Shorewood 312

The wow factor started when we walked in. Views of the pool and the ocean were outstanding with easy access to both. The kitchen was very well stocked we wanted for nothing. Housekeeping was not up to par.
We will come back and recommend 312 to anyone.

If you are looking for an awesome condo for your next vacation,look no further! This is absolutely the best place I've stayed and I have been coming to Hilton Head for many years. This year was with my daughter, son-in-law and 4 grandkids and there was plenty of room for us all.The condo was clean,well stocked and beautifully decorated. The location can't be beat. There is a clear view of the ocean and the pool. It's just a short walk to be on the beach. Also walking distance from many stores and restaurants. The resort itself was well kept and felt safe. The three bathrooms are a game changer! No one standing outside the door waiting thier turn hahaha. The washer/dryer was so fast and efficient, we managed to keep the laundry caught up. I could go on and on but I'll just say that all week I was so glad I chose this place. I hope to return many times in the future.

The experience was super easy. They messaged us our gate and door codes the morning of our reservation. Car parking tickets were in the room. Everything was cleaned and even smelled good as soon As we walked through the door. Our location was perfect. Right on the beach and really near shopping at Coligny.

Shorewood 312 was the perfect location for our family vacation. Three generations were able to comfortably stay in the condo. It's beautifully decorated, and has everything you might need for a wonderful week at the beach. My only negative comment would be that cleaning was not top notch: there was clearly no effort to dust or vacuum under the beds/dressers/corners.

This is our 2nd stay at Shorewood 312. We love this quiet, beautifully decorated ocean front condo. We love waking up next to the ocean, viewing the sunrise and simply relaxing in the heart of Hilton Head. This location perfectly located a short walk from stores and restaurants. The pool was closed due to updates, but we were able to enjoy the beach even in March. We love our stays in Hilton Head and this condo is top notch!

The villa was well decorated with cozy beds and plenty of room for seven people. The location could not be better and the ocean is just steps away! They started construction on the elevator when we were there and it was noisy at times but not horrible. When we called to see how long the construction would be they answered all our questions promptly and even gave us a small refund for our inconvenience. We understand sometimes maintenance cannot wait. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo offered my family the perfect peaceful, relaxing getaway we needed. The location is ideal and the condo is immaculate. We loved every detail about this place! From the kitchen, to the bathrooms, living room, balcony, dinning room area - it was all very well stocked and had every amenity we were looking for. The decor was beautiful yet functional and well maintained. The location was prime beach front views and pool front views and easy access from the stairs or the elevator to the 3rd floor. Shorewood even had luggage carts to deliver your items to your condo - huge plus! The location was centrally located to ride your bike or walk to Coligney plaza which houses many shops and restaurants and just a short drive or bike ride to many other locations including Sea Pines. We enjoyed walking on the beach up to Coligney plaza and were delighted to view the beautiful moonrise over the same area where we watched the sunrise in the morning - gorgeous views of both! We enjoyed visiting the Salty Dog cafe, petting zoo, the lighthouse and searching for alligators in Sea Pines. Shorewood is a gated community for parking and beach access. The pool is heated and offers a spacious pool and tanning deck with a hot tub as well. The beach is wide with packed sand so it's easy to walk on the sand and ride bikes as well. If you're looking for a place to unwind and take a break from the hustle and bustle of every day life - then look no further! This is an A+ property!

We stayed here for a spring break vacation and had a great time. The condo was perfect for 5 of us, the kitchen was well stocked, the view is outstanding, and the convenience on Hilton Head Island can't be beat! Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful! Such a great location, amazing views, spacious, and right at the pool. If you have kids this is the rental you want to be in. Right on the beach and you can see the pool from the windows. It makes grabbing snacks or running up to get something so easy. The property is the right mix comfortable and decorated perfectly.

This condo was in a beautiful location, with amazing views of the ocean from the back porch, and also great views of the pool from a large side full length window. The home was comfortable and well furnished with a kitchen completely furnished with cooking utensils and dishes. It was helpful there was an elevator in the building too.

Very nice place with a great view of the pool and ocean. Rental staff was super helpful and continued communication the entire trip as needed and followed up. The AC vents and the sliding door lock receivers were rusting Just cosmetic, but noticable.

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay. The unit is perfectly located just steps from the beach and about two blocks to the coligny shopping plaza. We went there every day for shopping, food, groceries, and live music. We especially enjoyed the hot tub many times a day and the pool was never crowded and other vacationers were always friendly. The resort is safe and clean. The unit was also very clean, spacious, and wonderfully appointed and bright. The kitchen was well stocked and I was able to make a birthday cake.

The only thing that would’ve made it better would’ve been if they provide beach towels, nicer bath towels and if any of the windows had opened so we can enjoy the ocean breeze and sound of the waves from the bedrooms. Also, since entry is entirely electronic, needing to stop at the office seemed unnecessary as the information could have been shared via email.

Overall a wonderful experience and good value and we will be back again!

We were so happy with this place, it couldn't have been better. We were traveling with our family of 5 and my in-laws so the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked perfect. The unit has a beautiful ocean view with a quick walk to the beach and pool. It is walking distance to the shops and restaurants at Coligny plaza and the fun new park.

This condo was amazing. Very nicely decorated and well equipped kitchen. The location is perfection. Right on the beach and a short walk to Caligny Point. Easy to get around by car or walking. Check in/ out was extremely easy. I highly recommend Shorewood #312 And Seashore Vacations Inc. You won’t be disappointed.

The owners of 312 Shorewood have thought of everything in this gorgeous condo! The place was beautifully decorated and very clean and cozy. The view is breathtaking and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony every morning. The management service was great to work with as well.

Arrived in Hilton Head at Rental office around 1:00PM on Saturday. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the Condo was already prepared and ready for us to move in for the week. Front desk service was great, gave excellent instructions, answered our questions and directed us on our way. The Condo was spacious and well decorated with a beautiful view of ocean and pool. We were quite pleased. Parking and elevator was convenient and made moving in easy. The pool was clean and the walk to ocean had a boardwalk with private gate. All in the family just loved the condo.

This was our third year staying in this condo. The condo was clean and spacious. We love the location and love that's it's close to the pool. I was disappointed the front gate was not locked each day and was open with guard there occasionally. If he leaves his post I thought the gate should be closed. I also hated to see people hanging towels on the balconies. I like that this isn't allowed bc it keeps the complex looking clean.

This was our second time at Shorewood, and our first in 312. I can say without a doubt my family will try to stay in 312 again! The condo was spacious, with a very well appointed kitchen. The view was unbelievable! The bedrooms were comfortable. The pool and location next to the beach make for excellent summer fun. We will be reserving this condo again in the future!

Great property located at Shorewood. The unit was clean and conveniently located. The management staff was very helpful and was easy to reach after hours. Please note the unit did not have shampoo or a hair dryer. Also, only one packet of laundry detergent was provided. The pantry was reasonably stocked and all of the kitchen utensils were provided. Overall a great place to visit!

Had a wonderful 2 weeks for the Christmas Holidays. Loved the apt, everything was top notch and beautiful, right on the beach. The kitchen is well set up to cook with wonderful pots and pans, etc. The only thing I would change is to have a heavier window treatment in the master bedroom as it is too light to sleep but then we like it dark in the bedroom. Location wonderful, we would buy an apt. in that complex if they would allow small dogs but they don't.
