It was clean and well-stocked. However, the living room furniture is old, worn and uncomfortable.
Some minor maintenance is needed, ie. light outside front door not working. Area carpet needs replaced.

Great property with a perfect view.
The rental agency was so easy to communicate with and was very responsive.
Our first time in Hilton Head and it was fantastic.
Lots to do - Tiki Hut, independent movie, play, shopping, and restaurant week.

This property from Seashore Vacations is in an excellent location. The pool area was clean and we loved the easy access to the beach. Waking up to the ocean view and watching the dolphins from the expansive living room window was the icing on the cake!

This was our third time staying at 504, fourth time staying at Shorewood. We spent so much time on the balcony enjoying the view. We saw dolphins deer, osprey, hawks, pelicans and the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The management company's communication before, during, and after our stay was excellent. The pool area is well-maintained, and clean, and probably one of the best pools on the island.

Property is a great place to stay at. Condo could use a some updating, walls could use some touch-up and painting, guest bathroom mirror should be replaced. Mattresses very very soft. Overall it is a very nice condo, the oceanview is spectaular.

This was our family's 5th time renting Shorewood 504. We love the size of this unit for our family of four, and how family-friendly it is with the pool and easy walk to the beach. It is in a convenient location to walk to Coligny Plaza or a short drive to most other spots.

We did notice this time that upkeep and cleanliness had deteriorated since last visit. The kitchen and bathrooms are showing some wear. Many things, including ceiling fans and decorative items, appeared dusty. Elevator to fifth floor was slow and clunky.

This was one of the best vacation condos in which we have ever stayed. It had stunning, full views of the ocean from the living area, master bedroom and balcony. It was well laid out, well decorated and had all the things we needed in the kitchen. The pool/hot tub area was beautiful and not too crowded. There was just a short walk to the beach and we didn't have to cross any roads. The property was near Coligny Circle and all the shops, restaurants and activities there. We took long bike rides all over Hilton Head from the paths directly outside property. The management company went above and beyond for us on our vacation. We can not say enough about how helpful and responsive they were. We would absolutely stay here again and would use Seashore Vacations again to find a rental condo.

Overall, the condo was nice and very clean upon arrival. The only downside to our trip was the roof was being replaced on the entire building so from 8am to 7pm, there was constant noise especially being on the top floor and sitting out on the balcony was limited at times due to particle debris in the air. We have stayed at many of the units in Shorewood so we are familiar with the property. This Unit has been updated with nice furniture, new kitchen, bathrooms were great. The down side is the kitchen has been badly neglected. We like to eat in most of the time. The coffee maker was trashed, the pans have been abused. We brought our own. There wasn't enough silverware or decent knives. The toaster was new and worked fine as did the appliances (the stove was missing a knob). Just a little TLC would make this unit perfect.

Shorewood 504 is beautiful. You open the door to a breathtaking view of the ocean with two chairs positioned perfectly for your viewing pleasure. The condo was perfect. We had a beautiful week on the island.

After 40 years of staying in rentals in South Carolina, this was disappointing. Just a few of the issues we encountered were: sandy counters upon arrival, with absolutely NO cleaning supplies. The kitchen was advertised as stocked and ready to cook meals. This is not the case. One of the large eyes on the stove has a broken knob, cannot utilize this eye. Does not have many standard kitchen items or they are old, i.e. spatula, etc. The garbage disposal drains very slowly and smells. Again, nothing to clean it with. The outlet in the main bathroom is not working. The powder washing machine detergent provided does not work in a front-loaded machine (we have this type at home). My husband's nice shorts were ruined. I cannot remember a rental we have stayed in through the years that did not supply a few very basic items: there were no extra blankets, no pen or notepad, and no starter coffee filters (we bought some and left them). We have stayed in other units at Shorewood and did not have these issues. Very disappointing stay for the price we paid for the week of July 4th.

Beautiful beach front location. Adjacent to pool. Newer upgrades and finishes (we've stayed at other units in this property). Clean. Close walk to busy shopping area with numerous restaraunts. Would stay here again for sure!

Amazing rental! The view is fantastic. Everything is nicely updated. The master bathroom has an excellent walk in shower. Great water pressure. Kitchen is well equipped. We will definitely be staying in 504 again!

