Seashore Vacations was great to work with. They promptly took care of a dishwasher issue. The location is fantastic walking distance to shopping and dining. The pool closed at sunset and we would have preferred it stay open a bit later. The unit needs some minor repairs but overall was great with plenty of room for our family. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Ocean One 419! The location truly can’t be beat — easy beach access and a lovely pool made for a wonderful vacation. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient beachfront stay.

A few things I think future guests may find helpful to know ahead of time: if you plan to cook, I highly recommend bringing any kitchen essentials you may need, including condiments, cooking oil, foil, a cutting board, storage bags, etc. The kitchen is fairly sparse. I’d also suggest bringing dish soap and a sponge/scrub brush, as those were not provided during our stay.

The condo itself could use a little refreshing and a deeper clean. Some artwork was falling apart, there was chipped paint in places, and what appeared to be a few mold spots on the bathroom ceiling. We also noticed the floors were quite dirty upon arrival — within an hour, our kids’ feet and knees were black from walking and crawling around. I contacted the rental company, and to their credit, they promptly sent someone to clean the floors the next day.

None of these issues significantly impacted the quality of our stay, and we still had a wonderful trip overall. I simply wanted to share a few details that may help future guests come prepared and set expectations accordingly.

This property is as advertised. Great location - short walk to beach and Coligny Plaza. This location is next to some larger condos and public beach access, but there are fewer people to the right as you walk toward the beach. Great communication!

We have been coming to Hilton Head since my kids were in school. Now they are grown and one has a family if her own. We love the location of this condo. The size with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for us; 5 adults and 2 children. The beds were super comfy. The pool was beautiful and of course the ocean was gorgeous. The condo itself needs some upgrades and a deep clean. Our feet and socks were black just from walking on the floor. Shower curtain and towel bar kept falling. The washing machine was smelly. The screen door fell off a couple times. The main property was spotless, and the staff worked so hard to keep it that way. but this particular condo could use some work.

Location and view were amazing. Very beautiful part of the beach and within easy walk of many restaurants and shops. Condo was laid out very well and very comfortable beds.

Condo 419 we were moved from due to it being dirty and had a broken doorknob and shower issues. This condo was an awful is also very outdated. Condo 513 was clean and beautiful. Thanks to Heidi at the rental agency she saved our vacation by moving us. Also kudos to the owners of 513 for keeping a rental updated, clean and maintained. I am doing this survey for 419 our original condo. Please know that 513 is all 5's and same for management company.

Ocean One 419 is in a great location and on the beach; great views; condo is very spacious and well stocked, except there was no dish soap; but is in need of a deep cleaning and consider replacing the dishwasher.

The unit is not worth the money. Everything is old dirty and needs updating. The refrigerator did not work had rust and looked like it was 30 years old or more. Worst part we had 10 week old baby with breast milk. Will with maintenance great with letting us use unit 3 floors down but what a pain! Dishwasher was the same! Had to handwash everything we used. The pans were seriously unsafe with how they were peeling. The unit wasn’t clean had cockroach and even a frog came from our shower drain. We hated the unit but love the location. Seriously should get our money back.

Vacationed with my husband, newborn, toddler and Grandparents for the week. The condo was an amazing location, as we walked to Coligny everyday for playgrounds, food and shopping. Ocean One has an amazing pool and easy walk to the beach.

Location, location, location! Beautiful condo with the best view of the beach! That said, here are a few things that could be improved: The patio furniture was uncomfortable to use. The shower curtain needs changing as it was dirty. The AC would not cool the place enough and without fans it was a bit uncomfortable to fall asleep at night.

Place/view was great! Environment was clean & friendly. Condos were safe, location was perfect! Our particular unit was nice, a lot of space. A few hiccups I would change/wish were different. Our place needed a few important changes, but over all it was good.

Have been coming to Ocean One 20 years. This condo needs some work. Master shower was ridiculously small. Rotten drywall along sides as well. VERY dated condo. Air conditioning worked well. Outdoor furniture left stains on a few peoples' pants.

The rental and location was excellent. We had 3 families staying in one unit that sleeps 10 and it was perfect. All of us can't stop talking about such a fun vacation and cannot wait to go back. Seashore Vacations Inc. are highly recommended to book your next trip.

We have travelled to HHI for 36+years straight and have always stayed at the same location (Not this one). This year, we finally made a switch to ocean one seeking a three bedroom unit. In addition, we had simply "had enough" of the apathy at our previous place. We wanted to stay in the same general area, however. This unit was so refreshing....exceptionally well equipped, clean, offered plenty of space and was superior in every aspect. We are now sold on this property and hope to continue annually here with the same results.

Ocean One 419 was a great unit overall. Bedroom accommodations are perfect, as is furniture in living room. The bed closest to the balcony in the room with 2 doubles definitely needs a new mattress! Otherwise, no negatives. Loved our stay here!

We have stayed in the building before and we like the layout, location, and amenities. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked and clean.

