Ocean One 513 is new to our rental program in 2025 and offers top floor panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the newly renovated oceanfront pool as well as the grilling area. This 5th floor Direct Oceanfront condo sleeps 6 people comfortably with a King Bed in the Primary Bedroom plus 2 Queens in Bedroom 2. Each Bedroom has their own adjacent bathroom. After spending hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is just one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. The new Lowcountry Celebration Park is also located nearby just off of Pope Avenue (5 minute walk from Ocean One) and is host to many of the Island Festivals & Concerts that take place throughout the year. There is also a playground for vacationers with small children. The Ocean One Pool is heated during the months of March, April, October & November (Weather permitting). Ocean One has one of the best locations on Hilton Head along with first class amenities. A stay in Unit #513 gives you a taste of the best Hilton Head has to offer.

Girl's Trip 2026

Rented this condo for our Girl's Trip. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable and roomy! The view was fabulous! The pool was clean and the water was ohhh sooo refreshing after coming off the beach!
The only suggestions we have are:
FAN SWITCH: there wasn't a fan switch in the bathroom off the bedroom with 2 Queens. Very hot when drying your hair.
MORE MIRRORS: the only mirrors in the unit were in the bathrooms. A couple of full length mirrors would be good to have.
ICE MAKER: the freezer didn't have an ice maker and instead we had to fill ice trays each day.
None of the above affected our trip, and are only observations! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

perfect beach vacation

clean and updated condo. fantastic pool, beach, and ocean view. watched three deer feeding on a couple nights. short walk to many shops and restaurants. saw dozens of dolphins on an intercoastal boat ride.

Beautiful view, gorgeous beach, perfect pool

We had a wonderful time! The condo was lovely. Being on the top floor is great for the ocean front views (just be prepared to take the stairs when elevators are congested). A couple things that we found that we needed were a few more pots and pans and better baking sheets. Oh and a sign above the kitchen sink explaining how the censor works would be helpful. I grew up coming to Ocean One and was thrilled to see the pool deck remodeled! We did the usual Hilton Head stuff but nothing beats a day just enjoying the beach and pool at Ocean One. One new find: Fish Haul Beach. It's a great place to take kids to see sea creatures. Very quiet, easy parking, and there are bathrooms. It's not really a beach where you'd want to swim (gators, sharks, etc.), but it's a magical and natural place to explore that is off the beaten path.

Great Girls Week

Our criteria for picking a condo is oceanfront, not too far a walk to the beach and en-suite bedrooms. This condo had all of these features. Condo was in a perfect location. The only issue we had was the condo was located on top floor and there was no roof covering the patio so it was too sunny to eat on patio. We love having breakfast and lunch outside but was unable to do so. We saw one top floor condo had an umbrella on patio which would have solved the issue. Condo was very clean. Starter items included 3 dishwasher pods, 2 washing machine pods, 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Some of the light switches didn’t turn on anything which was confusing. Had to call management to get the dishwasher to work but they suggested we try the breaker box and that did the trick. They were very responsive. The only reason we wouldn’t return is the issue with no shade on the patio. If an umbrella would be provided we would love to return.

Ocean One

For many years I have stayed in different condos in Ocean One (sometimes twice a year) and always reserved through Seashore Vacations. The staff is exceptional. They respond quickly to any request, are professional and friendly. This is the first time I stayed in 513. This condo is perfect! Very clean and beautifully decorated! Has everything you will need. Perfect location and outstanding view! The beautiful grounds, swimming pool, and fire pits are a plus!

Ocean One 513

We had such a wonderful stay at Ocean One 513!From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The apartment was clean, and had everything we needed. The view was breathtaking. This is our second stay at Ocean One. We loved it here.
The location is perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing when we came back at the end of the day.
The only thing that I didn’t like was the washer was doing a lot
Of noise, other than that everything perfect.
This was truly one of the most enjoyable vacations we’ve had, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a memorable getaway!
