Great vacation spot!

504 was clean and beautifully updated. The kitchen had everything we needed. We love Ocean One for the heated pool, super easy access to the beach, and close walk to Coligny. It’s perfect for traveling with kids. It was windy when we travelled so unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the porch as much as we usually like to but 504 has a great dining table outside.

Ocean One 504

We have stayed at Ocean One for almost 10 years. I try to find a reasonable price condo. We stayed at 504 before and it needs some tlc. The condo complex did do some updating on the pool area (which was nice) and the walkway to the beach. I don’t know who makes the price but they are getting expensive. I would love to try and get an ocean view but wouldn’t be able to afford it.

We were there for 22 days and enjoyed our time there very much. The location was excellent. We were located right in the center the beach, restaurants and all the shopping within walking distance. The unit was very nice, well equipped kitchen with a great layout. There’s so much to do in that area. The gentlemen from security were great always. If you needed anything.

Staycation Paradise

Hilton Head Coligny Beach

It was perfect! Much nicer than I expected. Our unit was immaculate and comfortable. The pool was clean and warm. The walk to the beach was only a few steps. The beach was nice for walking. The ocean water was stirred up so it appeared murky but I think that was a result of hurricane Ernesto.
We enjoyed a kayak tour, dolphin tour (lots of dolphins) and bike rentals in the Sea Pune Forest. Restaurants were plentiful and close by. We will definitely come back. Hopefully we can stay in the same unit.

Great condo

Easy access. Clean , although it is showing wear( especially wood trim in bathrooms). Parking was not ideal. Well stocked kitchen with newer appliances . Pool was great and easy quick walk to the beach!!

Great location

We came for 5 days and it was perfect for a small family. The pool and beach are close along with coligny plaza. There’s a great playground acorss the street as well. So much to do around for little ones.

Recent Stay

Overall, the stay was great. That said, the condo wasn't cleaned very well upon our arrival. We ended up purchasing a mop to clean. Also, we were unaware of the exterior construction going on which we understand updates have to occur at times, but we should have been notified that this work was in process ahead of our arrival. The one elevator closest to our unit wasn't working and the working elevator was by all of the construction/dust on the far other end. During the day the lights in the exterior hallways and stairwells were shut off due to the work but no temporary lighting was in place so we had to navigate coming and going in the dark. Definitely opportunity to trip and opening up liability to the condo association/owner. Also, in the interior room the new lights are very bright at night and the current drapes didn't seal off. I would recommend getting a more fitted blind to prevent this.

Unaddressed issue

The location of the property is wonderful, we have stayed in various units in this complex for the past 38 years. We have previously stayed in this unit and rebooked it for the quality of the condo.
When we arrived the door for one of the bathrooms would not move. It would open a few inches but would go no further. I contacted the office on check in day and was told that the swelling has to go down before the door could be repaired. We went the whole week without that being repaired. This made one of the two bathrooms of the condo unusable by many of our party.
I am not sure we will be selecting this condo again.

Great Getaway!!!

This condo was perfect for a quick girls’ getaway in Hilton Head. The location is awesome, so close to Coligny Beach, the Tiki Bar and the many shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. The condo was spacious, everything was clean and maintained, and Seashore Vacations did a great job communicating and addressing any questions we had! I give this condo a high rating. Note that the complex is on the beach, but this unit overlooks the parking lot, but we knew that going in. We had an awesome time!

Beautifully Updated!

We loved the light, fresh feel of this beautifully updated unit! I especially appreciated the newer appliances and all of the counter space in the kitchen. The large dining room table was perfect for meals and family game nights. The property is located within walking distance of Coligny plaza which contains a grocery store, liquor store, and many delicious restaurants and unique shops. I highly recommend!

Fall Break

Perfect Stay

This was our first year staying in this condo. Usually we stay on the 4th floor but the owner sold that one. The location of the condos is perfect. You can walk to the plaza. The only thing I will say is that the bathroom with the single bed needs better lighting. It is a little dark.