This condo is on the 5th floor of Shorewood with a fantastic ocean view. Overall condition is good, but ongoing maintenance seems lacking. For example screen door for slider needed lubercation to operate properly, drains in bathtub and kitchen needed to be cleaned out (very slow draining), several mats and rugs need replacement. The spaciousness and view more than made up for these shortcomings and we will be renting the same property again next season. Hopefully some of the aforementioned issues will be addressed by then.

The condo is nice but very dated. We have stayed at this condo 3 years in a row and see no improvements while the rental has increased substantially. The bed in the MBR could use a new mattress. the TV's in the 2 Bedrooms are impossible to work and the starter supplies are the cheapest you can buy. A Keurig coffee maker would be nice.

We really enjoy Shorewood because of the pool and being right on the beach. Can’t get any better than waking up to the ocean and taking a few steps to be on the beach!
The view from 504 is awesome and we would stay again. Seems like there needs to be a few updates to this particular condo though... Toilet in the master bath never flushed properly the whole week and needed serviced, the door doesn’t close properly, nor does the one in the guest bathroom. Cleaning crew seems to rush and miss spots and had to be called back again to re-clean. There was still sand on the floor and unclean coffee tables when we arrived. The property management company made it right and sent cleaners out the next day. There are spots in the living room that needed patching on the walls and furniture could be cleaned.
We still loved the view and the location and would stay again.

Beautiful, well decorated and well furnished condo with fabulous view of beach and ocean. close walk to pool and beach. Walking distance to shops, grocery store and restaurants. Comfortable beds. very clean.

Condo was in great shape except for the 2 bedroom tv's.Working with several remotes is a real pain, particularly when they don't necessarily the TV's. Have someone check then out prior to renting.

The rental was clean with the kitchen, baths and floors updated. Everything seemed to work properly. My only suggestion would be to remove some of the unnecessary things from the kitchen cabinets to have somewhere to put pantry items. There was only 1/2 of a cabinet that was empty, and it would have been nice to be able to utilize even just one full cabinet. But, that’s a minor comment. Overall, the condo and experience met our expectations.

This spacious 5th floor condo sits right off the beach, with great views of the ocean and Wildlife. Private balcony is perfect for morning coffee while watching the osprey and dolphins fly by. At night, the sound of the ocean waves lull you to sleep. Only complaints are rug in livingroom need deep cleaning or replacement. Also could provide sone basic cleaning items (all purpose spray, bath cleaner, pads for Swifter, more than 2 dishwasher detergent packs, etc) for stays of over a week. That aside, we were very happy with our stay and have already reserved the unit for next year.

We had a great time at 504 Shorewood. The views are as advertised. The Unit feels bigger with the top floor vaulted ceilings. It is completely updated! We found it very clean. Until we dirtied it in 30 mins :) The pool is big and nice. The walk to the beach is very quick and easy. You can rent umbrellas and chairs for $40/day on the beach. $20 if you have chairs. There are 2 in the unit but not very comfortable. We flew and didn't have as much stuff so just planned to rent. The only negative I'd say is not the unit but the complex. There was a huge group from Ohio (100 people) that was allowed to have a family reunion all week. At times they took over, especially evenings in the pool area where they treated it like their personal party space. No supervision of any kind from management. The kids just ran wild throwing every type of pool toy imaginable. Our drinks got knocked over and we were hit several times by flying footballs. Parents barley said a word to them. We didn't sign up to go to their reunion party. This shouldn't be allowed. Ask before booking if any large reunions are planned the week you are going.

We had a great vacation! The view from the condo was beautiful. We loved the location. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops, the pool and the beach. The condo was not cleaned well. Cabinets and closets had a lot of dust and dirt. Would have liked the kitchen to have some staples like salt and pepper and possible some more plastic cups for the kids.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. However, the Holiday Inn outside music was a real distraction late into the night. Even with the balcony doors closed. TV instruction would be helpful. Could not get master bed TV to work.

Loved our stay at 504. The ocean views are fantastic. The condo was updated and well equipped except for wine and cocktail classes (plastic). It would be great if there were loungers on the balcony because the metal chairs are not the most comfortable. Had a slight problem with the air condition unit and it was addressed immediately. The staff at Seashore Vacations are a pleasure to work with. We will definitely request this unit for our next vacation.

