Located just across the street from a public beach access so an easy walk to the beach. Units across the street "oceanside" went for $1500 more per week and were literally 200' away.

We took a last minute road trip for April vacation to Hilton Head and had a great time! We used the beach gear service and we were impressed and happy with the convenience. Location is excellent! Pool was clean and very quiet, really enjoyed this as the beach was windy when we were there. Kitchen supplies are sparse, I had to buy a clean sponge and ration the dish soap. Bring your own salt/pepper, cleaning wipes, sponge, tin foil/plastic wrap. Musty smell seemed to be coming from washing machine area, needs to be addressed. Overall, great stay and we were happy with the value and friendly service with the rental company! Would return.

Vacation was perfect. However, trying to stream on tablet was poor and near impossible. Need to up the speed/bandwidth.

Our second visit to Surf Court, and second condo unit. We loved this location, clean, bright, spacious, and well equipped. Most of all, quiet.
Two considerations- the outdoor stairs are quite steep, as are the spiral steps to the courtyard. If you have mobility issues or small kids, probably not the unit for you. Second, there is no outdoor spigot for foot and gear washing. We found our own creative solution, but fair warning.
Seashore is fabulous, always on top of things. The communication is great.

Overall, an excellent stay and we will be back.

This condo was very clean and it's a very fast one block walk to the beach. The pool was also very nice. And it's just a few minute walk to get to the shops / restaurants downtown. We enjoyed our stay!

my cverall stay was good
the two problems I experiences were,
1 the stairs up to the apartment and stairs to the upstairs were so narrow the it was hard to keep your balance going both up md down the stairs,
2 The heat within the apartment was inconsistent between the upstairs and downstairs,

Overall I was very satisfied

Seashore Vacations is wonderful to work with! Highly recommended them.
Unit 14 needs some work. The carpet on the stairs is very dirty. The ceiling fans need a good cleaning. There needs to be more cookware and mixing bowls in the kitchen. The knives are all dull and barely cut. There is outdoor patio carpet in the living area? !!
The stairs are too steep inside and outside the unit. There needs to be a rinse off station in the front of the complex from when you return to the beach. The pool is nice and large and the landscaping is nice around the pool area and it is quiet.
Great for young families.

We would not return due to stairs and distance from the beach.

I organized my entire family to spend a week at HH renting unit 14/15! So easy to get to beach. Both units were very nice! Kids loved the pool also! Close to walk tomColigny for shops and restaurants! bike rental is always popular! I have been coming for over 10 years to Surf Court! well maintained! 8 recommend to many of my friends!

We were running late, but our host had sent check-in instructions as promised. Located directly across the street from the beach access. Clean, comfortable & close to the pool as well. All of the furniture was clean & comfortable. No complaints. Just be sure to bring your own dish soap, bathing toiletries & air fresheners (not supplied). Great spot! Would stay there again!

We have stayed in Surf Court many times. Unit 14 is a nice unit on the front. It was clean and well maintained. The people at Seashore Vacations are always nice to work with. Overall a good stay.

One word of WARNING. The people at Surf Court are very serious about parking passes. We had two parking passes. One for our car(my wife and I). We also had one for our son and daughter and law who only came down for the day. We parked in a guest spot and left our numbered spot for our son's truck. Since he was only there for the day, we were in a hurry to get to the beach and forgot the parking pass. We went back to the condo about an hour later to get something to drink and it had been towed. They were in the process of towing two others at the time. Several others were towed as well. Some of them like us were registered guests. DO NOT FORGET THE PARKING PASS. IT WILL COST YOU $200 AND A LOT OF TROUBLE!

The location near Coligny plaza and easy access to the beach right across the street make this a great place to stay. There are steep steps to the condo which is on the second floor. Pleasant living conditions and a great courtyard and pool.

Clean, roomy and very comfortable two bedroom condo. Walk right outside your unit and get on a walking/bike riding trail that covers miles of the island. Right across the street is beach access to the beautiful ocean. Just a short walk to Coligny Park and it's many great restaurants and shopping. We brought our bikes and rode everywhere. Everything was perfect, We loved our stay here.

Everything was as wonderful as last year. Pool was unfortunately closed I am not sure if it was a repair issue or seasonal decision. We vacationed last year during the same week and it was open.

We had a wonderful time here. Surf Court has updated the pool area and everything was well maintained outside. We have stayed at surf court for several years. This has been our favorite condo to date. The upstairs was updated perfectly. Love the floors. Would definitely stay here again.

