Lovely Decorated Condo

Beautifully decorated condo. Plenty of amenities such as towels, soap, etc. Could use a few more baking pans but we made it work. Surf Court is such a great location to the beach and a bike or walk to Coligny. The pool is great. This unit is a bit smaller than units we have stayed at in Surf Court in the past. My only complaint is that it could use a deep clean. We had a few ants in the condo, but nothing too crazy. Otherwise, we had an amazing time and love Surf Court. We always come back to these condos and love them.

Smells musty

There was a terrible musty smell throughout the rental, the vacation RR twl company came out immediately to change the filter but it didn’t help much.
The location was good and the unit was clean.

HHI Two week Vacation

This is 5th or 6th year renting from Seashore in Surf Court and second year for #45. As always a great experience. This year we booked two weeks and was the best vacation. Seashore makes the process easy and as always a clean rental with lots of amenities. Short walking distance from beach and Coligny a big plus! We will be back again real soon and back next summer for another two weeks!

Surf Court 45.

We used this condo for our annual family visit to Hilton Head. It was a very good experience. Convenient location to beach, Coligny and other places we like to visit on the island.

Surf Court 45

Our family of 7 stayed at Court Side 45. The unit was awesome. It was updated, very spacious and decorated well. The 3rd floor bedroom had its own air conditioning unit that made it very comfortable to stay in. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Vacation

The sheets on the beds were for a queen size and the bed was a Full size bed. The bed and night stand was situated over the air conditioning vents so the rooms didn't get a cold as they could, the furniture needs to be rearranged so the air conditioner doesn't have to work so hard.The patio needs to be pressurer washed it was nasty the patio table was dirty and the pation door was cleaned. The ice maker was broken so we had to buy ice. Would be nice to hace a broom to sweep the floor because the sweeper they had wouldn't hold a charge.

Surf court 45

We had a wonderful vacation.
The place was clean and beautifully decorated.
Plenty of extras, like soft throws to use while sitting around reading or watching tv, we are very early risers.

July 2024 Family Vacation

The location is excellent and close to the beach and Coligny. Overall, the condo was not very clean. The blinds, fans, etc were all extremely dusty. There was hair in the silverware drawer and maybe 2 wine glasses. It must’ve been vacant for a while prior to our arrival, because it smelled musty. Also the couch is not comfortable and we had to put cushions underneath to be able to sit without sinking. Guests in unit 44 arrived on Friday and were chain smoking at the pool and on their patio, and also partied until at least midnight while we had kids and adults trying to sleep before our early morning departure.
