Surf Court 60

Great location and loved the property overall. Pool was nice. The place has been renovated nice kitchen and appliances. It has wear and tear and needs some tlc plus some things added to make it a better stay. Could be a bit cleaner and the grill was very dirty. Would stay again if some of this was addressed.
These things could be fixed at the condo to make it much more enjoyable:
A baking pan/tray (we had to use a loaf pan to cook bacon and had nothing g to make over fries or a pizza)
A larger skillet (only has very small one)
Lighter and barbecue tools for the grill and something to clean it (since it was filthy when we tried to use it)
Toilet paper holders.
Towel racks in bathroom for hand towels
A deeper clean, rugs were dirty and vents. Noticed some mold above bathroom door.
Re-attach ceiling lighting fixtures in bathroom so they are not falling. Down. Also electrical sockets in bedroom was missing a cover.

We liked the place but these small things would make it much better.

Surf Court 60 has a lot of beds and is clean. Unfortunately it has little to no amenities in the kitchen, no baking sheet, not enough of anything. The shower on 3rd level is broken in that only the hand shower works and is very difficult to keep from spraying on the floor.

Worst of all the bike rental company VayKlLife is horrendous. They could not fill our order until the middle of the week and when they did it wasn’t correct. Then the bike seats kept slipping/breaking. I would rather have a discount of $250 from the rental company and rent bikes from elsewhere, but unfortunately these two companies are married.

We vacationed here for a week. Very spacious and perfectly location within walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, but needs better upkeep.
The location of this property is excellent and super convenient. However, the unit itself definitely needs a deeper clean and a some basic maintenance.

The condo worked out great for our family. It has been updated and was very clean. We had two other condos in the same complex, which worked out great because the grand-kids could run in the courtyard and go to the other condos without going off property.

This condo was a great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable with nice updates. The location is perfect, with a walkway to the beach just across the street. It's also an easy walk to Coligny for the shopping and eateries. We had an issue with the wifi and Seashore actually came on Sunday to take care of, what turned out to be a connection most likely knocked loose during cleaning. We didn't expect anyone to help until Monday so that was fantastic customer service! Great stay and we would do it again!

Surfcourt Villas have been our go-to spot in Hilton Head for several years now. We love the convenience to shops and restaurants in Coligny and the direct beach access right across the street. The unit was newly remodeled and was very comfortable. Beds were very cozy - Loved the double bunk room for our larger family. We will definitely look for this unit in the future.

Beautiful condo, great location to Coligny Plaza, Piggly Wiggly, great pool and beach across the street. Wish there were some hand towel racks in all the bathrooms and some hooks or a table at the entry to hang things, not a super big deal but would be nice, also some pizza or baking sheets would be great. Just a couple cons but that are important, it really wasn't cleaned well at all, disappointing. Surf Court 58 is next to this condo with cameras so your every move is watched. There was a complaint we parked bikes in the wrong spot but we didn't mean to. Other than that, we would come back to Surf Court just a different unit. Seashore Vacations and bike rental company were awesome!

Once again, we LOVED every minute of our time on HILTON HEAD. Every time we visit, it gets harder to leave. We had the most perfect trip, from the agency, location, weather, to the unit we stayed in. Exactly what we hoped for. Thanks for helping my family create memories that will last a lifetime �� we will be back!

We’ve been coming to HHI for years and love it. Forest Beach is our favorite area, so my wife and I wanted a condo close to the beach, near Coligny Circle and reasonably priced. Surf Court 60 checked all the boxes. Quiet area, easy access, nicely furnished and maintained. Thank you a a very easy check in and out process, and a wonderful week. We will be back!

Enjoyed the updated condo. Everything was winderful, except did not have large bowl. I needed it to mix a birthday cake. The smaller ones there just didn't work. Loved everything else.

We loved the condo and the location. Everything was very clean. We had most everything we needed in the kitchen. Such a great location across the street from the beach entrance. We rode bikes everywhere and had such a fun time! Management company was very responsive with any issues that we had!

The condo was very nice and updated throughout. The water pressure was one of the best from any place I have ever rented. The only downsides were that the 3rd floor stayed pretty warm despite the rest of the condo being at a comfortable temperature, the size of the hot water heater was smaller, and the beds were very firm.

Very comfortable, clean townhouse filled with everything you could need. Close to the beach and shopping/dining. Management quickly responded to our needs. I would definitely recommend this property and would come back!

The property was as described. Beach access was across the street and it was in walking distance of Coligny Plaza and Beach. The toaster wasnt working and was replaced as soon as we called the office.

This property is dated as the pictures show but it was also filthy. We have stayed in different units through Seashore Vacations and this was terrible. I do not understand people rating the cleanliness a 4/5. Seashore stepped up and helped with this problem going above and beyond, thank you management team!!

We have stayed a several units at Surf Court. The complex is in a great location and the people at Seashore Vacations are always great to deal with. Unit 60 is not one of the best units in Surf Court. Compared to other units in the complex, it is somewhat dated and could use some renovations. However, we had stayed in the unit before, knew what to expect, and it was available when we wanted to book at the last minute. Therefore, no real complaints.

My family and I had a great time. The place was perfect for us especially for my 2 year old granddaughter. The beach and shops were within walking distance. This is a great place especially if you have kids.

Key pick up and drop off were very easy.
Having a deck area to store two rented bikes was very helpful. Two of the bathrooms had been remodeled and were very nice. The half bath could use the same upgrade. This unit has 4 twin beds and the king might as well be 2 twin beds as it has a gap between sides. It's great if you don't want to sleep next to your spouse. Keep in mind that the 3rd floor is VERY warm through the night. It would be fine if it wasn't summer. The lower level is very dated but clean. Access to a private pool, ocean across the street, bike rental within a block either direction, lots of shaded bike paths and Coligny Plaza within a few blocks makes the location ideal.

Unit is very old and tired. Needs a lot of TLC and updates top to bottom. No TV’s in guest rooms was a big issue and the AC couldn’t cool 2nd or 3rd floor, but the 1st floor was freezing cold. Washer leaked all over kitchen one day but maintenance came and fixed quickly.
Great location and easy access to everything. Perfect place to stay.

This property is nicely located a short walk to the beach. It has a nice pool area. There are no grills to cook out which was a disappointment. The carpet and or stairs were slippery on the third floor. We had a few slips on them. The beds were comfortable but furniture was alittle well worn. Baths could use some work. Kitchen amenities were lacking and well worn. Overall the property just seemed alittle worn down. But it is a great location and overall pretty quiet.

Nice. Condo needs some updates, but was comfortable. One single bed squeak s so much my child could not go to sleep. That should be fixed if we are paying for 6 beds, not including the sofa.
