This spacious 2 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bath Newly Renovated upstairs townhouse is a short distance to the beach, and across the street from the famous Van Der Meer Tennis Center. Springwood #44 has a king in the master bedroom, and bunk beds in the guest bedroom each with a twin on top and double on the bottom. Parking is available close to the stairwell leading to the front door of the condo. The owner has equipped this condo with everything you will need on vacation. It has a fully stocked kitchen, pots, pans, glasses & silverware to cook any meal. If you don't feel like cooking you can always walk to Island Coney or Hinchey's just a short walk away for Breakfast or Lunch. Walk a little further to Coligny plaza to find many more shops, restaurants and the island's famous south end Piggly Wiggly. The Low Country Celebration Park is just a short walk as well. The Beautiful Atlantic Ocean is about 3-4 Blocks Walking Distance. On the island this stretch of beach has the most area to spread out without being too close to your neighbor.

This unit has all the comforts of home with wireless internet and flat screen TV's.

Happy at Hilton

I think when someone is securing a reservation they need to know that the only way to the pool is down a circular staircase. Also the sliding door that you exit for the pool has no lock from the exterior side.The walk to the beach is .8 mile. This was just a little farther than my spouse was capable of.

Excellent Stay at Springwood 44

We had a wonderful stay at Springwood 44 on Hilton Head Island. The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully updated with a modern feel throughout. The furnishings were stylish yet cozy, making it feel like a home away from home.

The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and everything was maintained in excellent condition. We especially appreciated the spacious layout and the attention to detail that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

The location was fantastic—an easy walk to the beach and close to Coligny Plaza, restaurants, shopping, and other island attractions. Springwood 44 is a newly renovated townhouse with a convenient location near the beach and local amenities, which made exploring Hilton Head easy and enjoyable.

If you're looking for a clean, modern, and comfortable place to stay on Hilton Head Island, Springwood 44 is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island! ��☀️��️

Home Away

Out stay at 44 Springwood was the most at home we’ve felt since leaving our California home in the summer of ‘23. The kitchen was adequately stocked, the rooms were comfortably sized, and the overall amenities were up to date and felt so new we felt like we were the first to use them.

Access to the property was easy and the location is perfectly centered near all of the best the island has to offer.

We will definitely consider this location for a future vacation.

Hilton Head Family Vacation

We've been going to this property for 6 years for our annual family reunion and this is by far the BEST rental company we've used. The only downside was that it is a 2nd floor unit with lots of steps. Unit was clean, nicely furnished, and management company responsive with any concerns we had.

Nice, clean, pretty far away from beach

Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Our unit was 3/4 mi from beach--pretty far if you're carrying a lot. No place to unload if getting dropped off. Pool area was nice but accessible only from spiral steps and "shared" balconies. Overall, a nice place

Spring Break

I was beyond happy with this rental. It was clean, and well decorated. The location is perfect! Short bike ride or walk to Coligny Beach and plaza! Tons of restaurants close enough to walk to. My mother was not happy about the coffee makes, it leaked every morning for her but that is the only complaint I could possibly think of. Amazing rental! Thanks for another great trip to HHI!

Overall it was a disappointment

For starters, the unit was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The floors and stairs were not vacuumed, there was a dirty (urine & feces) pullup left on the floor partly under one of the beds in the secondary bedroom. The pullout sofa was broken so once we were able to get it open we had to leave it open the entire time. The sliding door does not lock so there is a stick that they leave to put behind the door as a lock.
I understand that this is a lower priced unit so I wasn't expecting luxury but when I called to voice my concerns I was informed that since it was lower priced, you get what you pay for. I surely didn't pay for a dirty pull-up or dirty unit.
The unit itself is fine...close to everything, lots of potential but it was definitely a disappointment.

Overall ok vacation

The overall experience was good but started off slow. The rental was not ready when i arrived. We didnt get in until after 4 and we watched the cleaning ladies come in to clean and they were only in there for 30 minutes so there is noway they did a thorough cleaning. I found dirty was clothes in the shower my daughter found make up on pillow cases. We rewashed everything on the bedding. The washer/ dryer was a big plus and they were clean. The kitchen floor needed to be mopped. They left the cleaning product in the toilets with tops up waiting to be cleaned. The location was good and overall the place was ok. It was close to the beach, just a short walk down the street but instructions of where that was would have been nice so we asked around and found it. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, glasses, pots,etc. Pool area was ok but outdated and no hot tub.

Overall Okay

Overall, the condo served its purpose. However, after seeing multiple roaches, I have to say it made me pretty uncomfortable that I would be taking more than sand back home. The condo is in a decent location. The pool could have used a lot of TLC. The upstairs at the condo was in better shape. There was some remodeling done to the bathrooms. The downstairs carpets could use a really deep clean. It didn’t seem like they cleaned very well from the last guests. We made it work while there, just left the luggage in the car and had to wash everything and spray the suitcases out to ensure no bugs crawled into it.

Springwood 44

We enjoyed out stay and will come back! This was our 10th visit to HHI! Other than the dryer not working, everything was great! Seashore Vacations did pick up our lanudry and dry it for us, then return it too! Enjoyable stay :)

Value for money and great location!

The property is exactly as described. Very well maintained. Perfectly located. We enjoyed our time. We would have loved it even more if basic pantry supplies such as coffee, sugar, single serve cereal packets etc were present. A simple $8.00-$10.00 in these items would've gone a long way in telling customers how much they care about us. But, it's not the end of the world.

GREAT STAY!

My family and I had the best stay at HHI and at Springwood. The condo had everything we needed. Over looked the pool. Very close to the Coligny public beach and close to the Lighthouse. We plan on returning next year!

Family Retreat

Perfect Vacation Rental

SPWD 44 is a fantastic condo. The owner obviously cares a lot about it, as it is fully equipped and has the feeling of a cozy home with all of its comfortable furniture and décor. The condo has a wonderful balcony view of the pool and lagoon area where you can view much of HHI's natural wildlife, including alligators. The condo community is quiet, friendly, and relaxing. It is well maintained--the pool is gorgeous. Springwood is a great location: across the street from Van Der Meer tennis resort, and a short walk to the beach and Coligny. Seashore Vacations is an exceptional rental company--at a convenient location. They are very customer-service oriented--friendly and helpful. It was very easy to rent from them. This is our 6th extended stay on HHI, and SPWD 44 is by far our best accommodations and rental experience. We are very appreciative of both the condo owner and Seashore Vacations for making our extended stay on HHI perfect. We plan on returning next year and hope to rent SPWD 44 again!

Clean updated Townhouse

The Springwood 44 was an updated clean Townhouse. Everything from the dishes to the bedding was new. It was easy to get to the beach and shopping area. Beach walk was around 15minutes.
