Beautiful Villa

We have been coming to H/H for almost 30 years and have stayed in many lovely villas, but this villa felt like home. It is wonderfully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds were great. Located close to the pool. Just a short walk from the beach. We had an awesome time and would love to stay here every year. A Big Thank You to the owners of this beautiful villa and to Seashore Vacations.

Surf Court 52

Condo was exactly what we were looking for. Very nicely decorated with all amenities. Great location to beach, shopping, dining, music and groceries. Easy walking distance to each of these.

Great Ground Floor Unit

My wife and I stayed in this unit for 8 days. Well equipped for longer term stays and a well maintained unit. Beds are comfortable with quality linens and towels provided. Easy walking distance to Coligny Beach and the plaza. We have booked with Seashore Vacations several times and have always been extremely pleased. As a result of dignicant traffic delays on our day of arrival, we arrived much later than originally anticipated. We received a text advising of us of the door code to the unit and the location of our parking passes. Check in made easy for sure. We did have a very minor problem with the main television. I sent a text indicating the problem was not urgent and being a Sunday, did not expect to hear further until Monday. Within an hour I received a text and Will was at our door with the issue quickly resolved. WOW! This despite me having responded to the text that the issue could wait until Monday. We had a similar response to a small issue we had a few years back in an entirely different unit.. These folks really do work hard to please.

good time

as usual Hilton Head never disappoints.

Upon going to ed in the guest room the bed had sand in it and frito chips under the sheet. We had to wash and clean before we could us the bed. It was reporeted the day after our arrival.

Condo was immaculate- newly renovated. Only down side was the cable in one of the bedrooms did not work. Granted - I did not call to have it fixed (I’m sure seashore vacations would have handled it) but I would have been nice if the TV worked.

Great Vacation

Excellent Stay

We were returning to Suft Court after being away for almost 30 years and it was just the same. Unit 52 is modern and well-maintained and even had a BBQ we could use. We are already planning our return.

Surf Court 52

Very comfortable unit. Particularly we liked the fact that the beds were excellent. Recommend putting walk in shower in Master. Old people like us prefer a shower over a bathtub which can create a fall.
After the hurricane the grounds crew came in and made the courtyard and pool pristine again.
also, all appliances and AC worked which is great resulting in no surprise problems.

Great Beach Vacation

Lovely newly remodeled villa. Very clean, comfortable and accommodating. Being on the ground floor made it easily accessible. Short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby.

adjustment

usually come down in July, had to do may this year. The weather was not ideal so we had to adjust. Lots of fun things to do when the sun doesn't shine. Overall pretty good. The group above us were very loud and up to all hours of the night. Again just adjust and enjoy

Nice condo, great location

We enjoyed our stay at Surf Court 52. The courtyard and pool area were very nice. It's a short 5 minute walk to the beach. There was ample space for two couples. All of the people we dealt with at the property management were kind and helpful.
A few items of note for cleaning/maintenance; the rugs in the bathrooms could do with a washing. While it's lovely to have water pressure in the shower, it came out so hard that it was actually a bit painful. On the day we checked in, we notified the office that the toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms was broken. It was not fixed during the week and we jabbed our arms and elbows on the ends sticking out from the vanity multiple times.
Other than these small issues, we had a wonderful week.

Surf Court #52

The home was generally as depicted in photos and description.
It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The facility was quiet and had amenities we wanted. Short walk to the beach , the pool was just a few steps from our door.
Negatives included the tp holder in the second master was broken and very difficult to avoid being jabbed in the side. Could use free standing tp holder to avoid bruising.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in Surf Court 52! The condo is beautifully decorated, well-appointed and close to everything - shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza, and steps from the beach. The check-in process was seamless, directions from the office to the condo precise, and check-out went just as well. Thank you! Very Nice, but needs amenities

Great Place, beds very comfortable, great water pressure in showers. Front shower drain was slow, needed cleared. Our only grip was lack of amenities. Book for 6 days one roll of paper towels, no basics like Salt and Pepper or paper filters for the coffee pot, they usually don't go bad. Needs a second blow drier for the second bathroom.
Seashore needs to update app, does not work, also Wi-Fi for location had wrong name.

Beautiful Condo

Our only problem was the renovation being done to a close property starting very early in the morning (7 AM). One call to the management company took care of the issue. They was still noisy but not until after 9 AM.

Great Place and Location

This unit was in very good shape, and with a walkway to the beach across the street, a great location. This was our second stay with Seashore Vacations and we've been pleased both times, and definitely plan on using them again next time.

Amazing stay!

Our condo rental was amazing! Super clean, very nicely decorated with a beach vibe, and the staff at seashore vacations was excellent! Very close to beach and shopping, beautiful pool and courtyard on sight. This condo had everything you need and more, will be renting this same condo for years to come!

Great condo to stay in.

It is laid out very well and is very comfortable. We stayed for 2 months. The location is also great. 2 minutes to the ocean and/ or Coligney circle. Many grocery and drug stores nearby.

Beautiful condo at a great location

Perfect Location!

Our condo was beautiful inside and out! It was updated and very clean. It was close to the pool and right across the street from the beach. Coligny Plaza was only a short walk with many restaurants and shops to choose from. We will definitely be back to Hilton Head Island and would definitely stay at Surf Court 52 again!

Surf Court never disappoints

We have stayed at Surf Court for a number of years. It is a great family friendly complex. Unit 52 is perfect for a week at the beach. The unit is very clean, updated and has a great beach vibe.

A great place for vacation