Ocean One HHI

This was our first time to HHI. We loved it. The bike paths are easy to navigate and biking on the beach was enjoyable until we had to bike into a 25 mph headwind! The condo was stocked well and the grounds were well kept as was the pool. Love the amount of marshes surrounding the back side of the island. Enjoyed visiting Dauguskie Island as well. We’ll be back.

Great Fall Stay Ocean One 504.

Great Location

Great location

The location of this condo couldn’t get any better! We loved that we could just step outside and be on the beach. The inside of the condo has been updated nicely.
Our only complaints are that the washer had mold in it when we arrived, the dressers had sand in the drawers, and some of the sheets had stains.
So the cleaning wasn’t as good as it should be.

Hilton Head Vacation

Loved the location of this condo. Rental experience was easy and seashore vacations responded quickly to any questions. The only small complaints were ice maker did not work and there were a few dirty plates, cups in the cupboard.

Great location just needs some TLC

Just wonderful lots of relaxing time, everything right at my fingertips. As far as unit goes needs a deep cleaning, furniture replacement and better stocked kitchen, like spatula, strainer for Pettitte. Great location should take care of this unit for on going rentals.

Nice comfortable space. This is one we hadn't stayed in before (been coming every year for 10+) and was a little more outdated than usual but clean and had everything we needed. Ocean 1 #504

Overall, a great vacation - appliances worked well, plenty of kitchen items to help with feeding our group. Directions for the televisions would be helpful - I had young adults to help figure it out for me. The chaise lounge on the balcony has a significant tear in it which keeps you from being able to use it and the oven mitt had a tear right in thumb which gave me a quite a burn when I used it. Those are things that could be taken care of pretty readily, I imagine, and didn't take away from the vacation. The company was extremely helpful with check-in and check-out which was greatly appreciated as we came in quite late - thank you!

Excellent Condo

We were very satisfied with this condo. It was beautifully updated and plenty of room for our family. Wished we could have stayed the entire week but no one can control a hurricane. Ocean 1 - 504 review

very good. great place. awesome location. the place was just redone so it looked amazing. the dishwasher had a broken cap on where to hold the soap and the oven took 20 minutes to heat to 400 degrees. That is the only issue we had. great place to stay.

While the unit is not facing the beach, this place is steps away from the beach.
The interior was recently updated and has everything you'll need for an extended stay.

Quick vacation

Home was very nice and updated. Perfect for 7 of us. It was also very well stocked with kitchen supplies, I just wish we would've known what they had before as we brought a large pot with us and several other things we didn't need. The only negative was one bed had sand on top of the sheet so it probably was not changed from the last stay. Nice stay though and we'd be back.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was beautifully furnished, perfectly clean, and very comfortable. A warning to families - it is directly next to the Tiki Hut bar which has live music which we could hear from some rooms, but it did not seem to bother my 10 month old daughter in the front bedroom and music stopped early in the evening.

HHI New Year

Decent home away from home.

This unit was exactly as described. And overall, a wonderful experience. This unit, however, was a little dated in terms of overall appearance. Living room furniture wasn't very comfortable. This unit could use a little TLC... a decent chair in the living room, spruce up the bedroom furniture--especially twins, AND add wireless internet (come on, folks, it's 2013). Buddy and Lynn at Seashore Vacations were exceptional.

Nice location, but condo needs updated.

Ocean One is in a great location--close to Coligny Circle and volleyball courts, Tiki Hut bar, etc. However, the condo needs to be updated (i.e., furniture is worn, carpet stained). Twin beds are very small for high school boy and sofa bed needs replaced. The price was fine, but other condos have been updated and are at the same price. Landscaping & pool are kept very nice. Would recommend to others, but be aware it has not been updated.

Good location

Location was great. Close to coligny plaza. Villa was a little tired and could use some TLC. Pool didn't appear to be heated so kids couldn't swim with the cooler weather. Other than that we had no complaints.

Great location, close to the beach and also close to Coligny Plaza. Beautiful weather - wonderfull stay.

have stayed in other condo's there that were nicer. there was some issue's w/cleanliness

would probably rather be a little further away from the busy holiday inn/public access crowds...we usually stay at ocean club. unlike ocean club, ocean one has a guard, seemed more secure. kinda nice bein next door to the tiki bar too!
