Description

Springwood 111 is updated with all of the comforts of home. The townhouse is spacious and updated with new furnishings, flat screen TV's and wireless internet. The primary bedroom has a King Bed with an attached bath. The guest bedroom also has a King Bed with an suite bathroom. There is a twin rollaway bed in the guest bedroom closet as well. Downstairs has a sleeper sofa in the living room plus a powder room with a 1/2 bath. The Kitchen is updated and fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a great meal. Parking is available close to the stairwell leading to the front door of the condo. Springwood has an on-site pool. Another trip to paradise

Such a wonderful experience. We always love coming down to HHI and try to come at least twice a year. This unit was the 6th we’ve stayed in at Springwood and it didn’t disappoint. Every unit has been wonderful. This place has everything you need for your visit. Great AC and fans, comfortable beds. Would stay again.

Hilton Head Golf Trip

Unit met our needs and was clean and comfortable. It was in a convenient location. Then only minor issue I had was the carpeting upstairs was a bit worn and dirty, but otherwise the unit was great and we would stay there again.

Loved it here!!

We just came back from our stay and absolutely loved it. The only thing worth mentioning is that the one bedroom was advertised as a queen and a twin bed in the same room was actually a king with a cot in the closet. It didn’t matter to us but it may to other families.
The location is perfect. Walkable to the beach, Coligny Plaza and so much more. The pool is well maintained and big enough for several families to be there at the same time.
We had an amazing stay and cant wait to come back next year.

Great Location

Property is in a great location, close to everything, but far enough away for quiet time.Pool was initially hard to find, and we didn't care for the spiral staircase as the only way to get to it. Within walking distance of the park and beach. I would highly recommend Springwood 111

Springwood 111 vacation

Loved staying here. Everything is very clean and it’s probably one of the best locations we’ve stayed. Liked being close to Coligny and restaurants. We walked or biked everyday. Love not having to get in car. Fish restaurant has great music especially on Sundays. Amigos is our go to for Mexican and always have to check out Kenny B’s and Southern Coney. Walked or biked to all of these. Rent a bike and there’s so many bike paths you’ll have a lot of fun. We really enjoyed the pool and found the villas to be everything we like.

Nice condo, great location

This is our 3rd stay on HHI and the 2nd time staying by Coligny. The condo is clean and has everything we needed for our family of 5. We loved riding our bikes and the proximity to the beach and Coligny. There are plenty of places to stay on HHI but we prefer Coligny because of all the restaurants, shops, playground for the kids and beach.

Nice location, nice clean condo!

Had a great stay in this condo! The location of the condo was wonderful, very close to Coligny and Celebration Park. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was very clean and was fine for working remotely for a couple of days. I'd recommend this condo to friends and family!

Great Getaway Place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Springwood 111 for our Fall Break vacation. The space was comfortable and had a nice back deck to enjoy the cool fall HHI weather. It was also not far at all from Coligny which was nice. The only issue we had was that there was a lot of sand under the large rug in the living room and the rug next to the sliding glass door. Once it was swept up there was a pile of sand in the dust pan. It looked like either the sand had been swept under those two rugs or that the two rugs had not been picked up and swept under in quite a while. I would also suggest for the lightbulbs throughout the house to be changed to LED Daylight bulbs. The tint of yellow in the bulb right inside the front door and then the lighting over the dining room table made it feel very dark in there. Other than those things it was a great stay!

Nice condo for family

Neat; Clean, Roomy. TVs in all rooms great. Deck in back of condo great. Hard to get to pool. Again this condo great for younger people. For older folksStairs in back to get to pool hard to Walk down. wished had a little more to help older or disabled. No chair in bedroom to sit on to dress. No drawers in bedrooms. Next time we will be sure to get downstairs condo.

Lovely Condo

We really enjoyed our stay...The updates were nice and it is a cozy space...There are stairs up to the unit and stairs inside but wasn't a problem. They have a lovely view from the living room window and side shared porch. We would stay here again. Ice maker may need some adjustments it didn't seem to be working well but not a big issue.

Great Vacation in Hilton Head

We have a wonderful vacation in Hilton Head. The rental unit was exactly as the pictures show. Nicely decorated and idea location. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach. We already signup to stay at the same property next year.

Clean, Comfy, Beautiful-- We would stay here again!

We have stayed at Hilton Head many times, and we loved staying at the Springwood 111 property. It was clean and spacious and beautifully decorated. The furniture seemed new and comfortable. The bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds and plenty of storage in closets and dressers. The bathrooms were large, and we enjoyed the extra 1/2 bath, too.

This unit is spacious enough for families with teenagers, and it was especially great for our family of young children. The stairs were straight and carpeted, and our toddler traversed them safely. The outside circular staircase was fun for our children also. Most importantly, there were not a lot of breakable decor items placed where he could reach and break them. We appreciated not having to baby-proof the place upon arrival!

The kitchen and laundry area were well appointed. We found everything we needed for a little cooking. TVs in both bedrooms and the living room allowed us each to watch what we wanted. The sitting area also included a few suggestions of things to do (nature walk, anyone?) should we get bored.

The view of the lagoon and trees was beautiful. Even my eight year old raved about the view!

This property is about a ten to fifteen minute walk to Coligny circle and the beach. (Remember, we have small kids.) It's a five minute walk to our favorite restaurant, Kenny B's French Quarter Cafe, and a grocery store. Convenient!

Checking in and out was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Lagoon View

This unit has a perfect view of the lagoon below, I enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony - so peaceful. The unit is exactly as pictured - very up-to-date, spacious, great bathrooms and immaculate condition. Quick bike ride to the beach, walking distance to BiLo market & several restaurants. Perfect for 2 couples or a family.

A beautiful and well priced getaway!

The upgrades and beautiful decor in this townhome made me feel like I was in my own house! It's decorated to the nines and was very comfortable. The large Family Room TV sold my husband and the kitchen was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the place stayed cool and the fans worked well! We will DEFINITIVELY be staying here again!
It was very easy to park at the public beach lot and walk to the beach! Less than 3 minutes away(driving).

Loved watching the wildlife in back!

The unit is not beautiful on the outside but it was very nice on the inside. It was very comfortable and clean. Loved the back deck and the little spiral staircase that delivers you at the creeks edge. There were all sorts of birds and turtles. There was a fishing bird that we watched everyday. He could stay under water for a long time. He caught four fish in front of us in a short period of time one day. The pool was super nice as well and it’s a short bike ride to the beach. Very conveniently located. I would absolutely go again.