Really liked the villa and location. Our villa was real easy to access and the beach was very short walking distance. Villa was totally equipped with every thing we needed. Seashore has very friendly and helpful staff. Villa was very clean!

Surf Court has always been where we've stayed, however, this is the first stay in 14. We loved almost everything about it. The decor was nice, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. If I could change one thing, it would be the living room furniture. There weren't very many comfortable places to sit, and the couch was almost impossible to "sit" on without being uncomfortable. Other than that, the place is perfect. Thank you!

This was our first trip to HHI and it lived up to all of the great things that we had been told! This rental was amazing. It was very clean upon arrival. It was also very spacious for our family of 5. We also loved the location--just across the street from the beach, a very short walk. We will definitely stay here when we come again!

We have stayed in a variety of rentals over ten years. This was the cleanest, best equipped, best internet connection, quietest, convenient, without over-the-top bric-a-brac add ons. Very good value for the money.

Everything was as described. The condo is located across the street from the beach-you can actually see the ocean from the kitchen window if you look between the trees! Most everything is within walking distance! The condo is more than comfortable. We had everything needed for quick easy meals and plenty of towels. The beds were very comfortable. A snow storm was coming in so we asked Seashore if we could have the condo 1 day early. Seashore Vacations was very easy to work with - from scheduling, to arrival thru to check out. We booked with them many years ago and I think they may be even better now. We really enjoyed our stay.

We spent from Feb. 1st to Mar. 31st. It was a wonderful time. We enjoyed Surf Court . The condo was clean, roomy and the property well maintained. Working with Buddy and his staff at Seashore vacations was great. I highly recommend using him.

We stay in this unit when we come to HH due to its location to the beach and its just far enough away from the busy Coligny area in the summer but within walking distance. The beach is across the street with easy beach access.14 Surf court has been updated a couple of years ago and has everything you need.

Our short stay at Surfside 14 was wonderful. The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Location is perfect for access to ocean, bike trail and Coligny - as well as everything else in HHI. We never heard our neighbors. We felt right at home. Pool was clean and nicely maintained. We debated between a few other units in Surfside but so happy with this choice. Will definitely rent again.

3rd time staying at surf court 14. The condo is starting to show a bit of wear- scuffs on the walls, slight wear in the bathrooms with a few lightbulbs burnt out in spots. Overall did not affect my stay- it is still a great condo in a great location. Always my #1 choice in HHI.

We've stayed at Surf Court for over 20 years. Love the location and mostly the beach! #14 was very nice with amenities ( like hampers!). The owners made sure vacationers had an easy time relaxing in their condo. Also a nice view of the ocean ??

My family vacations here every summer and I decided to try it out in the fall. The weather was fantastic! The condo was great the only problem I had was with the wi-fi and if that was my worst problem, I guess that's not so bad! (I didn't have trouble w/ wi-fi over the summer, so I was a little confused.) Upon arriving I had called in advance to see if I could do a late check out and I was told that wouldn't be a problem but when I actually arrived, the lady didn't seem to want to give me a late checkout although new guests weren't arriving for a few days (which was my understanding) In the end, she let me checkout 2 hrs later but when that day came the cleaning people showed up. They were nice and said that they would just come back, but it sounded like there was a little miscommunication. I would never let those minor things deter me from coming back and all in all it was a great vacation!

This is my 3rd year going to HHI and my 2nd year staying in surf court 14. The condo is gorgeous and comfortable. Two large bedrooms each with it's own bathroom, nice kitchen and living room. Two minute walk to the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. We arrived late Saturday night and check-in was quick, with polite service. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone! I plan on staying there again next time I venture out that way!!

The pictures don't do this unit justice. This is the most beautiful unit I have stayed at. Everything is quality. The artwork.....love! The kitchen is better stocked than any unit I have stayed at. I would definitely stay here again. The ocean is maybe a five minute walk at most. You can see the ocean from the backdoor and you literally walk across the street through a nice paved walkway and you are there. There is a place to wash off the sand on your way back. At most a ten minute walk to colligny which we mostly took the walk across the street and walked up the beach for scenery on the way. Ample parking there too if you would rather drive. Never had a problem finding parking. I must say Flatbread was one of our favorite places to eat at colligny and frosty frog was a frequent stop for frozen drinks! Had a great time and will be back!

I have been renting 14 Surf Court for 10 yrs before seashore vacations was renting it out. I have spent several weeks there thru the years and it feels like home when I go there every summer. It has been updated in the past 5 yrs and is very nice inside and the location is perfect.
