We love staying at Ocean One 411. We stay here every year. The location is perfect & the layout of the condo is perfect for our family. The only challenge we had was the bed in the master bedroom up front. Looks like new furniture & bed. The bed was the issue. It was very firm & my daughter & son in law didn't sleep well all week. Other than that, it was perfect & we had a great time!

We really enjoyed our vacation. The condo is in a great location. Our family enjoyed walking and biking to shops, restaurants and parks. The pool is very nice. I must say the maintenance crew works nonstop to keep the property looking very nice!

This unit was clean and very well equipped. The views are great and the location couldn’t be any better. Easy access to the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza. I loved that each of the three bedrooms had their own bathroom. We were traveling with two other couples. Most definitely would stay here again.

We stayed at Ocean One 411 and it couldn’t be better. The views and location is wonderful. The apartment itself was a delight - the rooms are beautifully decorated, the bathrooms are new, the living room’s furniture is just perfect for a family gathering and the kitchen is is well stocked - there are even beach toys for kids! We can highly recommend this apartment. And Seashore Vacations were, as always, so helpful - everything went smoothly! It is a joy to do business with them!

This property is everything we expected for our family vacation to Hilton Head Island. Very well maintained, stocked with everything needed for dining in, unwinding after a day at the large heated pool or ocean and enjoying a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail on the balcony overlooking a stunning view of the ocean. The property is perfectly located next to restaurants, shopping, biking trails and outside enjoyment. The grounds and property are very well maintained and the property manager was extremely professional and very accommodating if anything was needed, which was minimal. We've been coming to Hilton Head Island for over 30 years and Ocean One Condominiums is the perfect place to spend our time, and this unit didn't disappoint. We can't wait to come back and hope this unit is available again. The family members we brought with us was their first time to the island and absolutely loved this place. You won't be disappointed.

The unit was very clean and updated. TV's in each room was a definite plus. Easy walk to Coligney and the beach. Working with the management company was also very easy.

4 adults stayed in this unit for 8 days and it was the best unit we've ever stayed in at HHI! The unit is pristine, clean air (not humid, no scents/smells), no dust anywhere and all appliances & furnishings look brand new. Everything works as you'd expect and we didn't have anything fall short of our expectations. The units must be insulated well because we couldn't hear our neighbors on any side. The music from Tiki Hut next door was enjoyable while out on the balcony (the balcony is twice the size of others we've stayed at!) but we couldn't hear the music while inside. The washer & dryer in unit were handy. We had an entire week of rain and were grateful to be in such an awesome villa for all the inside time. Beds were comfortable & kitchen had everything we needed (and more). Saving the link for this unit- we will be back!

Condo was clean, some new renovations since last year. Safety bars added to the bathrooms which was much needed. Ice maker in the refrigerator was frozen up and did not produce ice. Was worked on unsuccessfully by maintenance. One bag of ice was brought over by rental management but that really didn't last for one day at the beach.
Construction work on the complex was most unpleasant. Was told that it would not affect our stay but parking near our condo was blocked off for construction workers and yes that absolutely affected our stay as close handicapped parking is a must for us. Work by construction crew was running ahead of schedule so the work did affect our stay as well! Early morning noise and scaffolding went up to block our view. Uncomfortable with the scaffolding at windows and decking areas. Possible easy access for intruders.
Our group has stayed at Ocean One for over 30 years as we really like the location. The property should not have been rented during the construction phase and especially at the increased rate from last year.
This year our vacation was not the best but maybe after much needed renovations on this property are completed it will be more amenable.

We had a great experience in our rental unit. This is just a small thing, but it made a huge difference in our stay. The appliances were clean. We had a lot of rubbermaid available for our use on the stay. We used these for our fresh fruit and veggies and to take snacks to the beach. The pots and pans were brand new and very nice to cook on. The fridge made circle balls of ice! It was soo cool! The appliances were top notch. Everything was clean and organized in the kitchen. Nothing was a hodge podge mess! The appliances were very nice and clean. The unit was clean and nothing needed repaired! Everything worked! Plenty of beach items were available for our stay including two nice beach chairs and boogie boards! We used our beach gear credit for bikes, and this was fantastic! A great program I recommend for all! The beds were comfortable and clean. TVs were smart which made it easy to connect to our NetFlix and Amazon accounts. Hooks by the front door were great for hanging towels for the beach! Great experience!

Our family, including two young grandchildren had another great time in HHI at Ocean One. Having both a nice pool and the beach steps away from our condo is important in our situation. The 3 bedroom unit served our needs very well and the balcony view was amazing.

This rental was clean and very accommodating especially with having 2 young children with us. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was helpful. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed plus more but do suggest a new can opener and also a plastic spatula to keep from scratching the nice cook wear. The views from the balcony were great. The beach was clean, well patrolled, but a bit crowded. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping and even a grocery store. We did miss out on the last couple days of the pool due to a structural problem. I was impressed to see that a crew worked through the night to fix the problem and that the pool was being refilled with water as we were leaving Saturday. We would definitely stay at this rental again and recommend it for other families or small groups .

Condo was nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with needed items. View from the balcony was amazing.
Living room furniture needs to be replaced as it is worn and very uncomfortable. Bathrooms need safety bars installed as the floor of the showers and tub are very slippery when wet!

