Surf Court 30

This was our 2nd time using Seashore Vacations & we stayed at Surf Court both times. This was our first time in Unit 30 and we were extremely happy with the accommodations. I would gladly book it again. It was very clean. The photos are accurate. We all slept great in both the master & guest beds. The AC froze me out, which was not a bad thing in this heat. It is a short walk across the street to beach access and the Vayk credit provided us with chairs, boogie boards & a cart which we made good use of. The pool is only a few steps away from townhouse. The kitchen is spacious and had enough utensils for what we needed. One thing I would have liked is to have more than 2 dishwasher pods or some liquid dish soap would have been great. It's an easy walk to Coligny Plaza, as well. A++

We loved these Surf Court unit. It’s very nice inside. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are great and roomy. Convenient to the beach access and Coligny. We will definitely try to stay here again.

We loved the location. The place was appointed appropriately but we did have issues with some items. pots/pans/utensils- typical cheap pans but were all scratched up and not safe to use. They were quick to replace when brought to their attention. The carpeting had a lot to be desired. It was quite stained and dirty. They offered to clean but that would have left it "wet" while we were staying. Should have taken care of before it was rented.

Clean had hard time with dishwasher smoke detectors would go when using oven the ac would freeze you out down stairs up stairs didn’t get much air flow in one bed room the back deck was very small could not lock sliding doors from out side pool had to many rule on time in pool

Easy online rental, I did have a few questions and called the office, very friendly staff and very helpful in helping me decide which unit would be best for my family. Unit was clean, and perfect location! will definitely be looking at staying again next year

We loved the proximity of the condo to the beach and shops. It was perfect for our family of 5. We would definitely stay here again. If had a to complain, I would say that the Wi-Fi needs some attention. We kept getting kicked off and had to restart the router a few times. The overall service on the island was lacking, but that was only a problem when trying to use Google or apple maps to get places. One other complaint is that the rubber inside the door of the washing machine is covered in black mold which made it stink. I hated washing our clothes in it, but it had to be done.

This is our 3 time renting in Surf Court. We are snow- birds so stay 3 months. Love being able to walk all over, go to beach, and basicslly "just being outside. We will be back again next year.

We LOVED the location of our place! I will say photos make it looks sooo bright and it is pretty lowlight inside the place. It's colder, not much on the walls. However, you can walk across the street to get to a paved walkway that takes you all the way to the beach and you can walk to Coligny square which has all these fun shops and restaurants! You can rent bikes nearby at next to nothing and ride all around which was super fun! One assigned parking spot, and we generally needed three, but wasn't a huge deal with the guest spots. Also had a baby along and didn't wake when she'd cry in the night. They also accommodated a late check out because it was right in the middle of the baby's nap so that was great. Final note about the place, It is painted one color and there isn't much on the walls so it does feel somewhat cold between that and the amount of natural light. I did feel very safe since the backyard was 2nd story and an enclosed courtyard. Super fun!

This was our first time at Hilton Head. Location is great—can walk to restaurants and shops and the beach is a 5 minute walk across the street. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and check in/out were easy. Minor stuff like a towel bar not being attached but would definitely stay here again.

Some notes: blankets were very thin/just coverlets. We had brought some throw blankets that we wound up using. TVs aren’t smart televisions so no apps. Very nice pool and private courtyard with the complex.

There are things with Sea Shore 30 that should be addressed. Smells Musty, Ceiling Fans are quite dirty. People with Alergies would struggle.

Our stay at Hilton Head was charming!
The condo was in a great location, walking distance from the beach and stores. The beach was the best for long walks.
The space and amenities were good.
The staff at the rental office were very helpful, we needed more items , blankets and small maintenance in the condo and they came right away .
Having said that, this condo needs a new mattress in the master bedroom and new carpets throughout.

We enjoyed our stay at Surf Court # 30. SeaShore Vacations has been great to rent from, this is our second stay in one of their properties. The location and price are perfect! This unit could use some updating. The carpet is stained in a number of places, the items in the kitchen could use some updates as well. The washing machine (front loader) could use cleaning around the seal. There was standing water and some mold on the seal when it was opened for our first use.

Hilton Head Rentals staff

This was my first time visiting Hilton Head. I loved everything about it. Our room was clean, cozy, had plenty of room, and the air conditioning worked great! The unit had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach was about a 5 to 7 minute walk straight across the street. Check in was easy and the building was close to dining and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Surf Court is across the street from the hotels that are beach front, with a convenient path to get onto the spectacular beach in 5 minutes! It is also located conveniently to Coligny Circle area to walk for coffee in the morning, a quick PIggly Wiggly run, or evening drinks and dinner. The unit is newly renovated with comfortable, beachy furnishings. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there!

We booked our stay last minute and were scheduled to stay in a different unit. I received an e-mail offering me this unit which was a bit closer to the Walkway to the Beach. The unit was clean, up to date, and overall excellent.

Surf Court 30 is BEAUTIFUL: It’s completely updated, clean, very spacious, 2 minute walk to the beach, and walking distance from all the action of Coligny.
The living room and bedrooms have Smart TV’s so if you have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc... you can watch all your shows! We usually stay closer to the beach at Seaside Villas (across the street) but I am glad we went with this unit instead: it’s worth the extra minute walk. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with our stay in this unit, and would consider staying here again. I gave the property rating a 4 only because we were not able to use the washing machine. The rubber gasket inside the machine was moldy. Otherwise, we were very pleased.

My family and I had a lovely time. The rental property was great and the management company friendly and accommodating. I would just note that this property is not for anyone with mobility/knee issues, but I should have asked about the stairs. Nevertheless, the proximity to the beach and Coligny was perfect, even with a bum knee.

Location super convenient-literally just cross the street and you are at the beach. Cross walk is at the corner of the property. Also, close to Coligny Plaza area-only a few blocks. Unit was clean with three tvs. Kitchen has everything you'd need. Only bad thing was mold in the washing machine so we didn't use. Pool is literally right outside your back door. Really nice unit!! Not cluttered but attractive and nice colors. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!

I believe that we were the first clients to rent this condo after it was updated. Very clean!! Linens, dishes, washer, dryer and much of the furniture seemed to be new. A bit stark but I will take clean over decorated any day. Close to the beach, short walk--we liked the location.

We recently had a great vacation at Surf Court 30 thanks to the good folks at Seashore Vacations. This unit really sparkles and it appears as if it has been updated with new furniture and amenities. The pool area was very nice and it was never crowded during our stay. But the best feature of this unit is it’s close proximity to the beach, just walk across the street and you’re at the ocean. This unit is also very convenient to Coligny Plaza and you can get to the Bi Lo shopping center via side streets and avoid the busy circle. Seashore Vacations was very easy to work with and the check in process was fast and easy, I would absolutely recommend Surf Court 30.
