Surf Court 16

We have used this condo on several occasions. We like the location most of all. It is convenient to the beach and also Coligny Shopping Center. It was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Surf Court 16. It was in a great location. It was very clean and the living room furniture had been updated and kitchen appliances were brand new. A recliner would have been nice to have in the living room. The bed in the master was very comfortable. We have stayed in Surf Court for summer vacation several times and look forward to our next visit. Seashore Vacations is great to work with and always helpful when finding the rental to best suit you and your family. This rental is in walking distance to Coligny Plaza with great restaurants and lots of great shopping! Would highly recommend this rental and we would stay again. Thank you again, Seashore Vacations, for all of your help!

A nice flat for a February stay

Comfortable beds , functional kitchen, nice owner neighbors upstairs, clean, and close to Coligny & ocean access. The refrigerator door shelf never was replaced but was ordered.

Hilton Head vaca #14 years

Unit 16 is in an excellent location, but, upgrades needs to be done. Outdated and heavily worn sofa and 1 chair. Only 1 chair for the patio. Floors needs to be updated/replaced. Shower heads in both bathrooms needs replacing. Carpets in both bedrooms needs to be replaced or floor needs to be tiled. Over all unit 16 needs to have some work done to upgrade it. Thank you.

Surf Court 16

This was our second time visiting Hilton Head and 1st time staying at Surf Court 16. We had used Seashore Vacations last year and stayed in a different unit at Surf Court. Both experiences were awesome from reservation, check in, to the actual unit. It was very clean, decorations were nice, large sectional was great for seating, kitchen was well stocked with cookware and the location was great for beach access. We would definitely stay at Surf Court 16 again.

It was a great week. Close proximity to everything that mattered to us. I love the landscaping and pool at Surf Ct. Very relaxing atmosphere. The patio was very small but accommodating for just the two of us. The patio furniture should be replaced.

Nice Quiet Time

Enjoyed the Unit, it was just across the street to private walkway, no driving. Walking distance to Restaurants, and Piggly Wiggly, didn’t know they still were around. The unit was clean, and enjoyed having private patio with outside faucet to wash feet to keep sand out. Nice back patio with lots of birds, lizard’s. The one negative was the hall shower had been repaired and was hard to pull out from wall to turn on.

Fantastic place for a wonderful vacation, even in November!

We really liked that the condo was located within walking distance of the ocean and there were many places to choose from to eat or buy groceries. Even though a few repairs need to be made, the condo was clean. This condo had been recommended by friends. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

SURF COURT 16, EARLY NOVENMBER 2021

My wife & I had a very nice stay at Surf Court 16! The unit was very clean upon arrival and the location was perfect for our beach walking & extended biking plans. Some critiques: The king bed in master was adequate with some soft spots/springs. All 3 exterior security latches were non functional. Both shower liners were too long causing you to stand on them during your shower. Be sure to bring ALL of your own amenities including salt/pepper/pan spray/dish soup/laundry supplies/condiments. All in all, we loved our visit and always enjoy working with Seashore Vacations!

Beautiful little home away from home

My husband and I loved our time at Surf Court, it was minutes from everything. The place was very clean very stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook with. Even had a little fenced in area where we could stick the bikes we rented. Customer service was amazing, beds were good for us. No complaints and would stay again!

Family fun

Our family had three condos at Surf Court for the week. We used this one for the evening meal or to gather. It was great with the big tables and bar. Plenty of seating and atmosphere. The location is a short walk to the beach and the pool. We’d stay here again.

September 2019 Hilton Head

Inspite of the Hurricane this year the staff at Seashore Vacations did an excellent job communicating and adjusting their schedule to get me back on the island as quick as they could. Buddy and whole team do a great job and make the rental process very easy. we will be recommending and using them in the future.

Hilton Head vacation @ Coligny Beach

The condo was a great location to everything. Spacious and somewhat clean! Relaxing vacation with easy access to the beach, restaurants and Coligny Plaza.
The ocean was absolutely gorgeous but the heat & humidity in August can be uncomfortable to do outdoor activities like golf. You need to be on the beach or at the pool.
Note: the light on the fan in the second bedroom does not stay on.

32 year guests of Surf Court

We’ve been staying at SURF COURT for 32 years as a family. Both my parents passed away last year and in Nov 2018, my husband was diagnosed with incurable brain cancer. HHI is our happy place so even though he wasn’t able to do the things he enjoyed like walk on the beach, ride bikes and lay in the sun, we were able to enjoy family time in the 2 bedroom on one level and eat out at our fav restaurants. We even celebrated our 15 yr Anniversary. I couldn’t say enough good about Surf Court or Seashore Vacations. The location has always been perfect, walking or biking to Coligny Plaza and across the street from the best beach. See you next year!!

Ideal Location

We loved our stay at surf court 16. The location couldn't be better! This unit is right in the front of the complex and faces the beach side. You are a 3 minute walk away from the beach and just steps away from the pool. Compared to the cost of a beach front unit, this is a no brainer. The beach front units use the same walkway to the beach. Save your money and stay here. The unit is clean, the beds are comfy, and you even get beach chairs and a cart to roll them to the beach. And this unit has keyless entry so no need to carry keys to the beach!! Close to everything Hilton Head has to offer. Loved it!!!!

Our experience was very nice. The only exception was the view is not good. You look at the side of another building. We have stayed at this facility many times, but in a different unit. Would recommend Surf Court to anyone looking for a quiet property that is close to almost everything.

The unit fit our needs to a "T" for a short 3 night stay. Being on ground floor with front door parking was reason we chose #16. The unit was nicely furnished with adequate amenities. Unit was directly across the street from a foot/bike path leading to the beach. The interior grounds & pool were also nice. Would stay there again and would recommend unit to friends.

Just Lovely

I wanted to get my Mom something special for Mother's day this year so I rented this property for a week long vacation for her. The location is perfect because it is so close to the beach and shopping. Mom could walk every day to Coligny and sit on the beach or swing on the swings. The added bonus is the condo itself. It is decorated beautifully and offers everything you could possibly need. Mom had a great vacation and she tells everyone it was "Just Lovely". Spur of the Moment Trip

Spur of the moment (late on a Saturday night), my husband and I decideed we were going to go to the beach. Since our children are high school/college aged, we couldn't find a week that everyone could go. Surf Court 16 was perfect!!!

We started each morning with a 4 mile walk on the walking/bike paths. Cleaned up and walk across the street to spend the afternoon on the beach. In the evenings, we would walk to Coligny Plaza for dinner. One bad habit we developed was walking to Wild Wings Cafe to watch the NBA Playoff and would eat yummy cheese fries and wings.

Great location!

Our family recently returned from a wonderful week in Hilton Head! Our condo at Surf Court 16 was open, spacious, comfortable and clean. We were close to the many activities we wanted to enjoy and felt right at home! The furniture and beds were exceptionally comfortable and the condo very nicely decorated as well as affordable to families like ours who are budget conscious. Overall, we felt like we found a second home to enjoy when we return again! Seashore Vacations is a company I would recommend to anyone wanting great customer service! Great Time in Hilton Head

We very much enjoyed our stay. Seashore Vacations provided exceptional service. Early in our stay the coffee maker stopped working as we were preparing breakfast for some guests. We called Seashore Vacations to find out how to replace the coffeemaker. Twenty minutes later the doorbell rang and a Seashore Vacations staff member handed us a brand new coffeemaker. This set the tone for a great stay.
