Shorewood 421 has all of the essentials and more, kitchen is fully equipped, there are flat screen TV's and wireless internet, easy key less entry.This spacious upstairs townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths with Courtyard & pool views and also glimpses of the ocean. Also offers parking just outside of the entry door. King in the master, 2 queens in BR2 and another queen in BR3. There is an oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30. Once you stay here your family will make lasting memories and will want to return again and again! Shorewood is one of our most requested properties in the area, the grounds are immaculate and the units are quite spacious & well maintained. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Shorewood is two blocks from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

An Amazing Family Vacation Experience

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, the condo felt welcoming, clean, and incredibly spacious. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Everyone we encountered was wonderful. From the office staff to the security team, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their kindness really made us feel at home.
The private beach access made it so easy to enjoy the beach every day, and the large pool was a favorite with our granddaughter. We also appreciated that there were always plenty of chairs available, so everyone could relax comfortably.
One of the best parts was the location. We loved being able to walk to Coligny Plaza for dinner, shopping, ice cream, and just strolling around in the evenings. It was so convenient and made our vacation even more enjoyable.
We made wonderful family memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place with us!

Shorewood Condo Rental

The condo was clean and well stocked with everything needed to cook. Seashore made booking and keeping in communication easy. I would definitely recommend this condo. Can walk to restaurants and Coligny.

Wonderful vacation spot

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Decorated so cute! Very convenient location and easy walk to the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 8 and a baby. Management company is always so easy to work with!

Unit 421, Shorewood

This is a well-equipped and clean unit with many good qualities. It has games, books and beach toys for use by renters. It is a great size and has 2 decks for outdoor seating and good views. I would definitely recommend this unit and will rent it again.

Stay 03/29/25-04/05/25

We loved the location and the spacious condo. Great view of the pool and ocean, and had lots of extra supplies available for our stay. The three big issues we experienced were:

1. The upstairs bathroom toilet was leaking in the full size bed bathroom.

2. We noticed when using the dryer, that the laundry room was awfully warm and almost smelt like it was burning. It was not until day three that we discovered the dryer vent was completely detached in the back of the dryer. This could have resulted in a fire and was completely unsafe, so we were very disappointed in this. Luckily we caught it before anything bad did occur.

3. The property floors did not appear to be cleaned upon our arrival, so we ended up having to vacuum ourselves.

Thank you for your feedback and we are glad that you had some positive comments on Shorewood 421. I wish that you would have taken the time to report the issues you found while you were here so we could have addressed them. The unit was open for a few days prior to this guest's arrival and we took advantage of the open date to have a thorough "Deep Clean" performed prior to the busy season that we are now entering into. A "Deep Clean" a more thorough clean that involves moving furniture, appliances, cleaning out cabinets, drawers, etc. A clean like this cannot be performed during a "change over' day and we recommend to our owners to have one performed at least once per year. The dryer vent probably became detached during this deep clean when they pulled out the washer & dryer to clean behind them. Our inspector (not the cleaning company's inspector) indicated that the cleaners did a good job when she went through #421 prior to your arrival. My apologies. As for the toilet leak - we were unable to recreate the problem in either of the upstairs bathroom toilets. Perhaps water made its way out of one of the upstairs shower or tub. Or maybe one of the toilets overflowed. Regardless, I am sorry that you encountered some issues during your stay and wish we could have made your stay more enjoyable while you were here.

Location, Location, Location

Loved the closeness of this unit to Coligny, within walking distance, but not too close. The pool was heated, which is important to anyone from Ohio in November. Well stocked kitchen.

Beautiful Hilton Head

My family stayed in this lovely condo in October and felt completely at home ! Lots of room for everyone . Lovely & spacious rental, excellent location.

The unit was very nice and spacious, and we liked the layout for my husband and I and our kids to be upstairs and our parents downstairs. Access to pool and beach was quick and convenient, and great walking distance to Coligny and Adventure Park.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was clean, nicely furnished, and had comfortable beds. I was worried that our walk to the beach would be a bit far but, it’s closer than it looks on the map. We also loved the pool and the convenience of a pool restroom to use when we were at the pool or the beach.

Shorewood Villas, HH

Location. Location. Location. We stayed at Shorewood Villas in June with our extended family. What a wonderful place to stay. From our villa we could see the pool & the ocean which we used everyday but one. The villa itself was a 3 bed 3 bath which was beautifully decorated & gave us all the space we needed for 6 adults & a child. We could walk to Coligny Plaza, where there were restaurants, bars, grocery store, ice cream, candy & shops. The park was across the street from the plaza, along with a children’s museum.
This was our first trip to HH and it won’t be our last.

Great time in Hilton Head

The place was perfect. One thing we were not happy with is the owners associations president. She was very rude to us and they seemed to be staring at us and watching our every move. Not a good vibe!

Wonderful Family Condo

Upon arrival the condo was clean, bright and welcoming. We had everything we needed and access to two beautiful patios as well as a great kitchen/living area to share with the family. Everything was comfortable and convenient for our stay! The condo is in a great location with great views of the lawn, pool and even a sliver of the ocean! Looking forward to booking again soon.

The Best Vacation!

We loved the home we stayed in. It was in the very best location. We were a short walking distance from Coligny, right on the beach, and the pool was perfect. We picked this location because we have a toddler and this complex had a kiddie pool and zero entry pool that was perfect for us. The home itself was clean and spacious for my family of four, plus grandparents.

Love this condo

We've been renting #421 for over 10 years now. Since being sold by the original owners a few years ago, there have been updates to the condo such as new flooring, new family room and deck furniture, new staircase, and painting. It all looks beautiful!
There's plenty of room in all 3 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. The only con that we have is with the kitchen as it's fairly small and can be "tight" with more than one person in there due to the layout.

The condo complex is in a great location on Forest Beach - within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the new park, and other restaurants.
Shorewood complex is well maintained and has a nice pool area with hot tub. A sand mat was added to extend beyond the boardwalk which helps when lugging wagons down to the beach.
We love this complex and this condo!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was our first visit to Shorewood Villas. The unit was wonderful and the location perfect. We had a problem with the master bath one night and when I called the after hours line I spoke to someone immediately and they were over in ten minutes to fix it. We had a fantastic week and I can’t wait to book again.
