Sea Crest 2509

The condo was very clean, very spacious, and well set up. The space is large with two balconies and a big table for 6. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the beach. The den furniture was not very comfy for lounging but the beds were great! We didn’t spend too much time inside. The walk across the street to Coligny Plaza was perfect for a quick shopping trip or take out. The grocery store in Coligny Plaza was a blessing. The walk to the beach was short too. Everything is close so you can park your vehicle for the week if you want. We really enjoyed our stay here and will come back! There is a Keurig machine the makes a pot AND can brew one cup at a time with K-cups. (THANK YOU) I was glad to have a washer and dryer, the dryer needs a little repair on the door but nothing major, it works, we only needed it once. There are plenty dishes and pots in the kitchen for all your needs. There were plenty of starter pods for the dishwasher and soap for dishes. They give you enough bath towels for the week, depending on how many you have staying. There are also puzzles and a few games for those that like to stay busy. Overall, I highly recommend this rental. I will be back. Thank you to the owners!

Updates to unit done well, particularly in baths. The linens (both bed sheets and towels) could really use more substance (both in size and quality).
We found the beds incredibly uncomfortable. A bit difficult to sleep well as unfortunately memory foam style is not supportive enough, especially for two sharing the bed. Nice views, though during our stay there was unfortunately construction noise on next street down from master that began a bit too early one morning. The perks were proximity to beach and restaurant choices, both walkable in minutes. The beachside bar/cafe were convenient and appreciated as well.

This condo was beautiful. It was updated and spacious, and provided any amenity that we needed for the week. Very clean.
I was extremely impressed with all contacts I had with the property management company (Seashore Vacations). Phone calls and emails were always professional, friendly and prompt. They were very informed and on top of things. Always answered my questions. We would stay at this property again and/or would recommend to friends and family.
We loved being able to walk across the street for dining, shopping, drinks and groceries. So convenient.

Our family had a wonderful time. It was our first time in Hilton Head and the condo was beautiful. It was in a great location for first timers and had everything we wanted. We will definitely return and explore the area even more next time. Only suggestion is to update the beds. Needs better mattresses.

We had a wonderful stay at 2509 Seacrest . The unit had lovely ocean view’s especially of the sunrise. The unit was perfect. Very spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. We also loved the complex with gorgeous gardens/ponds, two pools, hot tub, gym and Pool Bar Jims. The lication at Coligny Circle was very convenient for shopping and restaurants. Seashore Vacations was very helpful.

The condo was a nice place to stay. The location is great. You can walk to restaurants, stores, and the grocery. It was a sweltering hot August week and there is no ocean breeze on this side of the building so sitting outside on the patio wasn’t really an option, but the sun rises were nice before it got too hot. We like to cook and the condo could use some good pots with lids as well as a Keurig. Most places we stay have a selection of spices and basics in the condo to get you started but this one did not. You need to buy or bring everything you want starting with salt and pepper. The drains need cleaned. They were slow in the tubs and one sink in each bathroom. I re-cleaned everything when we arrived. I am particular. It was your typical rental clean. Bathrooms sprayed and rinsed, floors swiffered and counters wiped The air filters were clogged and need changed. Overall it was a nice rental. Plenty of room for all of us and the beds were comfortable.

These upgrades include: Fresh painting throughout, 2 New A/C Systems, all new Stainless - Steel Appliances, New Water Heater, new furnishings in the living room & dining areas, new Casper hybrid King size Mattresses in the 2 Master Bedrooms, 4 new large screen Smart TV's including a 65" LG Nano in the living room as well as updated lighting throughout. In particular - adding a Keurig coffee maker, check the condition of the pots & pans and also provide some additional basics like salt & pepper. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean except for the balcony which was obviously dirty from the previous guests. The kitchen is smaller than other units in the building that we’ve rented, but it was workable. The beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful. The deck around the pool definitely needs to be redone, as it’s splintered in several places. Overall though, we love Seacrest and will definitely come back.

This is a gorgeous three bedroom unit with beautiful view and comfortable beds and pillows! I stayed here with my family of 5 over memorial day weekend and we loved the unit. We cooked a few times and the beds were super comfy. It was great getting lunch or a drink by Pool Bar Jims and it was so nice that the owners left some beach toys for the kids. Coffee on the beautiful balcony and so close to shops, I would stay in this unit again for sure!

This place is amazing! It is well-stocked with everything you could need during your stay—clean bedding and towels, full kitchen (pantry shelving needs a little attention), plenty of space for two families, including seating, and a view that made every vacation morning that much sweeter. Bathrooms were very clean, and plenty of pressure in the showers. The location of the condo is perfection. Only a short 2-minute walk to the beach, which was very doable with young children, and in walking distance to everywhere else you will need to go. We parked our car upon check-in and didn’t drive anywhere the entire stay. A grocery, many shops and restaurants are all so close! We will most certainly be back!

