Ocean Walk 105

Nice place. Beds and furniture comfy and clean with some normal wear. The only problem I had was there were no sheets for the 2 sleeper sofas. I texted them and they brought the next day. Responded promptly. All of the people in our party were very happy with our stay.
Appreciated the Vakay Life beach gear credit!

Wonderful condo! Beds were comfortable and the location is great! Less than a 10 minute walk to Alder Lane beach access. We loved the patio! The only very minor issue was the condo is in need of dusting. Otherwise, everything else was spotless.

Very nice , loved the 2,units together, gave some privacy and was able to be in one place .The walk to beach was not great!! Thought it was going to be right across the road however had to walk down a ways to get to public access,

This is our favorite condo we've ever rented for vacation. The lay out was perfect for our family. One living room big enough for all 5 of us together but 2nd living room option if kids wanted to watch something different. The walk to the beach was even shorter than I had thought it would be and a very easy, shady walk. It was very clean, updated, nice comfy furnishings. I slept better in these beds than I do at home. The kitchen was very well equipped. They had lots of good books for reading on the beach. The patio exited right into the parking lot making unloading and loading a breeze. The management company was absolutely wonderful for us. On our check in day, I had scheduled a grocery delivery. We got severely delayed travelling and I was unable to modify my delivery window. My groceries were delivered and left in the hallway 2 hours before we could get there. I messaged the management company, they responded immediately and said they would take care of it. When we arrived, not only had they brought all the bags inside, but they had neatly arranged all of the refrigerated and frozen items in the refrigerator/freezer and even placed the pineapple in the center of the dining table making a cute center piece. We had no issues at all during our stay, everything worked and we lacked for nothing. I'm already hoping to book this exact same rental next year. We loved everything!!!

We had a great time staying at ocean walk 105. My daughter and her husband arrived and were able to have their own space since the condo is so large and has a separate living room. We would book this condo again.

Beautiful spacious condo in a great location, nicely furnished. However, there are nest doorbells- motion activated. The thermostat is nest and WiFi/app connected,we had a thermostat war every day with settings being reset to 75 at night while we were sleeping and randomly during day, we would get hot and check and was reset to 75 every time. Our last night it was reset 3 times from midnight to 7am. We know not to set below 72 due to units freezing but this was annoying. We notified rental agency on Tuesday but was never addressed. Would not stay here again because of this. Very intrusive on vacation to be watched and thermostats remotely changed.

We are aware of this review from the guest regarding the Nest doorbells and thermostats. Firstly, the doorbells are NOT hooked up to anything. They were there when the new owner purchased the property and are not connected. However, for peace of mind, we will remove them. Also, we sent our maintenance technician over to address the thermostat when the guest called. The guest was not present when we arrived but we found that the unit was on a schedule and the schedule had to be removed to hold the temperature at it's current spot. None of the thermostats, door bells, or locks are connected to any outside device and thermostats are not controlled by Seashore or guests.

Location of rental was good. It is about a 8 minute walk to the beach. The air conditioning worked well in the unit, however the hallways in the building were very humid. We had an issue with one of the smoke detectors the first day, and the management company sent someone right away. Luckily we brought beach towels as they only have regular bath towels for the pool and beach. We had to buy some salt and spices for cooking as there were none, but the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, and other kitchen necessities. There is a Keurig, and you will need to purchase the pods. There are some beach toys and umbrellas there for use as well. Beds were comfy overall- the pull out was okay for an 8 year old, but I wouldn't put an adult to sleep there.

Seashore Vacations Inc rental team was first class. Ocean Walk 105 was a ground floor unit that was convenient to the pool, ground and vehicle. An easy 10 minute stroll to the beach and 15 minute walk to Coligny Plaza. Just a great unit location. Highly recommend this unit.
