Surf Court 22 is a two-story townhouse with ground level entry. King bed in the primary bedroom, 2 double beds in bedroom 2 plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Surf Court 22 is 1 block from the beach and also from Van der Meer Tennis Center. Vacationers will enjoy an easy stroll to and from the ocean. In addition, guests are able to park right in front of the entry door of the condo. Living room sliders open to a first floor patio and provide easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

Happy in Hilton head

We really enjoyed the unit, everything was decorated beautifully and the kitchen and everything we needed.
Great location, easy walk to beach. We would definitely rent surf court 22 again

Positive Experience with few suggestions to get 10/10

very positive overall
- great location; walking distance to stores, beach.RC church.
- BBQ works well
- nice privacy with bedrooms upstairs
- management team very professional and accessible
- ample towels
Here are several comments to bring experience up a notch
- provide a few cleaning supplies. this would allow longer term guests option to keep sinks, counter, oven top & glass table clean.
- provide placements, more than 2 tea towels
- provide a few starter supplies, minimally salt and pepper, coffee filters, sugar
- toilet in 2nd bedroom needs replacement, its very low and has noisy, slow flush.
- add a scrabble game to the supply of games/puzzles

Great little beach house

Easy nice walk to the beach on a nice path and to colingy plaza. Condo was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The patio, pool and grounds were very beautiful and nicely taken care of. We would definitely look at seashore vacations if we come back again.

Another Great Stay!

We loved #22, its our 3rd rental in Surf Ct and now my husbands favorite. Very thoughtfully appointed... its packed with games, puzzles, blankets, gear - you name it! We did some simple cooking and had all we needed in the kitchen. Surf Ct is a quiet area and we absolutely love it.

Seashore is a wonderful rental company, communication is 5 star PLUS and they're on the ball with anything you need. Thank you!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The appliances were a little dated with some rust on the front of the refrigerator. All and all, it was a fantastic experience.

Wonderful!

Everything was great! I loved the location to the beach! The Condo had wonderful, new and clean furniture. The condo had some extra supplies in case you forgot something and plenty of towel sets.
