We rented several times already through Seashore Vacations. Every time stayed in different place, but always happy with our choice. Rental property in great location, very clean, a lot of space, all needed utensils and appliances, patio, etc.

Everything about Hilton Head and the Sea Pines location is extraordinary. Our choice of 295 Stoney Creek was one of the best choices we made. Our condo was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable and everything about this unit was exceptional. The location is a short walk to Harbour Town and all of its amenities. We enjoyed our time there very much and would definitely rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. Accessible to everything in Sea Pines. Unit was very clean, had everything you needed in kitchen & pool was very nice. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Our family of 3 had a great week in Hilton Head and unit 295 was the perfect location to navigate to all of the Sea Pines spots we love! The house itself was clean and had everything we needed. We always enjoy having access to the pool for quick swims as well!

Another winter spent at 295 Stoney Creek ... a littler cooler than normal but we still played a lot of golf. We always feel welcome here and the vila is always clean and tidy ... it feels like home.

Our family has been using Seashore Vacations for decades! Buddy and his team always come through! No matter what we request, he finds it. We just returned yesterday from an amazing 11-stay in HHI. Our unit was private, yet immediately outside of all the amenities. Inside was clean, tastefully decorated and spacious.
Already looking forward to next year's stay... and we'll definitely be using Buddy!

My husband and I always love to stay in Harbor Town on Hilton Head Island and this place was great. So close to walk into Harbor Town and close walk for catching the trolley to the beach which was awesome, and yet just far enough away for peace and quiet. The place was clean and had everything you need.

Well equipped clean house with good beds and a backyard. Didn’t have any issues during our stay. Good quiet location within a short walk to Harbour Town or trolley to go to the beach. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and roomy. Kitchen was full of utensils more than enough. Over all the place was great. Would love to stay at 295 Stoney Creek again. Would recommend it for sure.

This condo has everything you need. We never wanted for any gadget, utensil, pot, pan or dish. Extra blankets and pillows were provided, along with plenty of sheets and towels as well. The furniture was well-maintained, including the patio furniture and having your own private patio was a delight for entertaining family and friends. We can speak to customer service as well. A chain fell off one of the ceiling fans while we were there and it was addressed very quickly. This unit is 10 minutes from Harbor Town and offers additional opportunities to explore beaches, shopping and restaurants. We even enjoyed a guided tour of the Preserve on horseback! We highly recommend this unit and hope to return soon!

We are very happy with 295 Stoney Creek ... we are looking forward to spending the winter of 2024 -2025 there again. Golf on the island is great.
We had a small problem with our keyless entry and Seashore had the problem fixed within the hour ... outstanding service ... thank you.

I have stayed several times at vacation rentals and enjoy the opportunity to do some of my own cooking. It is a bonus to open my suitcase when I get home to clean clothes! My friend and I travel often for work and find it nice to have our own space. We had a few days to our business for pleasure to see the sites. We rented bikes and had no worries about theft and also had a safe place to park the rental car.

We normally stay in the Stoney Creek villa complex when we vacation each year at Hilton Head, and this villa was fantastic! The proximity to Harbour Town is less than 10 minute walk, and because you are tucked away further down, the neighborhood is very quiet.

As of the last few years we love just chilling in Sea Pines and therefore we have the most amazing stay at Stoney Creek! ** First year using the credit for renting beach chairs, umbrellas and bicycles... Made a huge difference not having to worry about packing those must haves at the beach!!

We loved this place and location. Our teens could walk to Hatbor Town and take the trolley all over. The condo was nice and clean. We would definitely stay again!

Only thing I would report were the sliding glass doors. Multiple times we got locked out because when it shut it would lock. Downstairs and upstairs. Downstairs you could walk around but my daughter got stuck upstairs and we had to return to let her in. Thankfully she had her phone.

We love 295 Stoney Creek ... this was our 3rd time staying here and we plan to spend next winter there as well. Great location and Buddy and his staff are great to deal with. Hilton Head is a terrific place to spend the winter months.

Top notch rental with great furnishings, and a fully stocked kitchen (glassware, dishes, cookware). Nice location in Sea Pines not super close but definitely within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The two story townhouse was clean and updated. I hope to stay here again.

We visit Hilton Head on a regular basis. This was our first time using Seashore Vacations. The staff was fantastic checking us in. Which basically consisted of getting the front door code. The unit was in a perfect location. We rented bikes and had easy access to the bike paths.
The unit itself was VERY clean, nicely appointed, the kitchen was well stocked and new appliances. It really was a standout unit. Definitely plan on coming back.

This villa comes with a well-equipped kitchen—plenty of glasses, dishes, pots and pans for cooking, if you wish. The living spaces are very well-appointed with comfortable furniture. There are two outdoor spaces. One is perfect for accommodating beach chairs, etc., and the other is the exceptional, semi-private patio with umbrella, table and chairs, grill and a lovely view of the Spanish moss covered live oaks set in a manicured lawn. It was a great space to relax with a book after a trip to the beach/pool. This villa essentially has two master bedrooms: one has a king bed with bath, and the other one has two queen beds with a bath. This was perfect for our grown up kids! The villa’s location is an easy bike ride to Harbour Town. We also enjoyed a little longer bike ride to the beach everyday. We have rented this villa for our last two trips to HHI and will rent it again when we return!

We loved this place! It was in a great location, private, spacious for our family of 4 and we loved the 'yard' area where the kids could play. The pool was quite and relaxing and Harbortown was a short walk away. We will definitely be back - Seashore Vacations was great to work with as well!

We rented this property from May1st through May7th. We loved this property and would stay here again. Great location; we kayaked, once from inside Sea Pines, ate at Coast, Charlie’s, Nunez, Nectar that were all close. Visited Beaufort and Bluffton.

Our family loved this condo and the property management team. We had plenty of room to spread out, easy walking distance to Harbour Town and a short easy drive to beachfront parking. The condo was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for the week. The property management company even made sure we had starter supplies like soap, trash bags, etc. They did a wonderful job and made sure we had a relaxing and comfortable stay.

We come to Sea Pines every year and were happy to find this unit since we booked only 4 weeks in advance. The unit was clean, nicely sized and in a good location. When we book we are never looking for a property that is nicer than our own home since we come for the weather and are mostly outside. We noticed the Master and Second Bedroom have been swapped, but assume it’s to offer more privacy since there is an open, shuttered opening that makes it impossible not to hear every sound coming from the first floor. Would be wonderful to close off that opening. Stoney Creek has a warm pool the kids enjoyed using in the early evenings. Suited our needs just fine.

Our family of four had a great experience staying in this ground floor villa! The villa itself had a courtyard and raised decking on the entry side and another shady patio with a garden view on the opppsite side where we spent many hours. The kitchen was very well stocked and a pleasant place to cook a few beach meals! We all enjoyed the very comfortable beds and two spacious master-sized bedrooms with baths. We enjoyed watching tv and playing games in open living and dining room! This villa was very sound proof, and we heard no sounds from villas on either side of us! We took advantage of the large community pool that was just a short walk from the villa. There were plenty of lounge chairs for all guests. The location of this villa was an easy walk to Harbour Town. We enjoyed to biking to the beach everyday too! We all agreed that we would rent this villa again when visiting Hilton Head Island.

We loved staying at 295 Stoney Creek ... it felt like home to us. The kitchen was good to work in with all the basic things necessary to produce a decent meal after spending the day golfing and biking around the island. Most important of all ... the beds were quite comfortable and it is a quiet area so you do get a good nights sleep. We are looking forward to spending next winter here again.