Excellent-we had a wonderful time during our stay in Hilton Head. The rental was great, plenty of room for 6 adults and our infant grand son. The only glitch was the indoor pool and fitness gym was closed due to Covid. The rental process, check in and out was great will consider renting for this company again.

I can’t say enough about this experience! Seashore Vacations is a top notch management Company. We had issues with ground and air transportation and they helped us problem solve and provided resources to help us out of our dilemmas. They are professional and extremely helpful. Our place was perfect. It was beachfront with an ocean view. The property is across from a mall with grocery store, liquor store and retail shops. We did not have a car so this was really important to us! LThe unit was spacious and well furnished. It was very comfortable for 6 women friends. My only negative is that the pillows were terrible and one of the beds very uncomfortable. An easy fix for a lovely unit! I highly recommend this unit.

Actually chose another rental, but we were upgraded to Sea Crest 2509. We loved Sea Crest better than any rental we have stayed in so far at Hilton Head. Location is best on the island--you could honestly stay and never move your car. Very clean and updated. View was wonderful of the ocean and beach. Plenty of space and privacy for multiple families. We enjoyed walking to breakfast and dinner. Watusi was wonderful for breakfast. Also, my 4 year old grandson enjoyed the pirate ship playground so much at lowcountry celebration park--it is amazing and a must visit with all age children. We saw turtles and an alligator swimming by. Skull Creek is a great place to visit for the view and even more for the great seafood. We drove up to Harbor Town Lighthouse the day we left. It was an easy walk to the top with a beautiful view to enjoy. We got to see dolphins swimming with babies. We have never been disappointed renting through Seashore Vacations!!

Even with colder and wetter winter conditions, this year, this unit provided for a pleasant retreat with a fantastic view of the ocean and beach. This unit ,by far, has one of the best ocean views, of any unit in the complex. It is the fourth winter season that we have stayed at this unit and we have never been disappointed. Great unit with a lot of space. The property management company, for this unit, has always been very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

This was are 3rd winter stay. Are overall vacation was great, despite the shutdown of the island due to the virus. This condo has a great location, at the beach and across the street from Coligny Plaza. It has an excellent view of the beach and the ocean. The unit is clean and in good shape. Seashore Vacations, the management company, is very accommodating, responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be back to stay at this unit again.

Wonderful stay. 2nd time we've rented this unit. Plenty of room for 6 adults and large bedrooms. Beds were wonderful. Furniture is a little dated and dinning room arm chairs a little loose, but other than that it was great.

This condo is great. So great we stayed for 3 months. It has an excellent view of the ocean and the beach. The unit was very clean, nicely appointed and is centrally located to all the attractions on the island. Really enjoyed our stay here - as always, didn't want to come home! We usually stay at SeaCrest, but switch up which condo we stay in. Welovethat the condo has two separate pool, kiddie pools, and Pool Bar Jims is great! Can't beat the location in Coligny. The condo was clean and everything was in working order. Only complaint was one of the king beds was a little uncomfortable (seemed a little lop-sided, and was harder than we like). Great views off the patios, extra beach toys and equipment in the storage closet, and.

I am an annual guest. We Love the condo. And the location. Had trouble with the TVs this year. After two visits from cable man, didn't want to call again. Important when you have children. My family and I look forward to this trip every year! Buddy is great to work with. I would recommend Seashore to friends.
The condo is spotless. The balcony could use a little work.

Our whole family had a wonderful stay in this condo! The view was much better than expected! Lots of room-rooms were big and large bathrooms too. Kitchen was a little small, but not a big deal. Does need some new cooking utensils and pots and pans, and a new toaster! What's with the old, yucky toaster-toasters are cheap! But, nothing that was a big deal! Would stay here again!

The condo was even better than I expected. The view was spectacular from all the main rooms, which helped with those who were not as mobile to see and enjoy the beach even inside. The one weak area was lack of good cooking equipment. It was hard to cook for 7 or 8 people. Need more larger skillets and pots. Also there were no hot pads. Therefore we ate out more than we had planned. But we did have an awesome week and would stay there again.

Rented this unit for girls weekend and it was perfect for us. Big bedrooms, 2 with king beds and 1 with double, walk-in closets, walk in showers and garden tubs in the bathrooms. Balconies off 2 of the bedrooms was nice, furnishings were fine. The kitchen area very small but we didn't oook, just made coffee so it was more than adequate. The deck furniture is showing some age and the table should be refinished but we had plenty of room and some privacy too. The unit is not the newest, no granite countertops and the bathroom counters and toilets were your basic white but it was great, we enjoyed it and would not hesitate to recommend or stay again. The pools and landscaping around the Seacrest were lovely, even a little pool bar and the beach, well it's the beach nothing can be wrong with that!
