Overall, good experience. Unit was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Great location. Only shortfalls were worn out and stained bath towels & washcloths and the dishwasher needed a good cleaning. Sent a text message to the management company about the DW but never heard back.

We enjoyed our stay at Shorewood. The condo was just as pictured and the beach was a quick walk past the pool area. The condo is very walkable to anything that you might want or need. The rental agency was great to work with; excellent communication.

Hilton Head Island checks off all the boxes for us. We use Seashore Vacations when we book because they are sensitive to our needs. We recently booked a 2 week stay. Because we booked late, we had to book each week in a different unit. Seashore made our move from unit to unit seamless. They arranged for late checkout and early check in. They have been serving us for 8 years with nothing but outstanding customer service. Can't say enough about these folks. The property at Shorewood is well kept. It is on the beach and close (walking distance) to dining and shops. Units are well stocked, updated and clean.

Beautiful unit! So clean and the entire property was clean and very well taken care of. The decore was so nice and seemed like high quality thought put into it. Only one issue I had was no curtains in the living room going out to the balcony. There were workers outside our balcony cleaning windows but could totally see inside.

Well equipped, AC issue fixed fast, very spacious and comfortable. Nice view. Easy access to pool and beach. Walking distance to Coligny and restaurants.

This condo is perfect! This is the first time we have stayed in Shorewood and we love the location. The condo is updated in the beds are very comfortable. The patio table and four chairs are perfect for eating breakfast outside and walk to the beach takes only a few minutes as the boardwalk is just around the building. We really enjoyed the hot tub, but did not use the pool because we visited in December. Overall, I would stay in this condo again! We really enjoyed the very short walk to Coligny Plaza! My only issue was that we paid to have chairs delivered by VayK with our beach gear credit and the chairs were only delivered this afternoon of our second day so we missed being able to use them on the beach for most of that day. I would bring my own chairs next time.

The rental was in a well taken care of complex with plenty of close parking to the unit. It was within walking or biking distance to many restaurants and activities at Coligny park and right on the beach which was perfect. The pool was too cold for me, but my kids loved it. I enjoyed the hot tub and the quiet. The unit had everything we needed to prepare a very simple thanksgiving meal. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Overall, I would be inclined to return to this unit, if not the complex and stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful week. The communication from Seashore was excellent and check-in and out was a breeze. The property has everything you need - great location, family friendly, nice pool, private beach access, plenty of parking and bike racks. Unit was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.

We loved staying here. The location is perfect. Everything was clean and nicely updated. We did find the King bed very uncomfortable, so I'd consider adding a topper or changing the mattress out. We did not use the second bedroom, but it looked nice. The beach and pool are both a short walk. We struggled to find our way the first day, but figured it out quickly. Parking under the unit was difficult with my large SUV and when we arrived the outside parking was full, so we parked once and walked everywhere once we arrived to avoid having to repark. The washer and dryer were very convenient to wash the sand/chlorine away from our clothes. The kitchen pots and pans could use a refresh, the teflon was chipped/flaking on most of them, but we only had one meal there during our stay. Overall a great experience. Our stay was peaceful, friendly people near the pool, and we really enjoyed our trip here.

Condo was great for our short trip! Beds were very comfortable and you cannot beat the location and amenities of Shorewood!! Only minor complaint is the sofa wasn't very comfortable and made lots of noise if you moved around at all. Otherwise, awesome unit with great upgrades!

Condo was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in over our last 20 years at Hilton Head. Up to date, nice furniture and clean. I have stayed at these condos almost every year and this was the best. Seashore Vacations always takes good care of us. We stay at Shorewood Condos on S. Forest Beach.

Had a great experience working with Seashore vacas. Questions answered in a timely manner; smooth easy booking experience. When we arrived, we were told our condo was ready. When we arrived to the condo, it had not been cleaned. :-/ This was our only complaint. However, they sent someone out right away, and but he time we returned from grocery shopping, everything was ready to go! Thanks, Seashore vacas!

Great place. Well renovated. The only issue was the Wifi needed to be fixed. Once we got the Wifi fixed, the TV didn’t really work after that. But because we don’t watch much TV on vacation, we still had a great stay.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Shorewood 231. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We could walk to the beach and we could also walk to cafes, shops and restaurants.
However, we were not notified that the pool would be closed for maintenance. We specifically chose this rental because of the pool - we were bringing a two year old with us, and we also were looking forward to the hot tub. The workers told us that this maintenance had been planned for a long time(before we booked) and we were not given any notice either at the time of our booking OR when we checked in. Very disappointed about the lack of transparency. Either a discount OR a credit towards a fire booking would have been welcomed.

Shorewood 231 is a lovely unit and we are glad that this review reflects how wonderful it is; however, we apologize that this customer feels we failed in communication about the pool. We were told the pool that would be closed no longer than October 31st at the latest (which they were informed about) and when the project went longer than anticipated (which of course with construction, we should always anticipate) these folks were already in house without the use of the pool. Projects like these leave us all a bit frustrated and we understand their disappointment.