The owners of #411 will be staying at the property in early November 2022 and also during the February, March and part of April. They have ordered some new furniture for the living room including a new sofa which should be in well in advance of the Spring & Summer season. Our Thanksgiving week at Ocean One units 409 and 411 exceeded our expectations!

Several months after renting unit #401 for Thanksgiving week, the owners decided they wanted the unit for themselves that week. Since vacations from work had been arranged this presented a problem. We also needed 4 bedrooms to accommodate our family. Seashore Vacations (Buddy) rose to the occasion and provided us two ocean front side by side rentals that accommodated our families. We have rented from Seashore Vacations several times before and will definitely rent from them in the future. They take care of their customers!

This condo was awesome... we have stayed at Ocean One before and love the location. You can’t beat it. Right on the beach and less than half mile walk to Coligny. I loved the ample comfy seating in the living room, updated bathrooms, and large functional kitchen. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed at Ocean One for many summers years ago when our kids were young. We recently came back for a family wedding and stayed at Ocean One Unit 411. This was the nicest, best equipped unit we ever stayed in. The grounds and pool were beautiful and just as nice as we remembered. There was a little mix up with our reservation and Pete handled it perfectly. We enjoyed our vacation and plan to come back.

Everything was just as it should have been! Location was amazing and so close to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, and the condo itself was very comfortable. My only suggestion is optional blackout curtains in the bedroom facing the ocean, but overall it was an excellent rental and we will be back!

I always enjoy my vacation when staying in Ocean One. The location is the best and the condos are always very clean and well kept. Seashore Vacations are wonderful and provide your every need. I would never use another rental company or stay anywhere but Ocean One. I come to Hilton Head at least once a year. Crane's Tavern is my favorite restaurant.

411 is the perfect location with the perfect ocean front view. The unit was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil and appliance you would need for a few days or a few months, and lots of cabinet space. It was probably the best stocked kitchen of any unit we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in quite a few). The rooms are very spacious and accommodating for a family of 4 or a family of 7. The balcony and ocean view was just as relaxing and had the same feel as sitting on the beach. The unit felt like home and the entire family (family of 7) enjoyed our long weekend at Ocean One. We were very pleased with our stay at Ocean One and would love to return.

Quick Labor Day weekend stay. Property was in a great location and the room and grounds were clean and well kept. The property is located adjacent to the public beach access so the beach was a bit crowded to the left of the property. Access to the Tiki Hut was great if you needed a quick meal or drink. Would definitely stay there again.

As usual, we had a great stay. The property management company makes the process of checking in very easy, the condo is in great condition and clean, the new carpet looks nice and the groundskeepers do a great job with the pool, landscape and sidewalks. We enjoyed grilling out for a second year in a row.

The only suggestion is for a mat to be accessible for the bathtub in the bedroom with two beds. The tub is slippery.

Very nice unit with great views. Furnishings and appliances are nice. Ocean One is a nice complex, well maintained, in a great location. There was live music in the evening from the Holiday Inn next door which you could hear clearly when on the balcon, which we enjoyed. With the doors closed you could barely hear it inside the unit so it didn't impact the kids sleeping. We had an issue with the air conditioning on first day but Seashore resolved it in a few hours.

Loved the condo. Until this year, with small children always stayed on the bottom floor - never again. AM coffee overlooking the pool and beach was heaven. Ditto the sunset glass of wine!! Now I know why everyone from Ohio goes to HHI -Oceans one!

Ocean One 411 is a great condo to rent. Better than the pictures. Condo was very well equipped with amenities, especially liked the ice maker.

We were disappointed in the Ocean One complex property, it seems to have gone downhill. There were people in the pool very late a couple of nights, people being loud partying outside on their deck at 2 am, one elevator not working the entire week, no security guard after dark, and pool was dirty.

My family has been coming to Hilton Head yearly for a number of years. We have always booked our stays through Seashore Vacations. Arrangements have always been easy and the staff is great. They have had little turnover and I feel like they are family now and provide me warm and friendly service. I have stayed in several different units and they have have always been clean and more often than not, we have been able to check in earlier than expected. I have been vacationing in Hilton Head for 20+ years and I find Seashore Vacation to be the best! I love staying in an oceanfront condo at Ocean One. The location is exceptional and the properties are so inviting. I would not stay anywhere else and I would not use any other rental company.

The condo is located close to the beach with great views of the beach and pool. The boardwalk to the beach is very convenient with showers to wash off the sand. The beach is very wide with soft white sand. The balconies are large enough to dine and enjoy coffee in the morning and shady in the late afternoon. Furnishing were very nice in all rooms and especially in the kitchen.

We have enjoyed our stays at Ocean One for the many, MANY years and have stayed in many different apartments. We liked 203 until the Animal Kingdom moved into the one bedroom!!! When we found 411 for our visit in '09, we were delighted---king beds in 2 bedrooms which are decorated so well, and accommodate 2 couples very nicely. The 3rd bedroom is very nice for my widowed sister. We have always loved Ocean One's separate bathrooms for each bedroom and have never looked outside of Ocean One. The landscaping view between the building and the ocean is especially beautiful!!, and the location, location, location is ideal. You might suggest to your cleaning crew to clean a bit better around the baseboards in the bathrooms, and 411 definitely needs a new pad for the ironing board. We look forward to, God Willing, to more visits to Ocean One AND 411!!!!
