Surf Court is an ocean-oriented complex, 1 block to the beach. Surf Court 53 is a 2 story townhouse, one flight above street level. The famous Van Der Meer tennis center is located 1.5 blocks from Surf Court. The beautiful landscaped courtyard feature a large swimming pool. Surf Court 53 is perfect for 2 couples or a family. There is a King in the Master bedroom and a Queen in the guest bedroom each with their own private bath. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. The unit is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a nice meal. The condo has a spacious floor plan with a 1/2 bath downstairs. The living room is comfortable with a large flat screen TV, and wireless internet. The balcony from the living room leads to the pool and the view is beautiful looking at the courtyard, the warm sunshine is great to have your morning coffee.

The rental was great. Due to some health issues, we had to re-schedule our vacation and the resort was fantastic to work with. The condo was clean and a great location. Would return!

Wonderful Stay - Highly Recommended

Great location, close to just about anything we wanted. Our 3rd stay in the area and this place didn’t disappoint at all!!! Ezcellent communication prior to arrival, unit was extremely clean and well appointed. check in/out process easy and flexible. Thabk you for a wonderful stay and for sharing your place with us!!! We met several neighbors/owners at the pool day one and they were VERY gracious/friendly and shared their favorite restaurants and highlights with us, and we tried them all. Off the beaten path but we love the “local” places!!!

Pretty nice place

some of the condo was refurbished but some was not. Lights burned out when we arrived. No directions for the cable tv.Had to buy WD-40 to get the sliding doors and screen door to work. Front screen door closer was pulled out of the door casing so I fixed that and added WD40 again

October 2021

We have stayed at Surf Court before in a different unit. We love the location. This year I was surprised to find the beach showers were fenced off for seaside villas use only. Seashore Vacations was quick to provide a hose and a broom to use so we wouldn't bring so much sand in. The condo was as pictured and was comfortable for our stay.

Great Condo Near Coligny Beach

This condo was perfect for our family! The rooms were spacious and the place was very clean. You also could not beat the location of this condo. It was less than a 5 min walk to the beach access and about 0.5 miles to Coligny Beach Park. Our family would definitely return to this vacation rental again.

Outstanding Experience

Condo was spacious, convenient to everything and very comfortable. Wish there was more lighting in the living room to be able to read at night and the outside front stair case was hard to navigate in the dark (no lighting on the stairs unless neighbor keeps their porch light on). We will be back!

Condo in the flowering trees

Our stay in Surf Court 53 was perfect. The condo was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. The view out to the courtyard was simply stunning as the flowering trees were at eye-level. We’ve been in many Surf Court condos over the years; unit 53 ranks high.

Vacation rental

Office staff did not know if rental was clean at 4:45 in the afternoon after a twelve hour drive. As it turns out it was cleaned Had I not pressed the issue,I could have been turned away. The rental itself was very nice.

Hi Debbie. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at Surf Court 83. We apologize for the issue you experienced during check in. We wait for our inspectors to call in and tell us the unit is ready and due to the volume of guests and turns we have this summer, sometimes the cleaners are not able to get into the unit until later. Even when the unit has been cleaned, our inspectors have around 15 to 20 units each to inspect, so they are also busy running around making sure the units are cleaned and ready for check in. This is why we state in our rental agreement that our guaranteed check in is between 4-6 PM. We apologize that your unit was a little on the later end of our check in and we hope you will stay with us again soon!

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and in a good location. Short walk to beach. Don’t recommend for those with young children ( under 2) due to steep steps going up to unit and inside unit.

Great place

Surf Ct 53 is a clean, close to beach place. We had a great time. It only needs storage for food because we had to cook more than expected and all our food was in the counters. It’s location to the beach is great too- even little kids can do it easily enough.

Great location and well equipped

Great location for this condo. Quiet. Well stocked. There are some maintenance items like windows that need to be addressed by condo board. The mattress in the master Is due to be replaced and the tv in the main area could be larger but overall a great stay.

Surf Court 53

The nautical decor of this condo was adorable! Fully furnished kitchen and staples to start out with so we didn't have to run right out to the store. Beautiful view of the pool. Only downside was that the condo was on the backside of the complex so it was a bit of a walk to the beach however we knew this before booking and were able to ride our bikes to beach. Seashack AND Low Country Backyard were our favorite restaurants. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Fantastic all around

The condo is fantastic and newly renovated. It's not on the ocean, but for the value we don't care. The staff at Seashore is great to work with and always helpful. Very family friendly area with lots to walk to. I hope we are back really soon!
