We loved the location. The furniture in the living room has a musty smell to it. The closet in the front bedroom smelled really musty as well. However, we had a great time and the place can be refreshed easy enough. There needs to be a water hose outside.

This unit was in an amazing location we could walk to pretty much everything in the Coligny area. Bedrooms were spacious as well as the kitchen and living space. We would definitely stay here again!!

Since it was winter, we could not enjoy the pool, but the condo complex is very comfortable and quaint with pretty lagoons. The unit itself has a wonderful layout with updated kitchen and bathrooms :-) Less than five minute walk to beach access and less than 10 minutes to Coligny. Great rental company That we have used and trust for the past 3 years.

Great location. Walked to Coligny Plaza and the beach. Plenty of room for our family. Great pool. Updated kitchen and bathrooms! The queen mattresses (3 of them) need replacing. The dryer took 3 rounds to dry. The cleaning company needs to pull out the dressers and clean behind. There were socks and undies behind one and someone’s pants and shirt left in our closet. The frying pans need replacing and they don’t sit flat. All easy fixes. We enjoyed our stay! The park was a hit for the kids! Thanks for a good vacation.

Location was very convenient to all the amenities and easy access to the main road via car, bikes or walking. Playground and open concert park, Coligny Beach and great restaurants were short car ride or within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and the AC worked great! The kitchen was functional with ample counter space. Only querk was only one parking space per unit, we had 2 vehicles, but you have to look for parking spaces that aren't marked. Still easy to park. We did not get to use the pool but it is close to the unit. The resort management company was great to work with and very responsive.

The unit is very typical of a vacation unit. Nothing grand except the redone kitchen (but not enough cooking gear for 9 ppl). The unit was cleaned thoroughly, under the couch was an array of dust and dirt. Came back home with a dry nose. Might have been due to all the dust.

This villa is in a great location for access to shopping, restaurants, bike paths and the beach.

Other than the kitchen and bathrooms which are all renovated, the property is needing a refresh. The furniture upholstery is frayed and ripped, the dining chairs are chipped and some are broken, the comforters and pillows are stained. Fortunately, we brought our own pillows.

I would stay here again, if the bedding and furniture are refreshed.

For the value you can't go wrong. Beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Excellent access to Coligny Park, the playground and the beach (via the main entrance or between Seaside Villas). Everything you need for a long stay can be purchased in Coligny Park which is convenient. Great location for a family. Especially nice to go out to dinner and not need to worry about driving home. You can hear footsteps from the second floor, but it wasn't a big deal for us. Second year in a row using Seashore Vacations and am very pleased with our experience. Looking forward to year 3! The only thing I could see to improve the unit is an updated and nicer set of outdoor patio furniture. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay. We would stay there again and recommend it.

This condo was an excellent rental for our HHI vacation! The location was just a short bike ride to the beach and bike trails. The recently remodeled kitchen was a very nice surprise! Overall, our family made wonderful memories and we'd definitely consider another rental at Springwood 97 :)

We were very pleased with the Condo. The only issue we had was the fire alarm. When we took a shower in the bedroom as you come in the front door the steam would set the fire alarm off. I called and reported it and they said they would check it out. Other than that it was great.

Very roomy and spacious. Bathroom remodels are wonderful - Master shower is like a massage. Plenty of linens and towels provided, as well as "starters" of soap, tp, etc. Middles of rooms had been cleaned, but the rest needed attention (under/behind furniture, blinds, cabinets, etc.). Kitchen needs some attention - lazy susan doesn't turn, toaster did not work, only the bare necessities to make meals, cabinets dirty. Master bedroom could use a new mattress (very soft and slopes to the sides). We contacted rental agency a day or two into our stay with regard to above issues (except toaster as we realized that at the end), but had no response. If the rest of the condo gets updated like the bathrooms, it would be a gem.

The staff of Seashore Vacations was very professional as we booked and as we arrived. The property was as described. The location was very good with easy access to the beach and to shopping. Good starting point for walks. The beds were comfortable. All appliances worked. A problem with shower drainage was quickly addressed. Kitchen is not well equipped. Many of the venetian blinds did not have wands so could not be opened and closed. The windows over the beds in the front bedroom were filthy. The windows in the kitchen were very dirty as were the venetian blinds. The undershelves on the tables in the living room were very dusty. Behind the living room TV was extremely dusty. The glass-topped dining room table could have been cleaner.