Since I have now been contacted 4 times in 2 weeks for feedback/review - here I go! I am not a picky person and would stay here again, but as an owner of some vacation rentals myself, I am going to provide the property manager this feedback. First, they were completely non-responsive to an issue I had. Second, there was very noisy construction in an adjacent unit during the entire weekdays (the week after Christmas). In our units we own, we don't schedule construction during holidays or peak weeks and when there is construction going on, we make sure to warn our guests and discuss any concerns. Third, the garbage bags provided were the cheapest quality possible and didn't even fit the garbage can. Every time we tried to use one, they would tear and garbage would fall out so we had to buy our own. Property management companies in competitive locations like HHI shouldn't skimp on the little touches especially items that help the guest keep the unit clean (dish soap and supplies, garbage bags, broom, mop, cleaners, etc). We like to leave the unit pretty clean when we leave, and couldn't because there were no supplies for us to do so, or an instructions. Also make sure to bring your own beach chairs, as there was no access to get into the closet.
Overall we are happy, the unit was good, nice furniture, and location, but the property manager could improve.

Very nice condo in very convenient location close to Coligny. Lots of conveniences including some beach chairs and boogie boards. Master bath shower is small but that is really only minor inconvenience. Lots of seating and great view from balcony. Our family very much enjoyed.

This condo had everything we needed.The balconies off 2 bedrooms with ocean view were lovely for quiet reading, reflection, and occasional naps. The extra beds in bedrooms 2 and 3 make this condo quite flexible for sleeping arrangements.

Everything was wonderful. The only problem we had was the dryer not working. I called and someone was supposed to come on Friday to repair it but they did not come. It wasn't a problem because we left on Saturday and just put wet clothes in a bag to bring home.

Awesome experience. This unit is the perfect location. The pool area and access to the beach is really great - very clean and pretty. The unit has everything you need and is very clean and spacious. The décor is a little tired but all very comfortable and in good condition. Bathrooms are all very clean. Master bathroom needs painting and shower stall small and awkward - two other bathrooms very nice. Beds very comfortable. I would definitely stay in this unit again. We were able to check in early which we really appreciated. Our first time in Hilton Head and can't wait to return!

We love Ocean One! This was our third spring break in the unit and we loved e coming back every year! The proximity to the beach and Coligny are awesome. We didn’t use our car for four days! We have already booked next year for spring break and can’t wait to come back!

Our stay here was delightful and very relaxing. The condo was prefect for our family. Check-in was very simple and everything at the condo was exactly as represented. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone looking to rent a condo directly on the beach in Hilton Head.

The unit worked great for our group-grandparents, parents, and 3 grandchildren. The split bedroom situation was perfect for us. Children loved the bunk beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great large tv in the family room and each of the 3 bedrooms had their own tv as well. Three balconies provided fantastic ocean views. The pool was beautifully maintained and the grounds were immaculate. Loved the gas grill area! Easy to walk to shopping, grocery and restaurants at Coligny nearby.

Everything was great except the shower in the Master Bath. The faucet was broken, so I could only get hot water-too hot to shower. Also, the shower door hits the toilet so the shower door only opens about 1/3 of the way. I was told that it had been remedied but it had not. Otherwide, a really nice place and all went as well as I expected.

Check in was very easy. The condo location was perfect for our first trip to Hilton Head Island. The condo was reasonably clean overall, but found a previous renter's bathing suit behind a chair. The only suggestion I would make is to replace dinning chairs with all wood chairs. The material is fairly stained.

We had 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) staying at this unit and it was great. The space was large and well designed with the bunk beds and room with 2 queen beds. The place was taken care of and clean. Only complaint was that the washer was a bit moldy, but that was an easy fix after bleaching it out and wiping it down.

We rented a three bedroom, three bath suite in the section of Ocean One farthest from the Holiday Inn. The apartment was spacious enough to serve as the "auditorium" for our family's talent show audience of 23 and provided private space for my family and my daughter's family.

Rental experience was wonderful. Simple check-in and check-out. Condo was clean, well stocked with kitchen items. Excellent view of beach and location was within walking distance of many activities. Would definitely stay here again.
The only downside was the 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds had very hard mattresses and was uncomfortable sleeping.

We had trouble with the dryer, which chewed up a swim suit, and refrigerator, which froze everything. The dish washer was broken the entire time. However, Seashore Vacations was helpful, prompt, professional, pleasant and accommodating.

Great rental. The condo was renovated, neat, and clean. The kitchen had everything you need to cook for the week and all appliances were in working order. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for 6 of us to spread out. The property was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay there again. We love the location and overall the condo was fine. However, the master suite leaves a little to be desired, particularly the size of the master bath, where you can't even open the shower door without hitting the toilet. The third bedroom in the back was also a bit musty.

The room was great, The bed layout in bedroom 3 was great for kids. The 2 full beds however in bedroom 2 were noisy and two queens would have given the adults more room. Otherwise ... perfect!

Overall very good experience. I do think the beds in the master and second bedroom need updated. As well as the fitted sheets for the beds in the second bedroom. They would come off everynight. New comforters for the beds would be nice as well.

Great view, nice size rooms, nice balconies with view of beach and pool, kids liked bunk beds, well furnished kitchen with new washer & dryer, however, floor was not clean (kids feet were dirty after walking barefooted a few minutes after we arrived), beer bottle cap on floor in bedroom, bath tube had sand on bottom, tub drain was very slow, toilet paper spindle missing, pillow cases were missing, bed spreads were stained, kitchen china and flatwear not clean. Management fixed tub, spindle and pillow cases quickly.

we really enjoyed our stay at Ocean One 419. The condo is very large and well equipped. The location is perfect for the beach and for shopping. My teenage son could walk back and forth to Coligny Plaza. I would recommend this condo and location!
