Surf Court 54

This unit far exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortably furnished. The insulation of the building seems to be excellent as it was super quiet inside as soon as the door closed despite there being frogs chirping and children playing outside at all times. Also the air conditioning was so nice. Beds were comfortable. Conveniently located directly across the street from beach access, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Having 2 full en suite bathrooms was a bonus.

We enjoyed an extended family vacation with members from CA to PA! We all rented condos close to one another and the beach so we could enjoy a week together. Our condo was beautifully appointed within a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. A nearby walking/biking trail afforded us all a place to run, ride, and walk for exercise without feeling lost or at risk. Loved the trail! The condo
Pool offered additional opportunity for community and relaxation within sight of our condo veranda.

We rent this condo every year! It’s the perfect size for our family, always clean and a short walk to the beach! It’s so nice having a pool right outside the door!

This is our 3rd year staying here. It is lovely inside and very close to beach. We love the pool view from the balcony. The condo has been updated and it feels so homey and beach. Easy walk to Coligny as well.

As previous owners of a unit at Surf Court, we always check availability at these units first. #54 was nicely done and updated. The walk over to the beach is quick and you are far enough from the public beach to avoid most of the day trippers. Walking to meals and Coligny are a bonus.

We rented this property through Seashore Vacations - our 2nd time renting through this company, in this complex (but different apt). They are easy to work and communicate with. The complex is across the street from the beach access and a short walk to Coligny plaza which is why we like to stay here. The unit was clean and updated, there were a few minor cosmetic things requiring repair but nothing inconvenient. My only complaint is the bed in the courtyard view bedroom was hard as a rock - so much that we bought a foam mattress topper - I would suggest they offer one in the unit for visitor preference. Unit has designated parking spot which is well lit. We also like receiving a credit for VayK Gear to rent bikes and beach gear. We love Hilton Head and recommend this unit and location.

The condo is nice with the basic amenities. The whole complex needs outdoor showers to get the sand off when returning from the beach. The outside entry and stairs should be cleaned.

This is the best condo. 3rd year staying here with daughter and 3 grandkids. 5 min walk to beach or Coligny. Beautifully decorated. You won’t be disappointed!!!

We had a great visit in Hilton Head and enjoyed our stay at Surf Court 54. The location was great and was within walking distance of most of the shops and restaurants that we wanted to visit. The weather was also great, and we enjoyed our time at the beach. The team at Seashore Vacations was also great and very helpful. My only recommendation for Surf Court 54 would be to focus more on the housekeeping. We pulled some dirty dishes out of the cabinet and there appears to be some light bulbs burnt out in the kitchen. They might want to take a look at the entrance appeal. Maybe hose down the steps every couple of weeks and clean up the trash receptacle area. We will be back!

My family has been going down to Hilton Head every year for what I remember to be the last decade or longer and we have stayed near Coligny beach with SeaShore every time. They do a great job overall with communication and setting forth expectations of your trip. This unit was awesome with easy to clean tile floors as well as newer vinyl plank throughout the upstairs. My only gripe was that the unit that we rented advertised two queen beds that felt more like full-size beds. The only other minor issue that we had was that one of our showers drain seemed to be clogged or was not draining properly and made taking showers a bit more challenging without the water potentially overflowing. Nonetheless, we will be coming back in the future for sure!!

Surf Court 54 couldn’t have been any better for our family of 3 (plus 2 visitiors for 2 days). It was clean, close to everything, few minute walk to the beach and in sight of the pool! The beds were very comfortable and those showers were AMAZING!

Very nice place definitely been updated The pool was really nice and The walk-in shower upstairs was incredible Water pressure was great and had a big showerhead. The only thing I would say the place needed, it only had two dish towels not very many things in the kitchen. I ended up purchasing quite a few things and left them there.��

This unit was mostly as pictured. We did encounter some issues however. The hvac unit was not working properly when we arrived. It wasn’t particularly necessary at first but still an issue. We called the property management and they came out promptly and an hvac person was also by quickly. However whatever was wrong with the system was not an easy fix. But the property management was great and had other unit available to move in to. So it was a little bit of a hassle but it worked out because we liked the other place better. But overall this is a nice unit. I’m sure when the hvac is fixed/working there would be no issues staying here.

This condo was clean, spacious, and convenient. The pool is in your backyard, and the beach is about a block and a half away. We enjoyed having two floors so the kids had more space.

Condo met our expectations. Fairly clean, equipped with what we needed and decent location. Only negative experience was the other vacationers within the complex; there was a large family group of 20+ people who took over the common area/pool. They took over most pool chairs by placing towels out prior to the pool hours, however not spent an hour or two at the pool. Would’ve been nice if the management office stopped this so other vacationers could enjoy the pool also.

This rental is just awesome! Inside is all Nee and beautifully appointed. Location is absolutely perfect. 5 min walk to beach or Coligny shopping.

The rental property was nicely decorated. The floors were swept but could use a good cleaning. The bed could use updating as well as the sheets and pillows. Otherwise no complaints. We enjoyed our stay.

A very well equipped, clean and updated unit. Comfortable beds, good linens and plenty of towels. Our third stay with Seashore Vacations and have always found them very helpful and responsive. We enjoy this location as it allows easy access to the beach and is within a short walk of Coligny Plaza and restaurants (particularly enjoyed Kenny B's). A great stay overall and would definitely recommend.

We easily found the office and picked up our envelope with information. The staff was very helpful answering questions especially since it was our first visit to the Island. Our condo was very nicely appointed, clean, spacious and easy access to the pool. The location was excellent with a short walk across the road to the beach. Would and have recommended Seashore Vacations to friends.
