Guests staying in Shorewood 201 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach as far as the eye can see. After hours in the surf, vacationers return from the ocean via the private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool or a seasonally heated spa. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30. Toddlers have a separate wading pool. Shorewood is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Shorewood is two blocks from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This nicely furnished newly updated and freshly outfitted property features a comfortable outdoor patio set on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo has great laminate flooring, new updated kitchen, and new furnishings throughout. The A/C System was replaced in May of 2019 as well as a new washer & dryer in August of 2019. All of the bathrooms were completely renovated in April 2022. King bed in the master bedroom, Two Twins in bedroom 2, King in Bedroom 3, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Paradise!

Every need was met! Unit 201 is well equipped! We absolutely loved the location to the pool and beach! The balcony over looked the pool and the entrance to the beach so we could watch the happy families walking to & fro. The decorations were lovely, beach themed. Anytime I had a question, I quickly received a response. We will definitely be returning!

Fun in the Sun

Close enough to walk to the Coligny shops and restaurants but far enough away from the public beach and clubs for a peaceful stretch of beach. We love HHI and have enjoyed our stays at Shorewood the past 10 years. This unit has been our favorite.

Great Turkey Vacay

Great spacious condo with fantastic views of the ocean. Location was amazing as its walking distance to retail and dinning. Rental company was helpful in resolving an issue with the dryer. We hope to return next Thanksgiving!

wonderful week and a half

We have stayed at 201 for the last 7 years and it feels like our 2nd home. We really love this unit and Shorewood. The refrig door does not close completely and the repair man was in to work on the ice maker but we still had no ice. We also would have liked to have a broom to sweep up the floors and the patio.

Perfect spot for a Beach Stay

We had a wonderful time at 201 Shorewood. The views are incredible. Its a 5-10 minute walk to Celebration Park and Coligny. The villa was clean and accommodating for a young family.

Seashore vacations hits home run again !

My family went to Hilton Head in March for two weeks staying in Shorewood . The first week my daughter and son and there families came so we had two rentals in Shorewood both of which were fabulous . Clean. Modern. Comfortable . Well equipped . We then stayed on a second week just because we love a Hilton Head !

Hilton Head Shorewood 201

We have been coming to Hilton Head island for over 25 years now and are never disappointed ! This visit is no different ! This condo has been updated and was comfortable and inviting . It had everything we needed with beautiful views, lots of room to spread ourselves out , a well supplied kitchen and comfortable beds . We love that this property is corner unit so we see the amazing views of the beach and the pool. Beautiful property with new remodel bathrooms. 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms is wonderful, plenty of space. Walking distance to Coligny Plaza which has cute little shops and restaurants. We will stay here again!

Best location on the island!

Beautiful Ocean Views

The condo was spacious and up to date with beautiful new bathrooms and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Overall we were happy with the condo but it did need some TLC. It needed a deep clean, floors and area rugs were dirty. It would have helped if there was a broom or vacuum available as well. The staff were amazing with any issues or concerns we had, answered/fixed immediately.

Family Weekend Getaway

Great location and spectacular views! Nice living space and furnishings. Kitchen was well furnished. Unit partially renovated (bathrooms 2 & 3 could use a little TLC) and twin bedroom was a little tight for two adult men but overall the unit met all our needs. As always Seashore Vacations provided excellent service!

Shorewood home away from home

We had another great vacation at Shorewood. We love the location! We were less than pleased with being notified two different time right before vacation due to construction. Otherwise this stay gets two thumbs up.

Great location!

Beach week

The property and location were excellent. But we did encounter a few issues. The air conditioning did not work well in 2 was hot & muggy. Fans helped but not great for sleeping. They checked it out and said the unit was new. The dryer was broken and ripped 2 items of clothing. The managers did replace it the next day. There was a very strong "sulfur" smell in the washing machine water and the master bathroom. Had to "live" with it. Very little storage for beach items and bathroom items. The unit is beautiful, we loved the location and the pool. The dining/living area was beautiful and spacious. Not sure we will book this unit again mostly because of the A/C problems.

The owners of this property (Shorewood 201) purchased a brand new upgraded A/C System (Outdoor compressor and indoor air handler) in May of 2019. We have reached out to the A/C company that installed the system to determine if there is an issue that needs to be addressed and (if so) what needs to be done. After the guest reported the issue with the dryer - the owners gave us permission to replace it immediately and also decided to replace the washing machine for safe measure. Both were installed in the condo within 24 hours of the problem being reported. The water heater in this unit was replaced less than a year ago. To address the sulfur smell reported - we reached out to the plumber that installed it to flush the heater, sanitize it and also treat the lines. This service was performed on 8/21/19 which was the first open date since May. It is a beautiful condo with a great view of the ocean and pool. We hope you will come back and stay with us at Shorewood 201.

Great location!

Our condo was very nicely decorated and in a stellar location. We did have an issue with the master bath shower drain clogging up. We had to buy drain cleaner to remedy the situation. Also the queen bed in the back bedroom could use a new mattress. The condo kitchen was well stocked.

Shorewood 201 was purchased in May 2019 and the new owners are committed to making some improvements when they come down later this fall after the rental season. This includes a decision on the Queen mattress mentioned in the review. We have reached out to a plumber concerning the drain issue in the master bath.