1. Close to everything 2. Kitchen outdated with no supplies not even salt and pepper. 3. Bathrooms are wonderful but water heater is too small. 4. Large bedrooms with comfy beds. 5. Ceiling are noisy, you can hear footsteps from upstairs. 6. Would stay here again.

Pros

We arrived around 8pm, upon arrival we walked into the condo and it looked very small. Once our party of 10 walked inside we were in aawww.

The place was roomy. The king bedroom was spacious. The 2nd bedroom to our surprise was upgraded with a bigger bed online it stated 2 twin beds we were happy about that and our room was on the opposite side of the house with 2 queen beds and our own bathroom. The kids thought they were sleeping with one of the adults but the coach let out to a queen size been and 2 teenager and a toddler slept in that bed no problem. The kitchen was decent size and the dinning room table was big enough for 8.


Cons
It’s near the water and it reminds you of an outside resort it was a wet feeling the entire time we were there and it was a few roaches upon our arrival out in the opening in the shower but by day 2 we didn’t see any more. Also when we let out the couch it was mice droppings inside the couch.

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. Some issues we had related to the condo were some pre-existing damage to the sliding glass patio door that ultimately on the second day the handle completely came off the door. There was a very minimal amount of kitchen utensils but we were able to make do. We enjoyed the pool area very much and even though the walk to the beach is a full eight or nine Minutes as compared to the four to five that most people had claimed it was doable and we actually saw an alligator in one of the lagoons on the way

We had a great time at Springwood 97. The condo was very spacious for 6 adults and laid out well. It was very clean with 3 updated bathrooms, nice washer and dryer, and comfortable living room furniture for watching TV on the big wall-mounted flat screen. The bedrooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable as well. There's a nice lagoon behind the condo that gives it a very natural setting as the entire island is with lots of palms and trees to enjoy while we relaxed on the back deck. The community pool and hot tub area are close to the condo and were nice and not over-crowded, and also had 2 nice gas grills to BBQ your food on and eat at picnicn tables there, or and take back to the condo to eat there. The location is great with a very short drive or a 5 min walk to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and of course awesome golf courses nearby. The property management company was very helpful in getting us set up with directions and the condo keys. The rate is also very good for the benefits of having a 3BR/3BA with lots of room. Overall we were all very happy with this condo and would highly recommend it.

We had a great family vacation in 97 Springwood. We found the condo to be very spacious and well laid out. The renovated bathrooms were fabulous! We certainly feel the owners will replace carpets, tile, etc. given time. Everything that we needed was provided! The kitchen was amply supplied. The televisions were great for watching football! We felt that the weekly costs were very good for the benefits of having 3BR/3BA.
The only minor requests that we would offer would be to include a couple of beach bikes and purchase some ottomans to make the nice den chairs more comfortable. Overall, we were quite satisfied!

Overall the condo was just what we were looking for. There were a few conditions with the kitchen area that should be addressed but not enough to dampen our stay. The floors and carpets could have been cleaned better and finding the empty liquor bottles under the master bedroom mattress was a total surprize.

2 family's vacation together and we had a blast. The condo was just as pictured and nicer than what we thought. The pool was clean and wonderful to cool off and kick back and read a book. Location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and local Shops and stores. Rented bikes and got a discount because we rented from seashore vacation rental homes. Was a wonderful experience and would definitely rent again. We are planning another vacation next year with seashore.

As usual the stay was great! We've stayed at Springwood 97 twice before in the last eight years that my friends & I have been vacationing in HHI. The condo is in a great location & most of the condo amenities are fine. The only thing I'd suggest updating is some of the kitchen amenities, like the cookware & things of that nature. Maybe bath mats in the showers because the floors are extremely slippery. Other than that, it was a great experience as always. I definitely recommend going to the Carolina Tasting Room! They have wine slushies that are fantastic.
