool. Surf COurt #66
in general good, however, we originally rented another unit in February and after the check was cashed, were moved from a ground floor - poolside unit to and upstairs with a balcony (barely big enough to sit on) due to the owners coming on our week. When we inquired with the people that were in the original unit, they informed us that they were not the owners and had gotten a "last minute" reservation because of cancellation. Our thought is that we should have been placed in the original rental - and the "last minute reservation" should have been placed in the unit we were assigned to. Great Family Vacation!
Our family was very pleased with our condo. Condo was very clean and well maintained. Location was great and the kids loved the pool area. Nice walk to the beach. Only problem we had was dishwasher broke but that was not a huge issue. Awesome Vacations
We have been renting properties from Seashore Vacations since 1999 and have never encountered problems. Seashore maintains properties near the ocean and inside some gated communities. We have found management to be knowledgeable, cooperative, and helpful in every regard. Whatever minor issues developed were quickly resolved. I highly recommend renting vacation properties on Hilton Head through Seashore. The restaurants are great and the shooping is plentiful for those who do not enjoy the beaches. Surf Court 66

A nice plave to stay
We had a wonderful time. We have been staying at Surf Court for many many years This was our first time at 66. A few minor things such as sliding glass door and dishes/utensils could have been cleaner, but temperature, furniture and other amenities were great. A week of bliss
This was our first vacation for my daughter. She didn't know what to expect. Our week was amazing from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Surf Court 66
The only thing we had a problem with was the a/c - there is definitely a circulation/ventilation problem with this unit - the parking lot bedroom was freezing & the courtyard bedroom never cooled down. The bathrooms need to have vents that can be closed down. We did have a couple issues that the staff took care of immediately (ex: TV issue & broken toaster) - that was very nice! Our Condo was in great shape!
The other Condo that I rented was Surf Court #60. This is the condo that was not in great shape. The Condo was run down and very clean. The condo is very out dated and has a run down kitchen. The refrigerator is broken and leaked all over the food on the second shelf. The washer and dryer were also in poor condition. I would not rent this condo in the future.
