The room was very nice. I appreciated that everyone had their own space and bathroom. I misread the descipriton of the room. It said beachside but that meant on the beachside of the road not on the beach. That was my error. It was still a great location and the room was very nice.

Our experience at our unit was NOT top notch.
-Our bedding was FILTHY
-in the 2 bed bedroom, there were seafood shells on the carpet (have photos)
-the right wall in the 2 bed bedroom was ABSOULUTELY FILTHY
-the molding and doors by the bathrooms were FILTHY (have photos).Made us not want to touch the doorknobs...
-the washing machine ruined several items of clothing, it looked like the clothing got stuck in the space between the agitator and the drum. (The loads were not overloaded)
-my last complaint is that heating and air conditioning people came into our unit, without our knowledge. Had we known that they were coming in, we would have secured our valuables. We were very uncomfortable with the fact that we were not informed.
The best part about our rental was the proximity to the beach and the pool.

Overall it was a great property. Great location! Pool and beach, very nice.
The only downside was how to work all the tv’s. Too many remotes.

Ocean One is the perfect condo in the best location on island. Walkable to shops, restaurants and beach bar. It's been our annual beach vacation for over 30 years and we have always booked through Seashore Vacations. They do a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

We loved the layout of the condo. It worked really well for our family. We enjoyed the pool on windy dsysand the fire pit at night. The only concern was the master bathroom sink did not drain and the bathtub in the other bathroom had water running non-stop. Other than that, the unit was very nice.

.... We’d be safer at the beach from a hurricane than in our beloved western North Carolina?!

This was for 20th annual “girls trip “to Hilton Head. As usual, we enjoyed the sunrises, the beach, the pool, good eating, good friendships, and good relaxing. Some even found time to shop,making our one rainy day a special kind of fun for our shopaholics. While our friends and family were riding out the devastation from Helene, some of us even Had to extend our stay by two days, before we could return home because of impassible roads.
We all agree ocean one is “the only “place to stay For it convenience, beautiful beach, and Comfortable accommodations. Folks and short vacation are always most helpful and accommodating. Give us a discount for the two additional days.

Overall a very nice condo. Beds in two rooms were great!! Very comfortable. Pots/pans need to be updated and need more silverware. Microwave handle needs to be fixed. TVs were impossible to figure out how to get real channels. Three remotes is too many!! Even asked young kids and they couldn’t figure it out! �� Other than those minor things it was a very nice place. Love the new doors and work done outside!! Complex is great and Seashore always easy to work with!!

This was our 19th “girls trip,“ to Hilton Head, a trip we look forward to from the moment we leave till the time we arrive the next year..
Seashore vacations, as always, wonderful to work with, and very responsive to our needs. The condo itself, could use some updating, but was comfortable and fairly well stocked. They were some minor cleaning issues, which Seashore addressed within an hour of being notified of them.
Because the building is undergoing some renovations, it was quite noisy, but the grounds and the pool were pristine, and, as always, the ocean and the sunrises are just the greatest from this vantage point.
We look forward to our 20th trip in just 51 more weeks.

It was fine. The weather was good after a couple of days, which no one has any control of bad weather.
The elevator did not work when we came and it was not a good experience carrying out luggage and all up 4 flights of stairs.

This was a family beach vacation planned and paid for by me. I did have a few complaints. The elevator on our side was out of commission. My 14 month old granddaughter was there so packing and carrying was a big inconvenience with elevator broken. The unit wasn’t very clean, moldy shower curtains, exhaust fans in bathrooms didn’t work. Also killed roaches. All in all the family had a great time together, but in the future I will rent somewhere else. On the plus side, pool was super nice and location was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean One 406! The 3 BR condo was very spacious and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Even though we were closed to Coligny Beach, it was very peaceful. One drawback is there is a window in the twin BR that has a light blaring in from the inside corridor. My boys covered it the window after the first night. It was clean , but I thought there could be some hard cleaning with the master BR commode and the tub. Most likely stain, but maybe some Comet would help - I'm probably a little more particular than most. Enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. Suggestion: bring a cart if you have several chairs that you will be taking.
Would rent here again.

The condo was great. Very clean. We have stayed there for the past 5 years. Love the fact that the beach is there and so are the restaurants, bars and stores. I did notice that it was a lot more busier then before. Everyone is super nice.

Excellent location right on the beach. The configuration of the unit was perfect for our family of six. The unit was well equipped. The grounds were beautifully maintained. We all loved the pool and the easy access to the beach.

Overall our stay at Ocean One was a great experience. The rooms were a nice size. The condition of the condo was good and clean. Toward the end of the visit we thought we saw a couple of bugs (not sure if they were roaches).
The convenience of the pool and access to the beach were great.

My daughter, son and I needed a break from Kentucky. My daughter found Ocean One and showed it to me. We booked it on Mother’s Day and flew to HHI on that Tuesday. We had a wonderful time. Unit was clean and in our favorite part of the island. Beach was terrific and none of us wanted to go home. We’re hoping to come again in October.

We had a wonder time. The unit was exactly what we wanted. The walk to the beach was perfect with a couple of little kids. We had a couple of questions once we got checked in and Seashore Vacations was able to help us immediately answer the questions. All around great experience that helped make a great vacation.

the condo is in need of a kitchen update. the cabinets were not clean. i washed down the front of many of the cabinets and appliances before using. over all the kitchen just appeared dirty. the rest of the condo was clean. the rooms spacious and clean. the condo was an excellent location. beach was just a few steps out the door. we didn't use the pool but it appeared clean and larger than i expected. we were very happy with our stay with the exception of the kitchen condition.

The unit was very clean and nice, there were some stuff that was outdated but everything worked great. Had an issue with the AC unit late one afternoon and called the after hours number to report the issues and was told they would get someone to check it out, thinking we would see someone the next day, but there was a repair person there within a couple of hours, you can’t ask for any quicker service after hours. Would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice quite vacation place within walking distance to anything around the area. I definitely will try to stay at this unit again.

This property is right on the beach and has a nice pool. It is walking distance to Coligny Plaza where there are a number of shops, restaurants and bars. We thought the location was ideal, and we would definitely rent here again.

1. Faces the parking lot
2. Everything in the unit is kind of old and the furniture is uncomfortable
3. The unit was bigger than expected
4. The washer/dryer was very loud, but cleaned/dried clothes fine
5. Would have been nice if the pool opened earlier (~9:30am was normally when it opened)

My rental experience was ok. When we got there we were suppose to have starter supplies. There wasn't much. No dish washing soap. There was a nasty old smelly sponge left on the sink from either previous tenants or the cleaning crew. There were cobwebs and spiders. I don't think it was cleaned right before we got there. If it was then they don't pay attention to details.

We had a great week. The condo was clean and comfortable. They need to update the description to exclude the sleeper sofa. The sofa appeared to be new and was not a sleeper sofa. The sofa was comfortable as a bed though.

Property management company, Seashore Vacations, is wonderful. Location is perfect, oceanside and steps to everything in Coligny Circle. The beach and pool area are fantastic! The unit is a little dated but extremely comfortable, well appointed and very roomy. Would rent again.