We loved this condo! You cannot beat the view from the living room or the master bedroom. We enjoyed so many meals on the balcony. We also loved the vaulted ceiling in the living room, which gave the room a very large feel. Overall the condo is well appointed, nicely decorated and in a great location on the island. Our only slight criticism was that the sheets in the guest bedroom were paper thin and would not stay on the bed and the chairs on the balcony are very uncomfortable. The view is lovely but they make sitting there for very long a little painful. That said, we would love to stay in this unit again in the future!

It is light and airy, clean, well appointed, great location, excellent oceanfront view and very nice, well maintained pool area. Difficult to find any downside for this unit. We have always had a great relationship with Seashore Vacations and they have immediately addressed issues we have had. I’d highly recommend this unit.

Very enjoyable trip, beautiful home, exclusive Penthouse location was perfect. Weather was very welcoming and we enjoyed the low volume of visitors before Labor Day weekend. We’re well aware of the neighborhood and proximity of everything to the unit. View and beach are unparalleled and checkin was flawless. Management was notified And preemptive related to a possible future a/c problem which was corrected on day two. Furnishings and overall amenities were great. When we return it would be here again. It was wonderful. The condo was beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need. It was very clean. Being oceanfront didn’t hurt either. The weather was perfect. Buddy and his staff at Seashore Vacations are the greatest to deal with. Have dealt with other property managers, but will only deal with Buddy and his staff at Seashore Vacations.

This is the second year we have stayed in this condo. it is beautiful and well cared for, with a great view of the ocean. Nice patio also. We like the 5th floor so there is no one above us. Pool is beautiful also. Two suggesttions (one of which I made last year)--master bed mattress is soft with a 'dip' in the middle, needs an upgrade. There is a blue ray DVD player but no remote could be found which was an inconvenience in going back or forward--once video is started you can't stop it or you have to start over from the beginning. Given the caliber of the condo these details could use some attention.

This unit is AWESOME! Kitchen's great & the view is spectacular! Very nice & big washer/dryer.
We have stayed at Shorewood a few times while in HH & never experienced any issues. Staff @ Seashore is super nice & always helpful. The only things I would "take issue" with is the fact that the light on the deck was out (probably just a light bulb change) & the floors could have been a little bit cleaner (specifically the bathroom floors). Other than that (& a couple days of rain), our stay was PERFECT! We will definitely rent this condo again!!

We have stayed at 4 units now at Shorewood and this was the nicest. It looked and felt clean and new. The appliances, stove, washer/dryer, dishwasher all worked great. Fabulous view from living room and balcony. Only suggestion is more comfortable chairs on the balcony. Inside section was very comfortable.

We had a great time staying as Shorewood 504. The views from the main living room were wonderful, we could watch the sunrise while sipping coffee on the porch, and loved the updated feel of the condo. It was great to be able to walk with our 3 small children everywhere, and enjoyed the closeness to restaurants, shops, and of course the beach. Our kids had a blast as well.

We love Shorewood! Have stayed at least 5-6 times. The location alone is perfect for us! Close to shopping and restaurants, and right on the beach. 504 has been recently renovated so it was a great condo. All new appliances and furniture looked new too. Unfortunately, we were there the week Hurricane Florence came through and ended up cutting our trip short. However, Seashore Vacations was great about the whole experience. We'll be back next year and will be looking to book 504 again!

This is a lovely property, contemporary comfortable furnishings, view is wonderful--seeing the ocean every morning really makes you feel you are 'away from it all!' There is a nice balcony outside seating area to sit and read or drink your morning coffee, with an overhead fan if it is warm. The pool is lovely also. I suggest the master bedroom have a new mattress, a bit soft and saggy. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

My family has stayed in Shorewood at least 6 times in the past 8 years. This unit has breathtaking views, is completely updated and was a great experience. The couch is so comfortable we looked for a tag to see who made it! (but couldn't find one). Would definitely choose this again.

No hiccups with our stay. Weather was great (if you like hot.) Our family returned from a rough vacation in CA in May. My wife and I decided our favorite place to relax and enjoy the ocean is at this spot on Hilton Head Island. We usually come back once a year.

We love the location of this condo!! Walking distance to the beach and to Coligny beach!!! Awesome 5th floor ocean view!!
Cons: toilet fill float was broken- head water filling tank��.
No Beach towels supplied-So bring your own.
Need more: trash bags, paper towels, and TP.
Elevator broken a couple days,..
Minor issues in all!!
Would highly recommend and would be back!!.������⛳️��
