Ocean One 502

Ocean One is an ideal property and location on South Forest Beach. We have been coming going on 15 years and Seashore Vacations are great to deal with.

We had a great stay overall! The location right on the beach was unbeatable, and the heated pool was a huge bonus. The unit was very clean, and communication with Sea Shore was smooth and easy throughout our trip.

That said, the condo itself is a bit dated and could use some updating—particularly the floors. A few electrical outlets didn’t work, and none of the bathroom fans were functioning, which would’ve been helpful. The lighting inside was also a little dim at night.

Even with those minor drawbacks, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

This condo suited all of our needs for our family vacay with the grandparents. It was close to everything and fun to walk around the complex. We enjoyed the amenities and loved how clean everything was. The condo has tons of space and we felt very at home. We would rent here again for sure:)

Had a great return stay to Ocean 502. The condo and property are always in excellent condition. The onsite staff are friendly and you cannot beat the location. I would highly recommend this property and condo for your next visit to Hilton Head!

Over the past 23 years we have been to Hilton Head about a dozen times and have stayed at an Ocean One property each time. There were 9 of us in our party and everyone said that had a great time.
There were a few issues, although nothing too major. The elevator nearest our unit was taken out of service several times during the week. Since 2 of our party are in their 70’s and 1 having mobility issues this was more than an inconvenience. The pool was closed the last 2+ days we were there. The master bedroom and the twin bedroom share a bathroom and both rooms have direct access from each room. This setup may work fine for parents and young children sharing these rooms but in our case it required a little more coordination.
We did have great weather, the unit was clean and everyone had a great time.

Our group of five enjoyed our stay in Ocean One. The condo was clean and spacious. Large dining table and plenty of living room furniture Lots of storage space/closets. The location was ideal! A very easy walk to Coligny (restaurants, shopping, and groceries) and we loved its location on the beach.
This unit does not supply shampoo bottles or dish soap. Bars of soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, plenty of toilet paper, and extra trash bags are provided. Ample kitchen space with plenty of dishes and silverware. Make a pot of coffee or bring pods.

Great location. Nice layout. Good bathrooms.
Kitchen needs updates. Garbage disposal was broken upon arrival. My handy dad traveling with us fixed it. There was a broken glass in it. There were dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival that we had to clean. Lights out in second bathroom. Dishwasher rusting and very old. Dryer making a horrible sound. Notified property management company upon checkout via email (and about disposal- they did not reply about either). My 15 month old’s feet were black on the bottom after walking around on the tile barefoot. Others with us not wearing socks had similar dirty feet. Floors need to be mopped badly. We vacuumed ourselves upon arrival. There were popcorn kernels under kitchen table (not from us) so rugs had not been cleaned. Mattress in king room is VERY uncomfortable and LOUD. Impossible to get in and out of without waking up others in the room with the noise. Curtains in family room have many stains/mildew on reverse side and need cleaned or replaced. Decor outdated but didn’t matter to us. Way too much furniture. We had to put some chairs from dining set in another room to make walkway to master room. Simple upgrades, decluttering, and a deep clean would go a long way with this property’s value.

We were super happy with this condo!! It was a perfect location - right on the beach and close to restaurants/shopping! The bedrooms were arranged nicely with 2 on each side. This gave my family(with children) some privacy from my parents and brother/his wife. The king bedroom and 2 twin bedroom share an attached master bathroom. Both of the other bedrooms have their own attached bathrooms. It was well kept and pretty clean. There were a couple vacuums and a nice washer/dryer available in the condo, which made the stay so easy with kids! There is a bunch of construction going on (which we were notified about ahead of time), so that's the only reason I took a star off. Once it's all finished, but sure that will look nice too. We would definitely stay again! :)

We had never been to Hilton Head, so we chose this condo not knowing the location....did we luck out! It's right on the most beautiful beach, has a pool, is right by an incredible playground which is honestly the nicest park I've ever been to, and the Coligny plaza is right down the block with shops, restaurants, ice cream, groceries and everything entertainment. I highly recommend renting bikes (you can rent one with kids bike hitch or seat)....we did not drive anywhere the entire was awesome. The condo was so spacious... unbelievable layout for our whole family and my parents.... everyone had their own privacy and bathroom. It was extremely clean. Easy to do laundry from the beach. My only complaint was there was no beach chairs, but you could easily rent them, so really it wasn't a problem. I just cannot recommend this condo enough...we are �� staying here again. We miss it already. It felt like home. If you have kids, this is the ideal location. There was a high chair and pack and play there too. It's just a perfect condo....we will be back.

We loved the condo and plenty of room for our party of 10. It was clean and stocked well. Great location to shops. Only negative I have is the pool was not heated and very cold. Our stay was early April with kids so they did not swim much. Otherwise everything was great and we would definitely come back.

As our family vacation this spring of 2021 was coming to an end at Hilton Head Island SC, we didn't want to leave. We were able to extend our stay at Ocean One 502 and couldn't be happier. This unit comprised of four bedrooms, three baths, large kitchen, living room and three separate balconies. Upon our arrival the unit was extremely clean and charming. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The property itself is simply beautiful with a large outdoor pool, grilling area for evening cookouts (especially for the fresh fish we caught) and right on the ocean. It is perfectly located close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities. We have been coming here for over 25 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed at. We'll definitely be back.

This was a last-minute booking, during spring break.. and from the first call to Peter until we drove away for the last time, this property did NOT disappoint. Super clean and well-appointed condo was complimented by fantastic staff and perfect location. What you see in the listing isnt all you get. Comfy beds, plenty of space and some of the nicest people you will find on the island. Highly recommend!

We loved the location of the condo! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds.
The property management company was a little disappointing - the TV in the master bedroom didn't work and the washing machine was leaking water all over the kitchen floor. They didn't send anyone to check on these issues while we were there. Instead, they gave us access to another condo to be able to wash some clothes, which was not convenient.

Great location, clean and easy to call our home for 5 days. Close to golf courses, restaurants in walking distance, and beach was wonderful. Will definitely do this again. All the girls had a great time!

Great spacious condo which accommodated 8 ladies on a girls trip. I'm sure the cleaners just do a general cleaning when people check out but the freezer was nasty, there was a highchair in the closet with food on it, there were plastic bins under the master bath vanity that were dirty. It needs a good cleaning. Overall it was great and would recommend.

This condo is perfectly located right on Coligny/Frost beach! The pool is fantastic and overlooks the ocean. The building is a short walk from a wonderful outdoor shopping plaza with some good restaurants and coffee shops. I’d come back here in a heartbeat!

This property was even more lovely than the photographs! It was the perfect place for us to celebrate our new grad from Marine Boot Camp. It was large enough that our group could spread out and go different directions as needed, right to pool or out on the ocean or just to the balcony. The only disappointments we encountered were that the pool was closed one day for painting and that the Coligny beach handicap entrance did not have a sand wheelchair as the website indicated. If not for my strong Marine, my daughter would not have been able to play in the ocean. Thankfully for us, it all worked out. We would love to return, but will make our private beach chair arrangements ahead of time. If you rent this, you will be delighted.

The condo was lovely. Clean and comfortable. Except the master bed was too soft. The beach decor gave it a cozy atmosphere. All my family enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciated the large, deep refrigerator. We would like to have more parking passes as we had a total of 4 families & 4 vehicles. Maybe if the lot was marked.

Everything was great but one night we came in late and there was no parking spots left except in front of dumpster we did not park there in fear of tow, so we parked close to guard shack and the guard came out and said if he found a space in the parking lot he would have us towed he accused us of moving a cone and my daughter told him we did not move the cone and he called her a liar one thing she is not a liar or lazy and she let him know, I walked around the lot with the guard and as we did a car was leaving and I asked him if he wanted me to move my car he said no it was o k, also under the beds in one of rooms they hadn't dusted and it was bad, I had dropped something and that is the only reason I noticed it.

On the whole we enjoyed our stay as far as the space provided. It was nicely supplied. It was clean except for the patio. The third bathroom was a problem because of the bath drain and the faucet in the shower. They were both terrible. It would have been nice to have more towels available and some beach chairs to take to the ocean.

The condo was very nice. The beds had a foam padding that made them way to soft. The condo was spacious and clean. The patio and the furniture however were not cleaned. We found used cigars under the tables. Also at night the live music played from the Tiki Bar next door could be heard. Overall we were pleased with the condo. It has a great layout.

The condo and the complex were very nice and it accommodated our large family of 9. My only complaint was that we had 3 vehicles and could only have 2 parking passes. The parking lot attendant was helpful but it would have been nice to know we could only park 2 cars there prior to our arrival.

My family and I had a great time on Hilton Head Island. However, the guard station was a little surprise with racial diversity. One female guard stated that "we added color around here" and that they usually don't see Black people here at the complex.

We had another great multiple week stay in Hilton Head thanks to Buddy and his staff at Seashore Vacations. Ocean One 502 was perfectly located, clean, attractive and well stocked. We have been coming to Hilton Head for years and this is our favorite spot. We would certainly recommend Ocean One 502 to anyone wanting to enjoy all Hilton Head has to offer.

We very much like the condo. The living room furniture definitely needs to be replaced. Sofa and chair worn out. The sink faucet in the large bath is very hard to work and could be replaced.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay in 502.
We had plenty of room and it is very quiet in the unit. There are a couple of improvements that we feel could be made but for the most part we have really enjoyed our stay there. It
is such a convenient location and we have always gotten good service.

We really loved this condo and its location. There were 6 adults and 3 children, so it worked out perfectly. Each of us had our own bathroom, which was great. Even though the kitchen was equipped with a dishwasher, we prefer to wash our dishes as we use them, so I'd suggest providing a dish drainer and definitely more kitchen dishcloths and kitchen towels. Other than that, it was PERFECT. We will definitely be coming back again :)

Overall very good. Nice pool and convenient to ocean and Coligny. However, read in an earlie review one bathroom shower did not drain properly. Was told it was fixed but it is not. Dining room chairs much too big for area -- awkward and couldn't get around table when all seated.

We had such a wonderful time in Hilton Head! LOVED Ocean is the perfect location. Very clean. Only have one negative...the pool was never open early... it said 10:00am but it sometimes was not open until almost 12:00. That needs to be addressed but the location was perfect and the property was great. I would highly recommend this location!

Ocean One is a great location and we have stayed in other units here. Unit 502 is spacious. The view is the parking lot but was fine since we scheduled the vacation at the last minute. Compared to other units in Ocean One this unit needs counter tops updated and the kitchen was lacking in cooking dishes but overall we really liked the unit. The toilette handle in one bathroom was broken and the tub in the other was not draining. We have been going to Hilton Head for years and love it there!

Awesome location, great beach. The condo was quite 80's in its decor, good value for the money. The only thing that really needs to be done is to put ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Really quite inexcusable in this climate to not have them. No other issues really.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean One. The unit was very nice and well laid out. We also could not believe how quiet it is in the unit. The only complaints we had is that more towel racks are needed in the bathrooms, a better paper towel rack in the kitchen
(very flimsy and paper towel roll falls out every time you tear off a towel) and it was not cleaned very well. The floors had dirt and sand in the corners, things under the beds and other furniture and sticky places on the kitchen floor. We definitely will
come back!!!

We love this condo. It has the perfect set up for two families traveling with six children. The location is great, as well. Everyone at Seashore is always so helpful and makes our stay so easy and enjoyable.
