We really enjoyed our vacation. The condo is in a great location. We could walk and ride bikes to restaurants, shops and parks. The view of the ocean is wonderful. The condo complex is maintained so well. The stuff works all day and are very friendly. The pool is fantastic. We look forward to booking again.

We’ve stayed at many different places across HHI. This one was the perfect location—5 minute walk to the Coligny Plaza, great view of the beach; the unit had everything you could possibly need.

We stayed for 7 nights at 413 in Ocean One. It was a perfect experience from check in to check out. Immaculately clean. We have stayed in one other unit of Ocean One, but 413 is extraordinary. The decorative art work on the walls and the furnishings are lovely. This is the most well stocked condo I can possibly imagine. Absolutely nothing has been neglected. We were 3 women enjoying 3 bathrooms and each bathroom had plenty of toilet paper and each bathroom had its own hair blow dryer. Open the hall cupboard and everything a family with children could want is available in the hall closet. Plenty of pretty dishes and glasses and coffee mugs are beautifully displayed in glass cabinets. A cupboard full of games. Kitchen supplies are equally plentiful . The owner of this unit has gone above and beyond to make sure the renters enjoy their stay. The washing machine and dryer work perfectly as does the TV. When we first arrived, one woman wanted to take a bath in the tub; however, there was no drain plug to keep the water in the bathtub. We called Seashore Vacations that first day and in an hour or two, we had a plug for the bathtub. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature - refreshing. The fire pits behind the pool area are new and inviting. The remodel of the pool area is magnificent with one exception. I would respectfully suggest someone paint warning stripes to call attention to the step down around the pool area. The brick pavers around the pool are all the same color and the STEP DOWN warning words are very easy to miss. I tripped, but I did manage to catch myself. I am 73. This failure to clearly mark a step down is a hazard especially for middle aged and older people. I am surprised someone has not already painted some kind of cautionary paint stripe to indicate STEP DOWN to the guests. I realize such a painted stripe might detract from the beauty of the brick but sooner or later someone is going to miss that step down and take a bad fall.

Wonderful property! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful view, close to beach, great amenities, plenty of restaurants close by. Credit for beach gear was excellent. Would stay here again no question!

We had a nice stay and the condo, overall, was great. Great location for our crew, easy to walk or bike to a lot of places. Easy access to pool and beach. While there was construction still happening on one end of the complex, and some in the hallway outside our unit, disruption was minimal so it wasn't an issue. And the condo was actually very quiet; we didn't hear anything from either side, and both units were occupied while we were there.

Perfect location, beach steps away, pool even closer. The balcony is great for morning coffee and great in evening for cocktails. The condo is spacious and updated, very comfortable. Easy walk to Coligny and the playground. Lacks nothing.

Had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful condo. It was so nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The ocean front view was gorgeous, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked , the condo was super clean- I could go on and on. It was fun being so close to Caligny plaza and the Tiki Bar on the beach. Had a really fun time. Had an issue with the dryer and someone came right out. I highly recommend staying here.

This was a quick 4 day getaway scheduled at the last minute. While only 2 hours from our home, it was a world away. Arrival was easy and the condo was nicely appointed and large. Three balconies, all with direct ocean frontage and being on the 4th floor made it all the better. It was clean, plenty of towels and such provided. We’ll be back for sure.

Great location and beautiful views from condo. Outside areas of condo clean and well taken care off. Interior was dated. Eclectic furniture and old green bedroom carpets. TVs were nice and bathrooms had been updated. Whole condo could use a deep clean. Great location and great views from condo. Easy walk to beach or to shops.

First of all, love the location ... within walking distance of Coligny for shopping, eating, etc. Over the last several years, we’ve stayed in a few different condos at Ocean One. By far, 413 is the best! Very well maintained with a well stocked kitchen and just about any beach item you might need. I’d definitely stay there again. A big thank you to the owners!

Our family vacation was simply amazing. This is our third year at Ocean One and it never disappoints. Unit 413 was clean, well stocked with everything you can think of, décor is perfect and the ocean view is fabulous! Great location, close to everything! We enjoyed our days on the beach and poolside, cooking on the grills in the grassy knoll by the pool, or going out to dinner at our favorite spots, walking through Coligny plaza which is a 5 minute walk from the condo then coming back to sit on the spacious balcony talking and laughing with our 2 boys and their girlfriends. To say our vacation was perfect is still an understatement. We absolutely love Hilton Head and Ocean One!

great place basically has 3 master suites with 3 bathrooms. Great pool (with an incredible rule list, but lienient on most of rules :)) and the staff was great. On labor day weekend Holiday Inn had cover bands right next door which was nice to go to there Tiki Bar.

We have been going through Seashore vacations for five years first two years we stayed in Shorewood the last three have been Ocean one and ocean 413 was where we stayed this year and it was the best of all of them was very pleased with everything can't say anything was bad.

We (3 couples) had a very pleasant stay at Ocean One. The location is convenient to the pool, the ocean, and to Coligny. We had a couple problems with the unit, but the management company responded quickly to resolve them. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

The unit was amazing and the views were awesome. Very convenient location! This particular unit had a ton of upgrades and a lot of breakables so may not be great for a toddler but perfect for older kids. The bedrooms are perfect for a family with kids.

Hilton Head is a wonderful place to vacation, but it is even better when you stay in an oceanfront condo in Ocean One. Condo 413 is the best location on the island. The view is absolutely fantastic and the condo is so well furnished and maintained.The owners provide everything you could possible need during your stay. It is indeed a home away from home and the closest thing to paradise. I also love Seashore Vacations. They are the best when renting a condo.

This is the 4th time I've vacationed at Ocean 1, and it continues to exceed my expectations. It is very well managed,clean, very comfortably furnished and all amenities and some luxuries are provided. Staff is pleasant and courteous, ample parking, couldn't ask for a better location. I can think of nothing that needs improvement. But if you could do something about the jellyfish........:)

This unit is beautifully decorated and family friendly. The owners obviously want you to enjoy your stay. It is centrally located overlooking the pool. This was our 5th year staying in 413 and we plan to return next year.

the only negative was that while this was a nonsmoking property, i think the previous renters smoked in the unit. you may want to flag these renters for future reference. everything else met or exceded our expectations. thank you

We stayed in Ocean One # 413 August 13 - 20 and had a wonderful vacation. My daughter and her family joined us for our trip and my grandchildren loved their vacation. The condo was lovely, had everything we needed and felt like home. We have been coming
to Ocean One for 14 years and felt this was the nicest condo we have rented and will be back again next year. The grounds are well kept and the pool area is inviting, the ocean was warm but we are going to try coming in July next year and try to avod the jellyfish.

cleaning crew needs more attention to the bathrooms. Owners are superb in providing ammenities to their guests. It is unfortunate that some do not treat them with more respect.
